Dilution, oh my.
Yet the MM;s are the ones selling, or is it the company, or is it the toxic debtors, or..?
Too funny. The sky must be falling. Only day traders complain about dilution and then also in the same breathe complain about market cap value. Wow and like clock work, there it is with no surprise.
Real traders buy on the lows and sell on the highs to make coin.
Entertainment value could be an asset.

Long weekend I guess
Updated DD DTII
As requested by others on this board, I have made this sticky,
DTII has had the Passive Portal product since 2016, though have made many improvements including Windows and Android tablet software, wireless, and USB camera operation (news releases and filings verify), some of which I have seen in person. Prior to 2016, a private LLC, Defense Technology Corporation (DTC,) had it, where John Simpson, appeared to be the only person in that company, was arrested and convicted for DTC investor securities fraud of upwards of $600K in 2017. This is public knowledge and Google search will verify.
If you read the 8K’s and 10Q/K’s for late 2016, you can read the history where DTII got license directly from the inventor, as DTC couldn’t provide audited financials (no wonder, pocketed money). See: https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1533357/000109690616001962/defense.htm
News releases take you further through the history, and the five systems sold were in late 2019. See: http://www.defensetechnologiesintl.com/pdf/2019_08_15_NR_82%20Distr_Young_%20order_of_5_portals.pdf
DTII has engaged many “sales reps” who have proven to be ineffective, and several “marketing” businesses, who have also been ineffective. The latest being Privateer and Care, who have since been let go. See: https://www.sec.gov/ix?doc=/Archives/edgar/data/1533357/000109690622003015/dtii-20221031.htm Note: 10. It appears that Privateer is a company formed by Web Barth, who is also associated with Virexit (VXIT), who signed on with DTII in 2021, see:
http://www.defensetechnologiesintl.com/pdf/2021_07_16_NR_105_Reseller-Network_VirExit.pdf
VirExit was let go by DTII and they appear to be a pump and dump company with nothing to offer as seen on their iHub message board, see: https://investorshub.advfn.com/VirExit-Technologies-Inc-VXIT-32457. YMMV
Like any other company worldwide, COVID-19 affected how DTII products could be sold and demonstrated. During the pandemic, DTII created an elevated body temperature product, which looks to be an access control system as well. See: http://www.defensetechnologiesintl.com/pdf/2020_04_06_NR_93_DTII_adds_IR_Camera_to_Portal.pdf
and:
http://www.defensetechnologiesintl.com/pdf/2021_02_11_NR_101_Contact_Tracing_on_EBT_Station_Update.pdf
In December 2020, DTII engaged Jon Silver of Cumulus Media where he apparently became Director of National Marketing for DTII in 2021, see: http://www.defensetechnologiesintl.com/pdf/2021_12_14_NR_113_Passive_Portal_at_Florence_County_SC.pdf. Silver was instrumental for the installs at Myrtle Beach and Florence County detention centers, and at Coastal Carolina University. See:

Prospects in my opinion, look good for DTII in 2023. Time will tell, but they are current in the SEC reporting and not listed as a shell company.

Not bad for a "Scam" company.

10Q is out.
Not kidding.
A claim to know DTII inside information without proof is an opinion. Prove to us all that DTII didn't pay the auditors.
DTII's auditors late. NT10Q states:
That's how it is done, buy low, sell high.
Good luck DumpOnUrPump, good weekend to all.

"Yes i have seen it in action."
Really, hard to believe from the last time that you and I wrote comments together, though now you have the publics interest or at least the people on this forum's interest. When I saw Passive Portal, it worked as advertised and just like the video that I posted. We on the forum would all like to know why you thought the Passive Portal, or was it the EBT Station, worthless. Please do tell us more about the Passive Portal or EBT Station, and us your experience with it. Surely you are you not making things up as you go to lower the share price.
"I know this company inside and out." So, are you stating now that you are an insider at DTII, or an ex-employee or spouse of someone at DTII? Oh my.
"I know the police said it was good, but that was part of the deal to get it free" I would certainly like to see proof of coercion by DTII toward Myrtle Beach police department and Florence County sheriff's office; or is this more insider information from you? I think our law enforcement agencies have much more to do than test products, so something is there regarding the Passive Portal. Perhaps it is the Zero Radiation unlike the other systems on the market. OBTW, that is two installs at law enforcement agencies, and one install at Coastal Carolina University. LOL. Good weekend to you as well.
Prove the product is worthless.
I have seen it in action, have you? They even have a video for you to watch:
A little over $84 changed the price of the stock. That's pennyland not investors. Pennyland also does not reflect sales in product, how good the product is, etc. There are reviews about the Passive Portal, and they are good. Used by two law enforcement agency detention centers. News of Passive Portal and DTII's other products is propagating, see:

While day trading and investing share the same goal of making a profit in the stock market, the two approaches are quite different. Day trading, which we on the DTII forum are doing, implies short term trading composed of buying and selling positions within minutes to hours using technicals and charts, while investing into an equity position has a longer holding period that can last years and usually emcompasses preferred stock shares. I am sure DTII would welcome your feedback. Their Director of Public Relations is Michele Mase. I sure that she can lay your concerns to rest. See DTII's website for contact information.
Dilution is a fact of life when investing in startups like DTII. Dilution comes with growth and if you read the 10Q, growth is happening in the form of inventory and sales force. When successful companies grow, (DTII will become successful in my and other investor's opinions) it is common for them to raise capital in multiple funding rounds or equity financing. Each funding round involves issuing more shares of stock, which consequently results in dilution. But as noted above, a lower percentage ownership of a more valuable company is potentially worth more. As more stocks are issued, market capitalization also increases. Normal business workings IMHO.
That is called Equity Financing:
DTII O/S going up is to be expected when reading the current 10Q, more specifically the Condensed Consolidated Statements of Cash Flows, and the Notes provided in the 10Q. Also in the 10Q is the Net Income (Loss) per Common Share statement which states:
Things are going on behind the scenes.
Here is Web Barth of VirExit talking about DTII's Passive Portal:
Perhaps DTII is waiting for their sales rep VirExit to put their 8K and other PR out, which was announced by VirExit last week. Seems to be many things going on behind the scenes, but someone doing good DD should already know this.
Agreed, news would be nice in any direction. GLTA #DTII
It's like watching paint dry lately with this stock. DTII belongs at .70 or better with much higher daily volume. Wonder what the bottle neck is. GLTA #DTII
Indeed, a stop hunt yesterday. Perhaps something is brewing and MMs want to get in on the action. DTII chart 30-day VAMA @ 0.7475. GLTA #DTII
DTII and all reporting companies are required to state this or similar:
Per: 17 CFR PARTS 210, 228, 229, 240, 249, 270 and 274
From DTII's 10Q for January 2019:
Agreed, yes, the price of DTII has dropped, hence we are in penny stock land buying on the dips and selling on the ups, like day traders do. Now if one were to have contacted DTII in 4/2019, and invested that $220,000, in exchange for restricted preferred shares, one would still have $220,000 invested in DTII, which can be converted at a time when stock pricing is favorable. Much depends on an individuals goals and ability to invest in a company like DTII, instead of day trading, which is playing the market.
Yes, the share number held goes down during a reverse split, but value increases and your holding value will remain the same on the day of the split. The $110 value listed in historical data for 4/09/2019, is adjusted for past splits; both splits in the case of DTII.
For a specific example of a reverse stock split, let's say you owned $10,000 in XYZ Company stock and the share price is $10 per share, meaning that you own 1,000 shares. If XYZ Company announced a 1:2 reverse stock split, you'd end up with 500 shares, each worth $20. You would still own $10,000 worth of shares.
On 4/09/2019, DTII closed at $110.
So if one only bought 2000 shares on 4/09/2019 and we use the logic of adding together reverse splits, so 1 for 2000, you would still have a value of $110, today.
Of course in real world day trading, as that is what most of us do on this board, one would cost average via buying and selling and one would be in much better shape using strategic methods, or get out of the stock if one desires.
Stating DTII is a scam, over and over in posts, has no merit as there is no proof. DTII is a fully reporting and up to date company. Their products are state of the art; I have seen them, have you?
They have a Cumulus Media well connect marketer, Jon Silver who has amazing connections, and several other strategic sales representatives who are scattered across the US. The US just got over the hurdle of Covid-19, so I would expect sales for DTII coming down the line sooner than later.
Historical data from Nasdaq shows the proper pricing, and yes in May 2022, traded at $0.45 from 5/2 to 5/17. See page 5 on this link:
https://www.nasdaq.com/market-activity/stocks/dtii/historical
Wow, good trading day and nice volume!

Defense Technologies’ Zero Radiation Scanners Could Revolutionize Travel & Safety
DTII is a fully reporting and audited company, audited by Fruci & Associates II, PLLC.
Prove that the 9/21 sales were bogus. You cannot, as that is not what the balance sheets state. Been here long term and holding. Not lost a dime.
Have you seen the product? The product is patented, so there is something to it. Have you read the patent? I have seen a demo of their Passive Portal and was quite impressed, nothing on the market like it. Their EBT unit is also very high tech. Good things come to those who wait. DTII is not a scam and you know it.
You cannot prove that it is about the product(s). Yes, DTII has hired many marketing firms with lackluster results; some were new comers to the field of marketing. I have a feeling that things will be looking up with the new marketing firm that will prove your opinion wrong. Since the new hire, the price of the stock has gone up' That in my opinion shows that things are happening in the background that you have no idea about.
