some questions...
1) What will GOIG investors get from this buyout?
2) Will it be a cash buyout?
3) What will the buyout price (per share) be?
of course, I dont expect ppl to be able to answer some of these questions...but they are worth asking.
Right at this moment, the "text before crash" incident is the #1 trending topic on Yahoo.

Or maybe that that Chinese investor (Mr. Yu?) that signed the LOI with IKE took the "Go800" name and did his own thing with it already.

lol
Where is this IR? Link, please?
Ok, so from what the statement reads, Alpha Capital Anstalt now owns 110,727,247 shares, which translates to 9.9% public ownership, of OPMG. Right?
So...who is this Alpha Capital Anstalt party??
Ok, can someone explain to me what is a statement of ownership and what does it convey in regards to OPMG?
Yeah, their CEO definitely put the "IKE" in "YIKES!"
so what's going on right now with SAVW? Investors buying now or selling?
so...is it "Phoneguard" or "Phone Guard" now? This would change the way I google for info on this company (might make it harder!). lol
PhoneGuard was still "Inc" on May 22, 2012, based on this registration date.
http://www.highbeam.com/doc/1P3-2672756031.html
Or maybe that trademark issuance used the name that was used to apply for it a while back...
i have this info regarding LLC vs INC
http://smallbusiness.chron.com/difference-between-llc-3759.html
Read under "Stock"
i dunno what to think though...
I don't own anything lvs shares, but I check on it once in a while. Can someone tell me why the pps dropped steeply from $60 in mid-April to below $40 now? I scanned the PRs but didnt see anything significant. did i miss something??
Looks like Nicki Manaj is a performer in the 4/2013 show. She's a popular one (though not as popular as JB)
Did anyone notice the small update on phoneguard.com?
I hit that URL today and a small modal window popped up saying something along the lines of "we have moved all of our products and services to optionsmedia.com. please update your bookmark".
Then, it redirected as usual.
What's difference b/t Penny Stock Geeks and other penny stock recommendation/advising groups? In the past, there's a lot of other positive recommendations for OPMG but the PPS and volume never jump this much, relatively...
Per some of the latest PRs I've found, looks like Rock2Live Music Fest is still on for this fall. Here are some of those article's highlights. Also, it looks like GMR has unleashed its own streaming service called "Maximus Overdrive" to use with upcoming and future events.

D'London will also be actively involved in the 'Rock2Live' Music Series promoting safe driving into schools registered in the program throughout the western region of the U.S. D'London will then be joining other GMR artists involved in the national student lead safety program against texting and driving.
The artists will be providing their talents towards in school public service announcements to promote safe driving habits to teen drivers across the country. The Rock2Live Music Series also serves as a creative fundraiser for the local schools across the country participating in the pay-per-view to benefit under funded school budgets.

The upcoming tour dates will lead the group [BadHorse] to their appearance later this fall at the 'Rock2Live' Music Festival, a music festival to be broadcast in celebration of a national student driven program surrounding an anti-text and drive awareness campaign into schools.
The 'Rock2Live' Music Festival is to be streamed around the world hosting major artists from all music genres with 'BadHorse' as one of the chosen country featured artists joining Flo Rida, Kelly Rowland, Surface Rising, Jessica Dawn and many others in support of the cause.

The Company plans to release a complete summer schedule in early June. The plan for the Company is to use these events to bring greater attention to the 'Rock2Live' Music Festival which was created to enhance teen awareness of the texting and driving problem.
These pages are probably just mock ups since being HTML pages, they really don't do any processing on the server side.
Also, I think these pages have been there for a while, and so are old and unused. If you look at the HTML code in source view, notice they are using the old version of the JQuery Library (1.4.2).
The most current version of Jquery components are 1.7.2

So yeah, I'm sure they are obsolete pages.....or the web programmer they hired is really not up to speed with web dev technology. lol
I don't own any BAC shares right now, but I wished I had bought in when it was under $7. If I want to get in currently, what would be a good entry point?
Yeah, i saw that news a few days ago =)

And you're right. That same article appeared on many other online sources as well, including CBS.
I don't have any proof for this, but I strongly think that the author got the motivation to write that negative article from reading this board. It's not like waves of news of justin's failure to promote PG spreaded everywhere and hit him. Obviously, we saw NO news of JB's promotion of PG. So my point is that article is more of an exaggeration.
DISCHINO: Trademark issued to PhoneGuard, Inc.
I don't remember seeing anyone share this on the board within the last month, so here it is -- something positive, I guess. The logo is the old one and I'm not sure how relevant it is anymore, but at least they legally own it now. Who knows, maybe they will revert back to using this one.
The trademark PHONE GUARD (Reg. No. 4144904) was issued on May 22 [2012] by the USPTO.

Hey Dischino, in regards to your post from December (http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=69579150), you are right -- OPMG never owned "PhoneGuard", but they do legally own "Phone Guard" now. =)

Shadow, I cleared out the cache for both Firefox and IE, but I still get redirected. I didn't get redirected this morning, so I think the change is recent.
U should clear your browser's cache and then see what you get.
uh...phoneguard.com is redirecting to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Default_%28finance%29 again. lol
New article mentioning Phoneguard:
http://www.kansascity.com/2012/06/21/3669425/texting-while-driving-doesnt-work.html
Word IS spreading slowly...
Im not sure if this is anything worth noting, but PhoneGuard's page on Google Play (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.phoneguard.premium&hl=en) shows "Updated: June 18, 2012" on the right hand side of the page.
Not sure if the date was programmed to be automatically whenever the INSTALLS count increases, or if the developer (OPMG) actually went in to manually update some content...
Anyone want to ask Justin about OPMG?
I saw his tweet today:
You submit on @youtube. @jimmyfallon asks. I answer. #AskJustin #BELIEVE -
If u word it that way, the chances of that happening will be as low as the pps right now. on the other hand, if u had wish that he'd given more attention to the cause of txt n drv and how he can become a happy investor, then there's more hope.
1,000,000 volume just went thru..
hmmmmm....
I cant remember if this exact article was shared a few days ago by a board member here or not, but here it is:

PhoneGuard Premium on Motorola.com (6/7/12)
http://www.motorola.com/blog/
(scroll down to the middle of the page).
So...Phoneguard is still very much alive.
It's not that everyone would buy Phoneguard app at the mall. It's more like Cellairis places large bulk orders of phoneguard from OPMG (and paying OPMG upfront), then distributing it (possible for free) to its customers buying their cases and mechandise. So in that case OPMg has already earned $$$ from the sale to Cellairis. Think outside the box.
Here's my opinion:
I think OPMG's deal with Cellairis to sell Phoneguard had been secured all along, back before Xmas last year. Just that due to circumstances (financial hardship, legal complications, whatever)the Company has decided to keep mum. Yes, they are strapped for cashed now. Yes, they have earned a distasteful reputation. But obviously, they have not given up. Apparently, from the latest 8K, they acknowledged that they might become non-operational if they do not gather enough finances. But it should be clear to us now why they have not shut their doors. It is because they still feel pretty confident that they will rake in enough revenue from this Cellairis deal to keep OPMG afloat. What we all hope for now, is that sales of Phoneguard by Cellairis is only the spark that will fuel much greater demand as the product gets more exposure (maybe by Bieber).
Good news indeed. Might just have grab some more shares. lol
Phoneguard.com is down again, right? or is my browser messed up?
Anyone have a guess as to why they wouldn't want to use PhoneGuard.com as their site, even though their only product is PhoneGuard?
1) Don't wanna pay the small monthly fee to keep the site hosted?
2) Lost a legal battle to some other company that has copyrighted PhoneGuard already?
3) Planning to offer some more software as supposed to just PhoneGuard?
4) The webmaster of PhoneGuard.com got lazy or quit?
hmmm
I did notice that the optionsmedia.com site was fully working again a few hours ago. I didn't see any new material as far as I could remember, so i didnt bother informing the board. Is there anything new on the site?
