Per some of the latest PRs I've found, looks like Rock2Live Music Fest is still on for this fall. Here are some of those article's highlights. Also, it looks like GMR has unleashed its own streaming service called "Maximus Overdrive" to use with upcoming and future events.

D'London will also be actively involved in the 'Rock2Live' Music Series promoting safe driving into schools registered in the program throughout the western region of the U.S. D'London will then be joining other GMR artists involved in the national student lead safety program against texting and driving.
The artists will be providing their talents towards in school public service announcements to promote safe driving habits to teen drivers across the country. The Rock2Live Music Series also serves as a creative fundraiser for the local schools across the country participating in the pay-per-view to benefit under funded school budgets.

The upcoming tour dates will lead the group [BadHorse] to their appearance later this fall at the 'Rock2Live' Music Festival, a music festival to be broadcast in celebration of a national student driven program surrounding an anti-text and drive awareness campaign into schools.
The 'Rock2Live' Music Festival is to be streamed around the world hosting major artists from all music genres with 'BadHorse' as one of the chosen country featured artists joining Flo Rida, Kelly Rowland, Surface Rising, Jessica Dawn and many others in support of the cause.

The Company plans to release a complete summer schedule in early June. The plan for the Company is to use these events to bring greater attention to the 'Rock2Live' Music Festival which was created to enhance teen awareness of the texting and driving problem.
