I pinged Sidney on this. I don't remember what he said exactly last time I asked about this. I know a lot has changed since last January and I am not positive this is still on the table. I know the increase in auth was probably due to Sidney's credit line to the company and the price of the shares back then. I don't know about the reverse mentioned I need to ask about that. I am not sure it is in line with the company strategy now that they have clearance.
I have to travel to go to a Christmas party today/tonight but if I get an answer I will share it.
That is just for a non compete.
I am convinced they are going to dominate this space soon. See the section under competition. Once competitor already had their lawsuit thrown out. They have some very interesting things to say about competition
I have no clue what Monday will do but they are now on a claer path to get 2016 updated and 2017
Hey Obe,
I don't have PM but I hear you and my situation is similar this year sadly.
With that said I am staying the course with ALRT. With CVS/ATETNA merger and the changing business climate in this space this product is perfectly positioned. I think that merger is disruptive and can only help a disruptive tech that fits right in with their buisness plan. Whether it is CVS/Aetna or or other similar mergers I think that pharmacy/insurer business model it just the tip of the ice burg.
I think there is a lot of value in what Sidney has developed. He is very forward thinking and saw these developments in chronic care coming years before us.
I am not done reading the filing but it is packed with information and history of the company. It also shows clearly how Sidney has been financing the company.
With so little stock available to the public it really gives this company a lot of options going forward to choose the right partner, merge, be bought ect. I have no idea how long it will take to get to the next level but the steps are being taken.
No missed commitments from the company yet. There are no revenues yet but clearly the studies prove out the benefits.
In the end market will decide what happens to ALRT. It is my opinion that the value of what has been developed has monster revenue potential for a stock at this price
Sidney is one of the best outside the box thinking CEO's on the OTC. He has hit every single commitment he has made to us shareholders. Kudo's to Sidney and his team making the first filing happen. Well done
thank you for your input.
Thoughts on what will happen if it is filed?
I asked Sidney last night about his thoughts on the CSV/Aetna merger and how he sees it relating to ALRT. I think it's a very insightful potential real world application/answer and shows exactly how the ALRT platform could be used with evolving disruptive models coming to market
"A CVS – Aetna combination creates a vertically integrated care package for patients. The ALRT System delivers improved outcomes by presenting the professionals of One Minute Clinic timely notices based on reliable data and best practice guidelines to adjust care plans, primarily through intensification of medications – principal business of CVS. Timely intervention of patient care plans will retard progression and contain complications of diabetes. Containing the cost of care will allow the health insurer to offer competitive pricing. The ALRT System adds value to every level of the integrated CVS-Aetna combination."
Been super busy but this merger from the comments hit my radar so read up on it a little. Some quotes from some different articles on the CVS/Aetna merger below. Looking forward to see how this plays out for ALRT
ALRT will be perfectly positioned to grow in the developing space and disrupt right along with companies merging and forming a new blueprint on care like CVS/Aetna. You also have other clinics like Zoomcare and the likes that have been popping up the last few years either regionally or nationally. The argument that Dr's will be the only ones to continue to treat and monitor this chronic disease just does not hold true. This shift in the business practices of pharmacies and clinics combined with insurance companies is really a big development. I did not see this combination coming.
Pharmacist in California are specifically licensed to care for Diabetes in California. Look for more states to follow especially as more mergers like this one take place. The thing I love about ALRT is they have been thinking outside the box and are ahead of this trend and ready to capitalize on it. I would also think this merger would generate more partner opportunities as the path becomes more clear to monetize the plaatform
Quotes - I think they are applicable to the product ALRT has developed. I think we are seeing the tip of the iceberg now.
CVS Health’s proposed acquisition of Aetna is designed to keep patients out of the hospital for as much care as possible while escalating the move away from fee-for-service medicine to value-based care.
CVS plans to expand services in its pharmacies and retail clinics, and even deliver care to customers' homes as a way to capture patients in lower cost settings and save premium dollars paid by Aetna clients, employers and those covered by Medicare and Medicaid insurance.
This is bad news for the nation’s hospitals, which still see millions of patients in their emergency rooms and provide care for ailments that CVS and Aetna executives say could be avoided or directed to an outpatient location.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
The CVS-Aetna deal is a case of a sector self-disrupting before an actual disruptor shows up. Proponents of the merger claim the combined company will redefine the healthcare experience. CVS Health’s 9,700 pharmacies and 1,000 Minute Clinics could evolve to become even more focused on the delivery of actual medical care. Acquiring Aetna adds new services and powerful data informatics components to its enterprise. Most importantly, it gives CVS greater control over patient flow.
I know there are only a small amount of us here but from the videos and knowing what this platform does it is hard to imagine that ALRT is not going to be a player in lowering the cost of diabetes care while also improving outcomes.
On potential alone this stock price should be much higher IMO
Tomorrow should be interesting. No one talking about this out there
Its a 25-1 reverse from .015 approx per Ben. I posted an email from him a while back. From there where it goes we will have to see based on the Spectrum King filings. There is nothing out there to indicate this R/M is not going to happen. I would say the opposite that the lack of pump and noise makes it more likely. I think the MM's have intentionally held this down to try to accumulate at the discount
I don't know what caused the action today. It could be the 2015 filing due by the 8th. While that is a huge step not sure it would have caused volume today though it was nice to see. I think what today shows is what is very overlooked. All the stock is owned by very few people. I think it falls on death ears that there is only 2.5% minority ownership here with a FDA cleared company. I don't think the longs have to let that sink in but if you are new today you should
CEO 20 Million invested and finances company curretntly
FDA cleared product recently
Company looking to go to market currently and building a strategy
Recent high of .15
Where would a 15M day take this on even marginal news?
Been dead silent. Possibly in a quiet period but it should be over any day I would think
BP? Drawing a blank
There has to be a big gotcha. The bids and asks just seem to big to have a float this small.
This is a great video and explain exactly why ALRT is such a strong forward looking company on the forefront of innovation. I encourage everyone to watch this and try to apply what we know about ALRT. This is off the ALrT twitter feed
ALRT is squarely positioned in each of @accenture’s the disruptive life sciences business models.

Makes me even more bullish on ALRT innovative technology
The payer in public health is going to eat this up. IE the government. I fully expect to see governments involved with this
Bingo!! Patient adherence and better outcomes benefits everyone
It's cool, we don't all have to agree and I look at all angles. Right now I think there is a pharmacy component that is not fully understood yet
All I know is he said it would not be utilized until he and his wife's current credit line is used. He said min 6 month restriction if used. He also indicated he would expect to have a solid investor not the toxic stuff we are use to on OTC. We shall see.
One of the reasons they downsized a while back was to conserve cash. Sidney was/is financing operations and they needed to cut cost while waiting for clearance. Now that they have clearance I believe things are happening not visible to us yet. Just waiting for the next announcements. He and his wife own 97.5% of O/S so this is why it's stable and thin. I hope we will know the next move in a week or two and also get the 2015 filing. To me that is just a needed step to get to next step of being current. No idea why he would waste the time if he did not have things happening. It would be nice to see an update on where things are at currently but realize when news hits it has been significant material developments.
He is an engineer for those that have not looked. He has developed a good solid product. It limits liability. Easy to use and developed with a ton of input from the medical field. It benefits everyone as I see it. I will be looking very closely as to who and where they partner with to get adoption going.
Most of all I like a CEO who delivers without the pump. He just does what he says and has worldwide connections. Other than FDA clearance and how he fianances the company everything else is circumstantial and open to interpretation about the product and rollout. I find our CEO to be the upmost professional and very passionate about what he is doing. He is the driver in this and has a lot to lose. This guy grinds. That is not easily faked in my eyes so I want to believe in this as much as he does.
Hope is not a strategy but I feel like there is much more than hope now that things are cranking
we shall see soon. I dont see any indication of it yet from a run perspective but it is holding very solid in a crappy OTC market right now. Hopefully early December will be good to u
Hearing they are gearing up to run this hard. Company needs to get PPS up to value to grow. Would not be surprised to see .20 plus in next week
I see your point and understand the view. Because it will be a longer OTC journey I have some
Comfort knowing only 2,5% of the stock trades on the OTC because there is no way Sidney is selling any and there is also no sign of any selling. It leads me to believe as news hits we will see good pops and stair step above .10 soon. Time will tell but I appreciate a company doing what they say they are.
Yes strategically it remains to be seen what will happen but there are things happening or they would not be getting current. Looking forward to seeing the next step
I agree but also respectfully dis agree. This is not a US physician play at this time. In California Pharmacist can prescribe. In Canada Pharmacist can prescribe and monitor. While the US is very important it is less than 10% of the worldwide market potential. The plan is to be into other geopgrahies first as I understand it. The US market is not going to stall this advancement in diabetes care.
I agree in the US it will take time. In Canada and other socialized medicine countries the way things are done is much different. Look outside our walls and there is a much different world out there. Dr's monitor A1C twice a year I think here. This system does it real time and adjustments can be made much quicker before it causes other issues or issues are caught. In my opinion I expect to see pharmacies in the mix. It is what makes sense. They sell device. They monitor in house. They prescribe. They can make adjustments. Patients have pharmacy reimbursements. Governments will like it since they are basically the insurer. Takes workload off overloaded socialized medicine systems. Pharmacist are trained and can handle it. Overall it's a win win even for big Pharma as regular testing increases sales
Asked Sidney if the 2015 filings were on track for 12/8 and he responded that he believed so. Expect another commitment to be hit as he continues to exceed OTC CEO's with meeting deadlines. He is onnthe very cutting edge with his technology. Patiently waiting for his next move in his process to monetize his device and software
When? Link is broken?
Nite moved to 3
The attraction is what is coming in. They have to reverse to recapitalize that value. This may be a low float runnwer post merge Spectrum King is legit
I agree with you. The one thing in this ticker I believe is Sidney and I am one that thinks you can throw a OTC CEO about as far as you can trust them which is I dont.
With that said this guy is different. Very honorable guy. He is doing everything he has said. He told me after the spike he wants the OTC traders to be happy but he is not doing this to please us. He considers us 2.5% minority owners. I had to let that sink in. He wants a good market reaction and valuation but he also knows what he has. He will make it with or without us he owns 97.5% of this
This is why this trades so thin. Today is the perfect example on less than 50K shares. Sidney and his wife are not selling. I do need to check with TA again just to make sure nothing has changed
Way back when this spiked he flat out told me there will be news going forward now that they have clearance. We just will not know when but I suspect it will have a good market response as people understand the bigger picture of this ticker. I think I understand it just because I have spent so much time looking at all the angles and got out of the mind set of North America only. Once I understood how reimbursements work. I see the value built into the product. I think things will move quicker than we think on a path towards revenues. Everyone's horizon is different though. As long as there is no dumping of shares i can be patient. I dont think this CEO needs to sell at this price to survive day to day I

Here we go .03 going to come quick IMO
I have an email into Danielle at Pacific Stock Transfer to see if they will update share structure. It does not sound like they are answering from board post but they will get sick of emails eventually and get the number out there or we will get a filing. With the big reverse everything is reset here and we can benefit in a big way on this next run up
This o/s is either locked or 3M is wrong. pretty simple math here
a run to a dollar plus would not shock me with the assets, revenue and share structure. We are either missing something big or this may run like a hall of fame stock. The higher it climbs the faster it is going to move. Anyone flipping for a penny right now good luck getting shares back when real money comes in
I think today's trading will be interesting. For a couple weeks it has had good support at the bottom of the channel where we are now. Would like to see it recover back into the 4's today. I think that would be an amazing sign.
dont disagree but I think there is going to be more than just one thing with news and updated filings.
Dilution is a concern with any OTC but I still circle around that they cut cost drastically over a year ago to focus on clearance and he contracts work to keep cost down as he has been funding operation. He must have a lot of money or family money to do it. I think Sidney must be pretty well connected to have the confidence to do what he has done
Sidney will not release news to please you or anyone on the OTC but when he does release news it will mean something. That is basically how this company operates. He has no interest in just pumping up the stock. It will happen organically. He knows the value of what he has designed. The float is tiny so when significant news is released it will spike. He and his wife own 97.5% of the float. It is pretty obvious how it trades. Sidney has said more than once there will be news just not everyday. It's everyone individual choice if you want to plant money here and wait or not. Not a big deal if it is not a traders cup of tea in my opinion. I am pretty sure this is gaining a lot of attention where it needs to and I am not talking about IHUB
We are getting very close. hoping for a merry ALRT Christmas
