As a shareholder I occasionally look in but haven't posted here in a few years. I continue to receive promo emails about weekly that makes me think Bravada may have significant unreported sales. This keeps me hopeful. Yet the total lack of transparency has more than tested my patience. Danny has a basic fiduciary responsibility to shareholders to remove these blinders and provide financials. If you initiate a legal process let me know. I'll chip in some.
Been some time since I've chimed in here but I look in now and then. Frankly, this thread is without substance. It may be that .0021 pps is a fair valuation (1.5MM) considering the reported results which have disappointed in the last few quarters. Forward earnings? Who knows? It appears that we are just sustaining for now. We'll know more in Feb. Considering a virtually unchanged share structure for years now speaks volumes. I miss the conference calls and shareholder information. Unless you need rent money I can't imagine why anyone would sell here.
Holy cow, I didn't expect to get filled in the .003s! I appreciate the shares. Just wondering if anyone has even looked at the balance sheet?
The Daily Ticker on Leggings - Jeff Macke discussion, "Leggings and sweatpants, once thought exclusively to be for the gym, have now surpassed jeans as the pants of choice…at least for teens." Worth a look:
http://finance.yahoo.com/blogs/daily-ticker/burn-your-jeans--teens-are-abandoning-denim-for-a-new--it--pant-143502837.html
More likely someone trying to shake up shareholders and accumulate at a lower pps I think. It seems to be working for them. I don't see any significant short interest in BRAV. http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BRAV/short-sales
I received a nice follow up email on Saturday from World of Leggings that was sent to email subscribers to celebrate their birthday:
"We are beginning our 3rd year of business and want you to help us celebrate! Save 20% on our entire Collection till January 22, 2014." (Nice attention grabbing graphics followed.)
Happy Birthday "World of Leggings." Great follow up Bravada!
Funny, I think it happened again. I placed a small bid at .0089 ahead of my larger bid around 2:30 pm (just in case a serious seller appears) and damn if it didn't happen for the second day - last trade went off at my bid but I didn't get the shares. So either someone needed their $178 today or it's a paint job. I was out the rest of the day so I don't know if I was alone on the bid. Anyone know the bid quantify at close?
It appears there's no serious selling for now - at least until the 10Q. For now the low volume speaks loudly. Fun and games.
On the FB "Likes," has anyone looked into who's hitting "Like?" I'm thinking that the models may be a catalyst for the increase in social networking.
Go Vivavuva models, go Danny!
Maybe. But it doesn't matter. This is a pivotal time in our history. November will be interesting but I'm looking forward to 2014 developments. Still tucking away shares here.
About the last trade of 35,500 shares at .0087 at 15:58:42; for what it's worth I was on the bid at .0087 but didn't get filled. Although I wasn't paying attention I think I was the only bid at .0087. Just before market close this trade goes off.
It appears that someone just passed shares between their accounts at the bid - seems a bit hokey. Perhaps a paint job?
Just sharing an observation for what it's worth.
She's a Vivavuva model: http://www.vivavuva.net/vivavuva-models
Me too TAKI, I'll be buying heavy too if we should see .007s/.006s. Let's hope we get that opportunity again but I wouldn't count on it. Is that you still selling? Or, are you all out?
Awesome clips TG, thanks for sharing these!
We have a diamond in DA, VV, OL, and WL and I think most of us know it. Thanks for confirming the unchanged s/s. Pull backs like this are a rare gift and I'm a patient old bull.
Hard to believe but my stake keeps rising as some anxious folks need to exit or just try to drive down the price. There are even signs that some venturous folks have tried to trade the short side only to be met by buyers. Whatever, it's what makes the market and I see it as a gift. I sleep well understanding that DA is funding expansion and growth from cash and not diluting.
Trust me, it ain't rent money and my life will go on without it, but I've almost doubled my stake in the last few weeks - now over 4MM - by reinvesting profits made elsewhere. My objective was 3.5 but I might as well go for a full percent now. Perhaps small potatoes to some but a significant investment to me.
I don't see BRAV as a typically penny stock. Hell, I made the commitment with my first buy in the .003s that I'd hold BRAV for the long term and it's not even been a year (but almost).
It certainly appears that DA needed to delay share repurchases in favor of VV, the models, and advertising costs. We're fortunate to have DA's talents enabling us to avoid expenditures by providing needed services in-house. If 4Q plays out as I expect it to then we may see some serious buy back of shares next year.
The way I see it, BRAV will be life changer and I'm placing more bets on DA. I believe in him.
I might live long enough to see this play out. If not, my kids will thank me.
Material points in the calendar are Nov 15 & Feb 15 (more or less). I like that DA did not announce an earnings report date as he did last quarter.
Any other PRs are more less just letting us know what's going on. Another conference call would be really cool and I look forward to seeing a commercial soon. November will be very interesting.
Thanks for allowing my ramlbing (or delete this if you like.) After a few glasses of wine this evening I just wanted to throw in my two cents (more like .009 cents.)
TAKI, CAN YOU FIND THE CAPS LOCK KEY?
TAKI, and those that bought at .003 are sitting on a 300% gain. What's your point?
Thanks Jammin, I see that now. Vivavuva.net at least give us a nice glimpse what we might see on the .com site this fall. Interesting traffic rankings.
Thanks TG, it's likely just fill from a template but let us know if you dig up anything.
vivavuva.net -v.- .com; Yes, the .net site looks really nice. Thanks for sharing. It appears to be work in progress. Danny set up a page for us to meet the vivavuva models as well. http://www.vivavuva.net/vivavuva-models - progress on his vision from the last conference call.
Has the .net site been announced? Do you think this is a permanent 4th site?
(Jammin, thank you for your excellent analysis work. You might want to add vivavuva.net to your alexa inquiries.)
I am humbled TG, but I am happy to pick up another 80K in the high .008s.

Question? Does anyone know if the daily FINRA short report accurately reports short position trades?

Thanks stockhero - I agree. I appreciate the PR updates confirming progress and implementation. I'm sure some would be critical if there were no PRs. Vivavuva.com is looking great.
No problem, we've got this. Awesome time to load. Love these sub penny opportunities.
Buying on the bid works as long as folks are willing to sell into it. Why hit the ask without a catalyst? As long as some fear a loss they'll sell. That's how we've been trading for a week or so.
Let's say I want to pick up another 100K but there's 400K on the ask. My 100K won't move the PPS at the ask. As long as someone wants to sell into me why not just increment the bid by .0001. It's a basic strategy for accumulating a longer term position. I've added another 250K or so this week on the bid.
Now and then I think some sell orders are just a facade for folks that are trying to accumulate at a lower PPS. Those sell orders are often lifted with any serious buying pressure. Yet, until I see a clear break above .015 I'll be on the bid. Then I'll buy at the ask.
Just my thoughts. Time will tell.
pire, I think Danny didn't meet your hopes but that was not his intent or purpose for this CC. He communicated exactly what he announced in the PR. From an old bull, I suggest waiting for the next 10Q in Nov. to get those answers.
The Made in American spot? Ebbs and flows require our CEO to make changes in order to get the best bang for the buck and it became clear that there are better channels to expend our resources. Plans change as more information and data becomes available - that's what makes a great CEO. Optimize resources.
I appreciate DA's discussion on the CC. It beats the hell out of reading a PR on Vivavuva's plans and progress.
I don't get the sentiment. Danny delivered the message that he announced and I came away much more positive about our future.
Beez & Jammin, I agree. Danny announced the CC to share Vivavuva strategies and that's exactly what he did.
Guessing we'll not see the mid .01s anytime soon. My open buy orders remain unfilled. Just looking to add.
Perhaps Taki, I had a similar thought. National advertising is costly and might be a large bullet to bite on profits alone. I thought that shoe might drop during the last conference call in order to fund Vivavuva.
So what will your response be to that potential outcome and potential return?
Go Brav, go for it Danny!
Although BRAV's short interest peaked in April it was insignificant as a percent of the float. http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BRAV/short-sales :
Date ... Short Interest
31-Jul-13 ... 9,562
15-Jul-13 ... 9,562
28-Jun-13 ... 9,562
14-Jun-13 ... 9,562
31-May-13 ... 9,562
15-May-13 ... 9,562
30-Apr-13 ... 890,039
15-Apr-13 ... 9,562
28-Mar-13 ... 289,450
15-Mar-13 ... 260,837
TG, there is no question that some have the capability although I couldn't short BRAV in my retail accounts even if I wanted to. One doesn't need to look far for examples of naked shorting but it's getting tougher for those folks with tightening SEC governance. I don't think the fabricated negative stories here are serving short interests. It appears to me some may have a vendetta or just want lower entry points. Probably the former.
I've been tempted to reply to some of the crap that proliferated this board lately but for me, I really like the "ignor" feature. I thank Missy for that reminder.
Of course, this is just my humble opinion (after a few glasses of wine.)
Nice! Thanks Missy for highlighting the current status. Perhaps the naysayers will lighten up.
I am also happy to see your posts Beez and wish you well.
Realizing I've added another million or so shares over the last two weeks I'm very encouraged by DA's leadership and direction.
Fill, how can I get on your PM list?
The vital part of this quarterly report is that we're implementing VV without dilution. Awesome balancing act.
Great job Danny!
Interesting idea but I don't favor stock promotions. Quarterly reports and timely PRs speak for the state of the business. I think Danny needs to provide an update on the current status issue but we're only two weeks away from 2Q results and I expect we'll see an explanation at that time. Overall, I feel good about BRAV's transparency and timely information.
Regarding the TV spot, I recall Danny saying on the last CC that the store closing created a bit of a space problem in warehousing merchandise. I think that was the primary reason to delay. I agree that October is better timing anyway.
Just my opinion.
Poetic and fun post Nabbbss:
Agree! Our CEO is a rare find and I have complete confidence. Danny's track record of initiatives, accomplishments, profitability, and management speaks for itself. Shareholder information and communications have never been a problem for me. I'm delighted with VivaVusa progress.
So management "expected" that current reporting would be accomplished in 2Q. Whatever. The attorney letter filing indicates it's moving forward. It's a regulatory detail full of requirements and dependency on others that will come to pass. I'd rather Danny focus his efforts on the business of growth and profitability first.
Thanks Missy!
That's pretty clear that Danny expected it. It's rather immaterial to me but I think it's the reason that casts a shadow in some folks minds. I suppose it's why I was able to capture sub-penny shares over the last few trading days.
Sub-penny is a gift IMHO. Sort of like turning back time if one missed it before.
Question about going current timing: can someone point me to the source for the prevailing opinion that we would be current reporting by June 30?
The attorney letter published June 14 is clear about their opinion covering up through the annual report ending Dec 31, 2012. On the conference call I heard Danny say that we would be current soon but I didn't hear the June 30 commitment.
I'm just back tracking to clear a little fog from my mind that some folks here seem recall clearly.
Thanks!
Nicely stated Nabbbss. I agree. It appears to me that Danny made every reasonable effort to meet current reporting requirements in the midst of launching VivaVuva while successfully managing and growing profits in existing lines. I'm also getting really tired of the overworked rhetoric about not meeting the 06/30 expectation. For me it provides an opportunity to increase my shares as I did again today.
Yes, I've been adding. Still averaging in and increasing my average cost. I've been buying what I can. I'm on the bid most days for small blocks but didn't get filled today. My sentiment is simple - overweight BRAV. I will be funding larger blocks next week with profits from a recent sale.
Excellent conference call confirming Danny's consistent and unwavering concern for BRAV's bottom line. Very thoughtful and well delivered update on Vivavuva, optimizing profitability, internal financing, going current, and more.
I admit that I was concerned that we might hear some downside news but I'm a feeling really good about Danny's progress and leadership.
At this hour that's a fun post after my second glass of wine. I don't want to sound cocky but I look at BRAV in very simple terms. Sub-penny would be an amazing buy opportunity. I don't think we'll see it either but I've carved out funds if we do.
I am so looking forward to hearing Danny tomorrow afternoon.
GLTA
I missed that action today Nabbbss. Do you think those shares really changed hands? I hope they did but one is never certain of the games in play. Perhaps that block was placed by someone expecting to stimulate sell orders. Maybe it even worked for a few shares. I have four trading accounts with three brokers and understand how easy it is freak out buyers (and sellers) in the OTC market.
1.5M at .012 is a a bunch of money to me ($18k) but it's a drop in the bucket if the sell order gets the expected results.
Just speculating possibilities for fun. Who knows? Now I'll have another glass of wine... Thanks for letting me ramble.
Nice Rube. I think you'll be quite happy with that decision. Welcome aboard.
