Your concentrating on ONE thing here. I get that it is an important part but there is plenty of other pieces of SUPPOSED DD that people have posted that there seems to be no way to verify. I already thanked you for that piece of info that makes it verifiable. What else do you want me to say about it? Is there any MORE info that anyone ELSE has that can be verified? So that we can get the whole picture here.

I believe your giving the # for Riteaide. That is cool but that only tells info on one piece of the puzzle. There has been alot of info thrown out there that people claim to be important but there is no way to verify most of it. I do appreciate the supplied contact info there though.

Here is what I would like to see. How about a list of VERIFIABLE DD. Stuff that is all confirmable by anyone and maybe a link or a phone # to the source of info. Its hard to take anythig on this board serious any more because everything seems to be coming from confidential sources. I personally dont care about any info that I cannot verify on my own.

I am in Afghanistan and dont have good enough internet access to be able to read EVERY post that is made thats all. I just like info that I can verify for myself. Not saying your info is not good. Nice day today. I have not been able to watch things much lately. Any new info out there that has a possibility of pushing the price one way or the other? I hope we hold this price for a while then climb some more. I dont want ti to climb too fast. If it does then it will just end up collapsing again. IMO

There is some DD on the IR that is not exactly good news. Now I can get over that and the confirmed increase in the float with the first fall in share price. I have some concerns but as of right now I'm so far down that it makes more sense to hold and wait(possibly riding this down to triple 0s) than it does to sell. I hope that the DD on the IR is just circumstantial and that it has no effect on the company. The main reason I'm holding though is because of the company and product. There is a DEFINATE product here that is very possible will become a household name. The last few weeks have been PR after PR with good news about expansion and such. I'm hoping that these PRs are real and not just fluff. If they are fluff then we all will lose our butts. However iv only HALF of what they say is in the works actually happens, well then we all are going to make a nice profit. If they have been truthful and everything they say happens............. Well lets just say hello retirement for MANY here. Im riding free shares otherwise I probably would gave bailed a long time ago. Maybe buying back in when I saw the pps coming back. I still may add more. Im not convinced that this is good enough to buy out of pocket at the moment though. There dont really seem to be any middle ground with the people on this board. There are the die hard longs that see nothing wrong here, and the sky is falling folks who are panicking. There is nothing wrong with either way of thinking to each his own. We all have to deal with our decisions. I wish I had waited till MUCH later to reinvest some of my profits from .015 or so. I didnt though and now I have WAY less shares than I could have and I have lost ALOT more in my portfolio than I would have. I just hope that loss is a temporary thing.

I agree with this comment. I may change my tune if things turn to the green a bit and we get proof of positive earnings exceeding the dividend pay out but with the position this company is in right now I would think that waiting would be a better plan. This huge dividend is one of the things that makes me wonder what is going on. 20% is alot to be giving when yuor company is supposed to be in a MAJOR growth stage. It is possible that they have had much better sales than we think but this is a pink. Is there any official regulating body that will require that the company put out factual info? Or is that only regulated once the company uplists to NASDAQ or somwhere in between?

If I am reading this correctly at the bottom. This means that LKEN did NOT pay them in shares but rather they paid $12,000 for a 90 day contract? Is there any way that they would have gotten shares from LKEN otherwise?

Also........... I apologize for coming off so negative earlier. I am not trying to bash the company and I did use some rather un called for terminology. I have some concerns about certain info that I was told we would get over the phone. I understand that there is a NEW IR in the mix and that it takes time to put together a PR but I would have liked to see the info about financing, debt, and dillution put out as the first PR from the new IR BEFORE they announced another future plan. Plans are great but there has been nothing said about what has already happened or what should have already happened. I want to know when what channels and where the comercials are being ran. The company has a GREAT plan it shows AMAZING potential. I want to see solid info proving that they are following through with that plan.
AGAIN I am sorry for coming off so crudely last night. I was emotional when I woke up to see that we lost over 30% after a PR and that the PR was not the one we were told we would be getting.

People talk about juicy prs but the thing is that with all this "juice" we have not seen anything concrete. Nothing except PROJECTED #s and plans. I want some concrete past tense numbers to prove that they are doing what they say. Granted this is still above what it was at a few weeks ago but there has been nothing but fluff while the price has steadily fallen. I can handle a fall in price as long as there is good silid info coming out. Not one PR has been concrete on ANYTHING that could be proven except the change in IR. Im not jumping ship yet but I will if the current trend continues with this one.

That is cool man but I really need THEM to print real solid info as to what they are really doing. We can call all day and get told everything we want to hear. Until it is printed online and official documents are provided for solid DD it doesnt matter. Far as Im concerned right now they have been simply dangling carrots in our faces. I have a problem with this when they diluted a few days ago and now it appears that they diluted again today and they have told us NOTHING about why or what they plan to use the funds for. As well as putting out SEVERAL PRs on every subject besides the ones that many of us have called asking for and that they said they would provide on Friday last week. I was willing to relax on that one for a few extra days because of the new IR but now they put out this PR today talking about a 5% dividend. 5% Is a huge amount when talking about dividends. Were talking about a sub penny company that JUST dilluted and may have today. WHY would they even consider a dividend yet, ESPECIALLY one that big. Im quickly losing faith in the company. SHOW ME SOMETHING besides just words on a computer screen. I know I can go buy a kit. I dont care. I want to see something that has to do with growth and/or expansion of the company. Something like COMERCIALS that started airing this month(supposedly) I have been very pro LKEN since I purchased originallly. After today Im on the fence. There is ALOT of potential with this company. Particularly if they are doing the things they say they are doing. If they are dilluting they need to STOP driving the share price down with it. I feel that I may be beating a dead horse now and Im not so good at articulating my thoughts when typing. So Ill leave you guys alone now.

Im getting concerned for a couple reasons here. First a dividend typically holds a stock price down some. Second why offer a dividend if you need money enough to dillute? Im not nor will I never be a company CEO but this is starting to look shady to me. I know there is a product that you can buy but where are these comercials that have supposedly aired on TV already? Has anyone seen one anywhere besides on the internet? I was intending to be long on this but Im starting to reconsider. Im mostly on free shares right now but Im watching it all go back to nothing and I dont like that. My average is WAY too hi right now. This thing needs to turn north and it needs to do it NOW. It needs to continue to climb SLOWLY a little at a time w/o any large dips to the red.

People are mad because they bought in to the run too late. The run stopped and they got stuck holding at a loss or selling at a loss. I am happy with my pps for the moment. I took my best earnings ever off of this stock and if things go right I may just end up half ased rich from this.

Gary I appreciate the fact that your sticking arround and sharing your wisdom and experience. However I MOST DEFINATELY was told that there would be a PR no later than today and that the biggest thing to me that would be discussed in it was the dillution that happened last month. In the same convorsation I was also told that the Rite Aid deal was released prematurely. Im not worried if we dont get a PR today because of 2 things.(even though I was told by a company employee we would) First I believe this company has too much going for it. Second I understand that when you bring a new entity into the company(the IR company) it takes time for them to get up to speed with whats going on with LKEN then it takes more time to put it in writing.

Alot of people are tripping on this board. Its cool to ask questions to get certain things proven or disproven. I hate it though when people make statements that sound like fact but there is no proof or even personal conformation to it. Im willing to accept that certain people were told things by the company or IR without proof of it because I was told certain things. I cannot prove it but I was told that we would have a PR no later than today by the other woman(not Betsy) Im sorry I cannot remember her name. I wont be worried about it though unless we go past the end of next week w/o hearing anything official on the issues that I was told would be in that PR. Even then I dont think Ill be wworried Ill just be irritated because I would like to know how they are goingto and have handled certain things. If your worried then you have a right to be, and ask questions so that you can be educated enough to make a decision based on FACTS not SPECULATION. Pleae do your best to confirm any and all info you read on here. There are a few who are doing a very good job of saying things in a manner that would make some thing they are speaking facts when in reality it is just their OPINION. GO LKEN!!!!!!! EDIT: I was not PROMISED anything from this company and DEFINATELY not a PR. I was told there would be one on or before today. That was before they hired the new IR though. Considering that Im cool with a delay on the PR.

Thanks for posting that. My internet is too slow to catch up on 100+ posts every day so I browse and if nothing catches my attention I only read the last 10-20 posts to try to get a feel for anything that has happened while I was away from the computer.

Now, the part about "PREMATURE," they meant that the PR was released to early.

Was someone told this specifically? I ask because I was the first person to be told that it was released prematurely. I asked what that meant and I was told that they could not tell me any more than that regarding any retail chains. I'm just wanting to know if this "sealed" bit is solid info or speculation based off of the info that was in the original PR that was removed from their site?
