Cavan --- Re: 10Q comment from Energas
Patricia Harris Exploration/Land Assistant?
How did you get transfered to her, if I may ask?
If these guys pull this off they need some real investor relations...

Jeff
Re: DNDT and Hweb up to .21 on 64K
HWEB, LEN and all others thanks for posting this one.
Got a small position first time Hweb commented on it around the first of the year... Looks like a good one...
I'm beginning to believe a Hweb post can move the market :)
Sort of like "Blue Horseshoe loves "____" "
But backed by real fundamental data...
Thanks everyone,
Regards,
Jeff
Early Volume and a lot of it at .55?
I know this stock is oversold, and that the day traders might be playing with it. Good size blocks going at .55 (22K, 10K) Wonder if a MM is trying to build up some inventory, ahead of a 10Q?
Have to wonder if they are guessing on the 10Q or if somebody knows something?

(Feel like I'm at the craps table on this one :)
Good Luck to all...

Energas/Double G Update
1/27/05
OKLAHOMA CITY, Jan 27, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
Energas Resources, Inc. (OTCBB:EGSRE) announces first that the company does not agree with the recent press release issued by Double G Energy. However, after seeing the unsettledness of our partner Double G Energy, a meeting between the companies was called. George Shaw
, President, and Double G Energy have had productive and meaningful discussions about the future course and direction of the Kentucky Bluegrass Project.
Max Golden, President, Double G Energy Inc., stated the following, "Everyone has worked very hard the last couple of days and we have made real progress in these discussions about how to approach this valuable asset. We are very positive about the opportunities in Kentucky."
Both Energas and Double G have agreed to keep all future discussions confidential in the near term and we expect to make a joint statement about the future direction of the Kentucky Bluegrass program.

EGSR --> SCAM RRainman -
I have seen you say that EGSR=SCAM several times.
Any particular reason you see it as a scam other than completely incompetent and inept management?
TIA,
Jeff

ENERGAS RESOURCES INC Quick Quote: EGSRE 0.55 (-0.05)
Double G Energy Halts Further Development with Energas
1/25/05
CARROLLTON, Texas, Jan 25, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
Double G Energy, Inc., a privately held oil and gas exploration company in Carrollton, Texas, announces that it is suspending further development of gas wells with Energas Resources, Inc. (OTCBB:EGSRE) in Kentucky in the Bluegrass Drilling Program. Double G entered
into a contractual agreement on May 28, 2004 with Energas and its subsidiary TGC, Inc., the Operator, to drill up to 200 wells in their Pulaski County prospect, of which Phase 1 was to consist of 55 wells. Only twenty of those wells have been drilled to contract depth but none of these wells have been completed as of this date.
Double G notified Energas on Oct. 5, 2004 that no more wells would be funded by Double G until certain goals were met including the connection and completion of the first 20 wells. Double G has not been satisfied that sufficient progress has been made to proceed any further at this time. "We are disappointed with Energas' performance so far," said Mr. Steve Gray, CFO of Double G. "This project has so much potential, but there have been too many delays on behalf of Energas. Energas is in default under our agreement and we believe there are potentially serious issues of execution and accountability on the part of management of Energas," he said. "They have repeatedly failed to meet agreed upon deadlines costing us and our investors significant revenues. We are considering all possible alternatives to get these twenty wells completed and producing at the expected levels represented by Energas to protect our investment." Mr. Gray further stated, "Double G sincerely hopes this is resolved quickly and Energas' management will apply themselves to completing our existing wells. Their credibility has been severely eroded with us and our investors. We have been very clear with Energas about the importance of their performance and what needs to be done to produce the wells correctly. Execution and performance are very important factors to the overall success of any prospect, and our experience over the past seven months with Energas has caused us to reconsider our involvement with them."
Double G is moving forward with its other drilling programs in Tennessee and expects to commence drilling on those wells during the first quarter of 2005. Those programs will allow Double G to drill up to 300 wells over the next three years.

RE: EGSRE---> Scam
Does anyone on this board really believe EGSRE could be a scam? I have noted several members of the VM board buying it, and the DYDD.org guys have done a lot of work on it. But I have also seen the scam word several times...
Now not so great investor relations I believe! But perhaps they are just a one-man shop focused on building the business, and not worried about the day to day share price. If what they say they have found in the ground is true... buying at .60 is a steal, IMO...
I called the company today and talked to Patti, seem legit enough and said everyone was in a meeting with visitors. Shortly after a email came out saying they got an extension.
I don't own enough shares to justify a trip to visit.
Anyone live in OKLAHOMA CITY or KY, and care to visit?
Thoughts?
Jeff
Does this mean...
An extension from the SEC, or an extension from the exchange...Or Both...?
Small block went for .58 now back up to .60
I think this is a buying opportunity if they just got out of being delisted tommorrow...
Thoughts?
Jeff

To all: We have been granted a filing extension to make some final 10Q adjustments to comply with the Sarbanes-Oxley rules. The auditors thought they would be finished last week but they now say the report should be finished this week. We will do everything we can to get this report filed as soon as possible.

Called the Company @10am
I called the company at 10 am and talked to Patti (Who answered the phone on one ring) Chatted with her for a couple of minutes. She mentioned that the best time to call back to talk to them would be after 1pm, and that they had been in meetings with "visitors" since 8am.
She said they had received many calls and recommended calling back after 1pm. Would not say anything else.
Hoping these visitors are the Auditors presenting the audit findings and getting the signatures needed to file...
Otherwise the block I added to my position at .61 is going to be in the underwater for a while :)
Cross posting this on both the Ihub and Raging bull boards...
Regards,
Jeff
Thanks Etechman1 but...
I'm familiar with EGSR been long on this stock since the 50's...
But still unsure why we had a high volume burst which took out up a lot of sell orders @ 80 and 81 cents a share. Then the stock settled back into the trading range, still think some good news leak...
I was just speculating... Time will tell... Still hoping for something this week (10QSB or operations update.)
Get the feeling that this is a "family" run business that is not yet concern with investor relations, and they know they have something great!
Good Luck to all,
Jeff
EGSRE Up to .80 intra day 10Q this week?
Perhaps the 10Q leaked or some operational news is coming?
Pretty big price move on heavier than normal volume...
Jeff

Been watching this one since hweb mentioned it last week. This was probably already factored in because of the new orders, or perhaps they have more on the way?
Jeff
Does any one follow PTSX Point.360 ?
Current Price 3.67
Thinly traded, recently spiked above its 200 MA and 50 MA
I saw the 8K this morning looked at them:

Small profit margin, some revenue growth, does "value add" work for the motion picture industry and TV?
Thoughts anyone?
Thanks,
Jeff
