I would disagree with that. They've spend a lot of time analyzing that seismic and using the latest tools available. See the virtual drilling info sheet from Rex International: http://www.rexih.com/pdf/02-RVD1.pdf
This is the company and software they used to analyze the seismic. It shows a very high success rate. Let's also not forget that after viewing all that data Perseville bought out all minority holders. Would they really do that if they think chances are slim to make money ?
After spending all that time, money and energy it would surprise me if they didn't hit oil on baikal#1
2 low cost (traditional non-shale) onshore oil plays with enormous potential - drilling starts in december !
Terra Nova Energy (TGC ticker on Canadian Venture, TNVMF on OTC):
Focused on exploring for and developing low cost, high margin oil in Australia's Cooper Basin.
Short info sheet:
- cost per barrel is 23-28$
- Brent oil now sells for around 50$ a barrel
- the company receives an extra 10%-15% premium above the Brent market price
- to be proven reserves in the upcoming drilling campaign of around 92.7 million barrels of oil
- company owns 20% of the oil properties
- drilling starts in december
- only 6% of the total acreage has been shot with 3d seismic, that leaves still 93% unexplored. Can you imagine what the other 93% might hold if 6% of their acreage already shows a possible 92.7 million barrels !!!
This results in a possible share price of around 6$ when the reserves are proven after the drilling campaign ends (The stock now trades around 0,08$)! Remember, this is only for their explored 6% acreage, the potential upside here is still much higher !
Management did a PP and they themselves raised money for the company earlier this year so they also have a lot of skin in the game !
The company trades on the Canadian Venture exchange but also on the OTC (TNVMF). I would advise to buy on the Venture since volume there is always much higher then on the OTC, the OTC is very thinly traded so it's difficult to get in/out.
I am quite confident oil will be struck. The companies have used new tools available in the industry like the virtual drilling software of Rex international, see http://www.rexih.com/pdf/02-RVD1.pdf
It's software has a much higher accuracy rate then using conventional methods to detect oil. (it's own tests give it a 100% accuracy rate). The company has spent more then a year analyzing their seismic data together with Rex to derisk their drilling campaign and to make sure they hit it right at the first try.
If the first well is a success then at least 2 more wells will be drilled immediately to take advantage of the oil rig and boots on the ground already there.

7.4 Million Options
1.9 Million Warrants

Holloman Energy (HENC ticker on OTC):
Partner to Terra Nova Energy on it's oil properties, HENC owns around 49% of the properties. Of course the same items in the info sheet as stated above also apply here, the only difference is that HENC owns a bigger cut of the acreage. Management is from Holloman Corporation in Houston and are also the largest shareholders (60 % - Holloman Value Holdings), they also provide all financing and have a lot riding on this.
Company Share Structure:
112.6 million shares fully diluted
This results in a possible share price of around 12$ when the reserves are proven after the drilling campaign ends (The stock now trades around 0,25$) ! Remember, this is only for their explored 6% acreage, the potential upside here is still much higher !

Drilling news:
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/baikal-1-drilling-program-underway-130145803.html
Since drilling news has been announced the 2 stock picks are already up around 15% - 20%
The runup should continue into drilling that's to take place early december. It should double from this level before they drill. If they hit oil then it should double again and more...
I am quite confident oil will be struck. The companies have used new tools available in the industry like the software of Rex international http://rexih.com
It's software has a 92.2% accuracy rate to verify if the to be drilled location has oil or not.
If the first well is a success then at least 2 more wells will be drilled immediately to take advantage of the oil rig and boots on the ground already there. Especially for Holloman (HENC) drilling is cheap due to the favourable exchange rate (USD to AUD) and is an incentive to keep drilling.
TGC (TNVMF on the OTC) is already fully funded for 4 wells. HENC is funded for 1 well. It loans the money it needs from it's parent company Holloman corporation (which owns 60% of HENC) so there will be no dilution to fund future drilling after well#1.
So jump aboard, this could turn into one hell of a holiday season...

To all HENC followers, I posted this earlier but would like to get some help. Below is the overview posted a few days ago, I would like to ask all shareholders here to post this on other ihub boards. Paid ihub subscibers should post this to the premium boards, freebie users (like myself) should post it on the free user groups.

There is one catch: each user can only post the same message twice each day, otherwise it's considered spam and will get deleted. That's why we need several people to post this to get the word out. Post 2 messages each day if possible.
This can be a real money maker for everyone at these levels so post away !

This results in a possible share price of around 12$ when the reserves are proven after the drilling campaign ends (The stock now trades around 0,25$) ! Remember, this is only for their explored 6% acreage, the potential upside here is still much higher !

2 low cost (traditional non-shale) oil plays with enormous potential - drilling starts in early december !
Terra Nova Energy (TGC ticker on Canadian Venture):

So this could mean 2 things:
- Senex's timetable bumped this into december
- they took an extra 2/3 weeks to factor in possible delays to be on the safe side and could still surprise us with a start of drilling in november.
Here is something interesting. Go to sedar and check the latest filings. They released a filing the day after the drilling PR with what seems to be a previous version of their PR that stated a mid-november start of drilling:
Terra Nova Engages Senex Energy to Complete First Well on PEL 444, South
Australia
Targeted Spud Date of mid-November
Singapore – October 27, 2015 – Terra Nova Energy Ltd. ("Terra Nova" or the "Company") is pleased
to announce that Senex Energy Ltd. (ASX: SXY) (“Senex”) has been selected to drill the Baikal #1
well on Petroleum Exploration License (PEL) 444 on behalf of the Joint Venture. Terra Nova, as
operator, obtained a competitive rate by leveraging Senex’s current drilling program in this region.
Senex currently operates a large acreage position in the Cooper-Eromanga Basins and has
completed several successful drilling programs that have led to new oil discoveries within those
basins.
Henry Aldorf, Terra Nova’s President and CEO, stated, “We are pleased to work with Senex Energy.
Senex’s nearby exploration experience at the Snatcher oil field, which is geologically similar to our
acreage in PEL 444, will be a great asset for the Company.” Furthermore, Mr. Aldorf stated, “We look
forward to reaching total depth in the Baikal #1 well in December 2015, which is designed to test a
large prospective target on PEL 444.”
The drilling program is expected to commence in mid-November and includes one well to test the
Baikal #1 target, which will be drilled as a vertical slim-hole well down to the Pre-Jurassic
Unconformity to an expected depth of 2,050 meters (6,700 feet) targeting the Mid-Birkhead channel
sands.

I hope that they announce the drilling of more wells - at the latest - when they announce the result of well#1: be it oil or dry.
Else the SP will suffer when a lot of investors sell when they are of the understanding that no more wells will be drilled.
I see a fellow investor here (Citrati) from the stocks mentioned below.
I actually found this board by reading 123Tom's posts from the CTIX board (will buy that one in the near future).

HENC & TGC on OTC and Venture.
Great runup potential here with these 2 stocks when drilling starts, these stock always run higher before drilling and when they hit oil it pops big.

The good: finally drilling is going to happen.
The bad: rain season starts in december so unknown if this will be a factor since it can't be controlled.
Nothing specific that indicates a multi-well program so we will probably have to wait after the first well is drilled to know if more will follow.
Exciting weeks ahead of us...
At last but why wait till early december ? The rain season starts in december.
Good post. Still would like to see they appoint someone to their investors relations post. If drilling is successfull that will draw in a lot of new investors each with their own inquiries. Receiving no responses from the company comes off as unprofessional and bad.
Looking forward to next week and a multi-well drilling campaign.
There will always be selling at each step on the way up. Each seller has his /her reasons so it doesn't really matter.
Now that money matters are settled i would expect a drilling announcement next week ! At last...
Good stuff, drilling news next week ?
If I remember correctly Pel 112 and 444 are also merged PEL's. HENC had rights to more PEL's but they were merged into those 2.
There are now no other assets besides those 2 PEL's.
well well, that's interesting. First Santos refuses a takeover bid and now Beach and Drillsearch are merging. M&A activity in Australia is heating up...good potential for our assets.
Rumours floating around are that henc paid it's share, a driller is selected and we drill by mid November. Unless confirmed by both companies with a pr it remains just talk...
Each passing day takes us closer to the rain season, not a sign of great management and let's not forget non-communication.
I wouldn't count on news on a friday especially an announcement that contains drilling info. That's something to communicate at the beginning of a week, not at the end since that would fire the stock...any week now since we know december won't be the time to drill due to the rains.
The events of the last months regarding TGC have been very emotional for most investors. It does not mean they are to be considered stupid nor inferior.
Why don't you enlighten us with something relevant: Company progress. Surely a driller must have been selected now ?
Brent is doing very well this week, oil is back on an upswing:
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2015-10-08/oil-heads-for-biggest-weekly-gain-since-august-on-demand-outlook
Do you happen to know if this is for for 1 well only or for multiple wells ?
Would love to finally see a PR from HENC announcing financing and an overview of where we are now, it's now a month since the last PR.
I know, i was alluding to the "when" between today and jan 15
Due to the continued silence imho, they should pr the world their story, seismic, drilling plans etc... they suck at communication
Try to hang in there till the obligation well is drilled, the problem is when...
This company sucks at communicating with the outside world, they definately need a professional commmuncation/IR person. If the drilling compaign ever get's started then this management won't be able to tell the story or sell it to new investors, I hope they know and understand it.
Drillsearch's P2 "probable" reserves are around 30 million.
Henc's valuation could be much bigger. The seismic as shown in TGC's corporate presentation shows a possible 93 million barrels and that is just for 6% of the owned acreage.
The share price potential depends on several "IF's":
If 93 million barrels of oil are proven after the drilling campaign then HENC's value is around 10$ and TGC is 5$.
If you of course extrapolate these reserves to the other 94% acreage then the sky is the limit.
This is of course no guarantee that the other acreage will contain as much/more/less oil but normally the market should take into account that 94% of acreage should hold some potential and that should reflect into the share price (in the best scenario and market conditions).
Also with oil in abundance in today's world there is never a guarantee that the stock will trade at what it's worth.
