Yes, nice to see higher lows and gaps up daily over the last week. Another good artical from Seeking Alpha: http://seekingalpha.com/article/908411-steve-elop-helps-ease-some-worries-regarding-nokia?source=yahoo
I like it the long term. Appears to have all the ingredients for a successful turn around. Apple's recent maps embarrassment bodes well for NOK. Mr. Elop appears to be guiding Nokia out of the abyss. Thinking I'll upgrade my old Droid to a Lumina. Anxious to see earnings and cash flow. GLTA
Thanks Gatsby. Yet, I still wonder if a united voice from the majority of common share holders would get an audience with Greg and BOD. I think a shareholders meeting needs to in the near term plans.
Suffice it say that I now have a significant stake here - mostly accumulated in the .0001s so I enjoy a favorable average. My gut tells me that patience will be rewarded but I don't have recent data for support. Now and then it's worth rereading the events that have unfolded this year which restores my confidence. Would love to see current financials.
Anyone know the actual OS shares? Can we get a accurate count from the transfer agent?

Funny. A buy back is more likely than any splits assuming the cash flow is available. Oh wait. We're a holding company acquiring more stuff. Fun to speculate.
What happened today? Did I miss a return to a real bid?
Still patient and not concerned about the lack of PRs. Expect that we'll get an update in the next 4 - 6 weeks. Anytime from now to mid November is reasonable. I'm not looking for "PR" - just an update.
Another thought if anyone is still with me. Assuming the 1.9 Billion O/S shares is more less close, I'd guess that collectively we just might hold a majority. Thinking... Can we call a meeting? Anyone want to take the lead?
Wow! Thanks for sharing. Although I have a small stake in another industry player I've over-weighted MJNA for many months based on performance, value, revenue, and exponential growth.
Interesting write up on Seeking Alpha: http://seekingalpha.com/article/869881-nokia-an-opportunity-in-a-globally-recognized-brand
The market might wake to Nokia's potential turn around - likely sooner than later. GLTA
Perhaps it's just not the best timing to blast PRs. I understand the need to know and I share it. I have more questions then answers. I appreciate your DD but for now I am pleased with an update each quarter just to say we're still here and making progress. There is no need to distract management and bother their existing business relationships and families (as others suggested).
If my time horizon were this week, or even this month, I would have moved on after the news in August. I think many have lost patience and the ownership of their shares has shifted to others. No doubt about it, BFHJ has tied up resources that might have been put to work elsewhere. But to me this not just a leap of faith based on what we've all uncovered to date.
I'd kind of like to see another few days of "no bid" while we're in this quiet period so I don't get stuck with a partial fills as I did on Friday.
Accumulation is still the game now and patience is paramount. I might be wrong which wouldn't be the first time.

Thanks Gatsby! Very informative.
Other than Jeff McCarthy I see no serious resistance until the mid .40s (perhaps .45 - .46). http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=54132802
Guess Jeff must have some bills to pay.

Holy cow! Stiff is now a moderator? How do we keep him off the golf course long enough?
Also happy to see you've been redeemed Stiff.
So why was my buy order for 4 mm unfilled? I entered a limit order for .0001 on TDA around 3:45pm while the ask was at 3.5 mm shares. I expected a quick fill of 3.5 mm but the order expired at market close. I don't get it other than perhaps there are some questionable interests that desire to keep this at no bid.
Fidelity filled quickly. TDA didn't.
Short interest? This baffles me: http://otcshortreport.com/bfhj Is it possible that short interest exists at .0001? I'd like to know the credibility and accuracy of this report. Any ideas?
We're all a bit antsy but we're in a quiet period. We expect transparency and progress updates.
Read the Aug. 14th PR again - good stuff. http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BFHJ/news Now look at the chronology mentioned and consider a reasonable timeline. "… (a) the desired action and result of (a) undertaking the audit (b) implementing the necessary measures and (c) changing to a Fully Reporting Company will take time." Also consider that "... subsequent to such event taking place, it can then proceed forward with its overall business plan, which has been in the offing for the past several months."
So what's reasonable? My thoughts:
1) Target 10/15/12: Mid-October provides Greg with six months on the job and follows a fun filled summer. This is my earliest expectation for an update. Hopefully I'll be surprised with an update sooner.
2) Target 11/15/12: In August, BFHJ called for audited financials in order to meet fully reporting requirements. This is a major undertaking and takes time. Yet, the Quarter ending on Sept 30 provides a necessity to provide shareholders with a progress update by mid November. I'd expect this from responsible management - and my best guess for the next update.
3) Target 12/31/12: Acknowledging that we're non-reporting we may hear nothing for months. Depending on management's confidence at year end and assuming we're not jeopardizing business decisions I'd expect something of substance before the 2013 New Year.
4) Target 2/15/13: By mid February my patience will be seriously tested. By then I'll be thinking we've gone dark.
I think we'll be scraping this bottom until management feels comfortable with going public with the progress. Whatever. We'll see. Keep up the DD gang! It's much appreciated. I just wanted to add my two cents (or $.0001). There are still too many unanswered questions.
Live long and prosper!
Thanks Stiff. If there is growing short interest it will bode well for long interest when the sleeping giant awakes.
Curious about the OTC Short Report? Does any one know their data source and accuracy? http://otcshortreport.com/bfhj
We all appreciate informative contributions. Thanks for your objectivity. I'm still a newcomer to this board (less than a year) and my interest is in value and growth opportunities. Just to recap results: positive net assets, cash, line of credit, no debt of significance, exponential revenue growth, positive net income, brick and mortar, bet.cr and sportsbook.cr - there's some pretty solid history although it's yet to be audited. Look back through the filings (10Q's and 10K). The way I see it BFHJ is a rare find and the timing is right.
Most of what you'll find has likely been posted in the Ibox or Stickies (if my IHUB terminology is correct) thanks to our members and moderators. There are some amazingly thorough folks here. I hope you can dig up something new.
BFHJ's world changed in April. Mystery now surrounds the back room discussions. There are still many uncertainties that await disclosure. Yes, there's a bit of leap of faith - and unless you actually get to have lunch with Greg I expect your uncertainty will remain.
My point is simply this: I've been following BFHJ for almost a year and I have seen nothing that changes my position. In fact, the recent announcement to become transparent and fully reporting just reinforced my efforts to continue accumulating. .0001's have become tough to fill and I'm still on the bid. Perhaps I just have that 'ol bull' mentality.

Interesting online gambling article about Zynga: "Zynga Puts Real Money in Gambling Lobby" http://finance.yahoo.com/news/zynga-puts-real-money-gambling-010300689.html
Holy cow Stiff! BFHJ needs to file an SEC Form 4 with your name on it. Hmmm? Thinking ....
There are enough of us here at IHUB that could have significant influence at the next shareholders meeting. Want to be a director? I'll throw my shares in your favor. Just fun thinking about it. Your passion and commitment are extant. Just don't know if we can keep you off the golf course long enough to attend a BOD meeting. :)
Now seriously, let's just enjoy the the cruise. No need to interrupt your golf game.
BTW, it was a welcomed addition to my position this morning. Frankly, I didn't expect it and I'm back on the bid again for the next seller.
Agree Vik! Solid update and perfectly timed! I embrace it. Glad to see there is no fluff. It certainly restores confidence after a long period of silence. Overall, I think this update provides the framework for near term goals and is asking for our patience:
Curious if a 10Q is forthcoming. I think it would normally be due on the 15th for the quarter ending 6/30 - but I'm not counting on it. Still, it would timely to provide a financial update for 'old business' results from ongoing operations that precede Greg.
But, we're a pink non-reporting company choosing to be silent. To paraphrase Di4, I'll stay on board and wait for the captain to steer the ship. Those who wish to disembark can do so.
GLTA
Good advise Stiff. Play golf. Go swimming. Take a trip and don't stare at the ticker - but keep an open buy order at .0001 if you can. Timing is everything.
Check back in December and maybe sell a few shares for Christmas presents. BFHJ will be a life changer IMHO.
That reminds me to hold long term so the tax man doesn't eat up half of the profits.
GLTA
Me too. I kinda' miss all the VV fluff days when we were promised a dividend, a gazillion dollar value in library assets, huge revenue in My Family TV, royalties and a dollar a share value.
Tim and the gang are holding plans close to vest. I still see great potential and anticipate new management will deliver. The way I see it we are grossly undervalued but lack of reporting leaves us in wonder. Monetizing the assets needs to be the next order of business. I think the Mannings are experts at this. In the meantime I hope advertising revenues are paying the bills and returning some profit.
The coup de gras was for a reason. If the value didn't exist do think there would have been such hostile takeover actions.
I don't watch the ticker, but at 10,000 feet it sure looks like some one is trying to accumulate cheap shares. The volume is pitiful indicating to me that most of float is in patient hands.
Patiently waiting for the next shoe to drop. GLTA
Happy to see some progress and any news that indicates the heart is still beating in New Jersey is positive. Good news overall.
The best part: "In addition, we also look forward to working with Jim Cosentino to monitize our two major assets, our film and audio library, as well as to improve the income from ValCom's MyFamily TV network."
Still holding a core position for years now. Valcom has been good to me and if I lose what's left it makes very little difference. Yet I am still convinced the assets will provide future earnings and My Family TV will provide strong returns. But there are still many unanswered questions.
The "challenges" statement from Tim provides a little skepticism but this is announcement was much needed.
Still in a DTC Chill. Management must disclose the reasons and remedies.
GLTA
Thanks for the reminder Stiff. Back room negotiations and planning have a longer time horizon that exceeds the patience of many traders.
Let's recap: positive net income, no debt of significance, assets, cash, line of credit, revenue and income growth, bet.cr (cash cow), growth market, and now Greg with trusted credentials, not to mention the potential of tequila, energy, and US online gaming. (Thinking about the tequila right now.)
OK, so the downside: We are not privy to back room planning, uncertainty about share structure, increases in authorized shares, we're in the pinks, and lack of news sucks! What's up?
Accumulation. It's summertime. I share your patience.
Sleep well. GLTA
The only news is an uptick today with a 95K buy at .0003 - a $29 trade plus commission. wow. Not much overhead but not much buying interest either. Nothing has been reported for 9 months.
A little 'mad money' just might pay off some day but I just forget about it and don't watch it regularly. Look back here in a year or so and see if DIAAF still exists. At .0003 I'm indifferent. Not adding, not selling, and not losing sleep.
The company has gone dark and still in a DTC Chill.
Thoughtful post my friend, I agree. Patience is paramount, but most don't want to wait. Guess I have the "old bull" mentality. I anticipate an update in August and some clear direction later in the year. But my gut says that a year or so is reasonable for Greg to hammer out the details. It just takes time. The market is waiting for more than just news - looking for results and improved reporting.
The way I see it I've gotta' wait until December anyway so that gains are booked as "long term" to keep the tax man at bay.
I think opportunities like BFHJ are few and far between. It's still tough to get the .0001's as my unfilled orders in three trading accounts remain open. I'm not watching the ticker. Just happy I was able to add some last week thanks to a generous seller.
GLTA
A few hundred mil on the ask 0002s is nothing and will blow out quickly with a little news. Time to accumulate my friend. Still thinking mid-August provides a reasonable interval for Greg to reveal some of the business plans. I think he'll be compelled to file a 10Q for the last quarter by that time. Might be a very Merry Christmas. Patience prevails. JMHO.
BTW, I'm glad to see bet.cr is back online.
GLTA!
I am amazed. Some of the stellar value plays like BFHJ are so out of favor that we're losing track of the business. Time to focus at 10,000 feet and not worry about the minutia. The market must interpret "no news as bad news." Di4, I like your analysis of possible reasons for the selling today. DD is overwhelming and I'm patient.
Is it possible that some 41 MM shares were shorted today? http://otcshortreport.com/ It appears there are some that are betting on failure or a R/S. I welcome the new short positions.
I never expected my .0001's to be filled. Came home and saw my position increased today. That's cool since I improved my average. Now adding another '.0001 buy' order with wild hopes.
Yet, I will be comforted with a little more transparency from management. We're starving for news. What's going on in the backroom? And what's up with the SS?
I predict comprehensive news by mid-August to catch up on financials as management committed. Guess we'll continue to scrape the mud until management updates financials and reveals planning details. Patience prevails.
Summertime is a great season to accumulate. Not losing any sleep.
Who knows? Nothing public since last Oct. when they reported kick ass earnings and assets. But they're still dark - no transparency. Yet, it is good to see a little buying today - damn little. Very thin overhead from here. Still, it's a leap of faith to buy or hold - for now. Not much downside from .0003 but I wouldn't bet the farm.

Just devoted followers passing time while we're waiting for fermentation. Fine wine take time. I don't think anyone takes the off-the-wall comments seriously. Yet you're right, this is starting to look more like at chat room. Still, it's good to see the interest.
Some folks are impatient and perhaps frustrated enough to move on. That's cool. Let the year pass and look back in 2013. Don't have my house mortgaged on BFHJ but I've over weighted with confidence that it's not dead money. I'd love be be a fly on the wall and listen to the back room discussions.
Just can't ignore the financials, new leadership, and business plans. This PPS is absurd. Two months without news from BFHJ is nothing at this point. Patience is everything now.
Now that h4b and Stiff are best friends again it provides a little entertainment. Stiff, I'd bet you're the life of any party. Let me know when you're in Florida.
Can't buy at .0001 and can't sell at .0003. What's a flipper to do?
Thanks Di4 for your daily diligence! I look in everyday, except I'll be out of town the rest of the week.
Great job Alex! Thank you for sharing this video.
I don't know but it's trading like they're going out of business and putting up their assets for public auction at 10c on the dollar.
Assets look pretty solid and there's no fluff like mega-millions in goodwill, etc. SS is steady at 240 MM OS. Net asset value is about .38c per share and I'd think if Xinde were flying under the red, white, and blue they'd be trading well north of that. Chinese bookkeeping issues and reporting omissions by many companies over the past few years may still overshadow trust in Chinese companies' reporting. Perhaps perception is truth.
Sales year over year are soft with only about 1/3 of the revenues from a year ago but earnings were +.014 last quarter. Now, annualize that and we're trading less than earnings. PRs of technology improvements and advancements have been positive and impressive.
Bottom line is, I think there is still significant short interest absorbing anyone willing to sell into their open orders to cover. Damn few buyers so it's working for them. Volume is way down so I'd guess many are just holding for a rebound.
This is just my best guess and I have no knowledge of the company's inter-workings. Glad I reduced in the .05s but I added back at .041. We'll see. Still looks like a value play to me but requires great patience.
10Q is on time. At first glance: S/S is stable with 240 MM OS - unchanged; Net Income 1st qtr = $3.35 MM (or +.014/share this qtr); shareholder equity increased to $91.5 MM. Market cap is only $10.1 at market close today.
Great post, I share your sentiment di4. You too Stiff. I seldom see the stars in such amazing alignment. I think BFHJ is one of those rare life changing opportunities and I continue to over weight my position. I like to keep a little dry powder but I add to BFHJ when I can - added a few more MM today. It's now my largest position and I'm here for the long term. I'm patient and confident we'll see business plans unfold in our new sectors in due course.
By the way DI4, I'm not on ask either (as you disclosed earlier). I also have abandoned a short term target in favor of a long term developments. At my age it's easier to be the "old bull." I am confident we have the best leadership to steer our future.
Recent PRs have been overwhelming and a bit vague with new lines of business. But Greg's accomplishments and credentials are not vague. Couple this with our cash cow of profitable gaming businesses and stellar balance sheets.
Forgive my being so verbose, but I want to add that I am very pleased to see the low volume this week and the unwillingness of sellers to depart with their shares at .0002. I think the float is pretty much tied up with folks like us. A small tailwind will can blow out the .0003s in the flash but I'm not looking for an overnight blast.
I don't post often but I don't miss much that's discussed here. Great research by you and numerous contributors. Thanks gang.
Thank you for the comment after my attempt to compliment your post. I simply intended to agree that not everything that looks like a scam is a scam. I appreciate your coaching!
I have no credibility anyway so I am not offended. I just like to share a thought now and then and compliment others that appear reasonable and rational, like you.
So I stand corrected for my poor choice of words: "I guess it's a crap shoot." Thank you!
Yet, historically DIAAF has had positive earnings and positive net asset value (2011 filings). But until DIAAF decides to disclose the state of the business we are in the dark and "it is a crap shoot."
Is that better?
Thanks for your thoughts.
Some companies
Most start out with a great business plan and intentions to profit and deliver value to shareholders yet fall into very complex business problems that can spark an unforeseen downward spiral. And yes, likely most won't be able sustain the financial demands and will be gone within a few years. So many fail but that doesn't mean they were ever a scam.
Yet, there are those that are non-reporting but thriving and profitable. But without transparency it becomes a wild ass guess. Obviously management is not interested in keeping shareholders informed so no one really knows if they're profitable. So the PPS becomes a bit arbitrary and questionable. Not for the faint of heart or for those looking for transparency. Might as well play the slots in Vegas.
It's a leap of faith (and perhaps a little historical information) to even consider buying DIAAF. The financials were pretty stellar last year but I have no idea what's going now. So I'd guess it's pretty much a crap shoot.
Par value is pretty much meaningless and has nothing to do with market value. It's kind of archaic, but still stated by many companies at the time of incorporation to set some sort of initial value but still somewhat arbitrary.
Don't mean to burst any bubbles but I wouldn't make decisions on par value. There are many other overwhelming reasons to be long in BFHJ as Greg delivers on business plans.
I expect we'll look back at April 2012 and be very happy we're stakeholders. I'm here for the long term.

oops, May 15 for 10Q (lost a month somewhere).
10Q due 4/15, 45 days after end of quarter (I think).
You guys are amazing!!! This is by far one of the the best boards I've seen. My meager DD pales in comparison and you're help is invaluable.
Also want to thank whoever sold into my open .0002 buy order today and hope you fill the rest of the order on Friday. .0002 time will be history soon, IMHO.
Thanks for the energy y'all and the amazing research!!!
