The shares will be restricted for a period of 1 year and will be eligible for free trading on the anniversary date..................


Does this mean that any shares I own on APRIL 7 2011 will be restricted as in non tradeable until APRIL 7 2012?

I have no clue whats going on so don't listen to me.
