Energas Resources, Inc. (OTCBB:EGSRE) announces first that the company does not agree with the recent press release issued by Double G Energy. However, after seeing the unsettledness of our partner Double G Energy, a meeting between the companies was called. George Shaw
, President, and Double G Energy have had productive and meaningful discussions about the future course and direction of the Kentucky Bluegrass Project.

Max Golden, President, Double G Energy Inc., stated the following, "Everyone has worked very hard the last couple of days and we have made real progress in these discussions about how to approach this valuable asset. We are very positive about the opportunities in Kentucky."

Both Energas and Double G have agreed to keep all future discussions confidential in the near term and we expect to make a joint statement about the future direction of the Kentucky Bluegrass program.
