I think OPMG's deal with Cellairis to sell Phoneguard had been secured all along, back before Xmas last year. Just that due to circumstances (financial hardship, legal complications, whatever)the Company has decided to keep mum. Yes, they are strapped for cashed now. Yes, they have earned a distasteful reputation. But obviously, they have not given up. Apparently, from the latest 8K, they acknowledged that they might become non-operational if they do not gather enough finances. But it should be clear to us now why they have not shut their doors. It is because they still feel pretty confident that they will rake in enough revenue from this Cellairis deal to keep OPMG afloat. What we all hope for now, is that sales of Phoneguard by Cellairis is only the spark that will fuel much greater demand as the product gets more exposure (maybe by Bieber).
