Agreed, yes, the price of DTII has dropped, hence we are in penny stock land buying on the dips and selling on the ups, like day traders do. Now if one were to have contacted DTII in 4/2019, and invested that $220,000, in exchange for restricted preferred shares, one would still have $220,000 invested in DTII, which can be converted at a time when stock pricing is favorable. Much depends on an individuals goals and ability to invest in a company like DTII, instead of day trading, which is playing the market.
