84 mill in volume. Can't wait to see those short numbers. Anything under 40% would shock me
Think? It lets me KNOW the stock is being maniuplated. We UT off of a few mill this morning with no problem, lol now, 30mill later, we DT and stay there.
I really don't think its a coincidence that a new MM showed up today AND it just so happens that we see this high volume. My guess would be that news is incoming OR, this is just MM's covering. Could even be a combination of both. Too bad they do this s*** on thursday since they know that many traders refuse to go into the weekend still holding shares, resulting in a drop in pps for many stocks on friday.
But, if volume precedes price, perhaps next week could really blow us away.
RELM making its move, volume. #2 hotpennystocks
What does this low volume mean to you? Your analysis so far seems to be pretty accurate, so, what exactly does this mean?
Its almost lunch and we are at 51k volume. I guess that means there is little no no selling, which is good, but, there is also little to no buying.
Anyone involved in RELM for over a month knows that this thing can go from .0012 to .0028 in the same day, fairly quickly and easily, but, it takes a couple days to set up.
Just wait until we hear from the company. We will catch the short MM's with their pants down, maybe even getting lucky and forcing them to cover while the pps is on the rise. And, the people who sold based on those baseless rumors will also have to chase the stock. I think we are in good shape as long as you don't mind waiting. Like I have said, I have seen RELM essentially dormant for a couple months at a time, but, its always followed by a nice run.
I think more people are becoming comfortable calling this a bottom so they are buying. I still don't like the spread on this at all, but, we will see how this plays out as the day/week progresses.
I honestly think that we will see a PR within the next month and that it will be SUBSTANTIAL. Don't forget, a couple of PR's ago RELM did say that they are going to start adhering to GAAP for their accounting and financials, thats a big move, especially for a pink where it is not only unnecissary, but, very rare.
The company is setting up for SOMETHING, I can tell, what I can't tell is how good or bad it will be for both myself and other investors. But, in my mind, this stock is still highly tradable so someone looking to make some cash flipping would do well here too.
And of course you have proof to back up this claim! Because in some crazy world where you would make a post with the claim that the company is dumping and DIDN'T have proof, some may feel compelled to call you an idiot or a moron.
But, luckily that is not the case because you are so well informed as to the inner-workings of this company.
Why don't you share this proof for the rest of us that have not spoken to the company yet today.
If you say so =)
Alright folks, lets see what NITE has in store for us this week.
A group with about $15,000 to spend on the shares + the promotion would do quite well. Even if they managed to move it to .0005 though would make some nice cash.
I sincerely doubt a group would choose this stock though to be honest, too many others out there with an actual following.
I think they were just selling to each other. I would prefer not to think people are so willing to sell at a loss, especially since I know lots of people bought in the teens.
In all honesty, my problem is not that they are not working fast enough, my problem is that they are not keeping us abreast of what exactly they are doing.
This company is not google, its not apple, its not yahoo. Nothing they are doing can be soooo top secret that they can't at the very least give some sort of vague description of the project.
If they are developing a new phone, they could quite easily say they are in the development stages of a new handset device. If THAT is too specific, they could say "we are working on a new product". If cases are being heard in court, say "legal proceedings are underway".
As shareholders, we entered into a business deal with this company. We hope for a return on our investment, but, until that time, a responsible company knows it is their duty to update the people who's money they are spending (that would be us). I am sure EVERYONE on this board would be happy with a simple "here is what we are doing right now" PR every now and then.
We have loaned the company our money, they have given us very little, almost approaching nothing, in return. I can wait 2 years if that's what it takes for this stock to actually be worth something. But, if that's the case, tell me that AND why.
I agree, MDGC's goals are very promising and rare in the world of pinks. If they follow up with the financials(and they look promising), I will double my position. Won't matter what the pps is.
And you should put me on ignore. That way, I can be sure not to hurt your little feelings.
Nothing I say has effected this company negatively. Need proof? Check the dates of their PR's then look at the corresponding date on the MDGC charts. If your intellectual abilities will allow it, you may notice each PR leads to a drop in pps.
I do not hold the beleif that my opinions matter to anyone on this board. I am not posting because I am interested in your opinion, but, there are posters on this board who are capable of thinking realisticly and recognize that there is a problem here. The COMPANY has turned beleivers into doubters. Look over some posts from 4 months ago, and, once again, if your intellectual abilities will allow for it, you may notice that some die hard optimists have started to question MDGC and ask what the hell is going on.
Hopefully I am wrong and one day this company turns the corner, as I have been saying for quite some time now, I won't mind being wrong and rich. But, if they do not turn the corner that seems to be evading them, hopefully you learn a thing or two...or twenty.
I am not convinced "Val" even exists, nothing I write is directed towards him. I think "Val" may be the technology industries equivlant of Ed Hardy (a brand name, named after someone who does not exist).
I prefer to think a real person would do things with their company a little differently ;p
Don't really know how to comment on that one. I have not sold yet, but, I have also accepted I won't make money here either. At this point, I hold my shares as a "why the hell not" sort of thing. The hail mary of my portfolio.
As far as news is concerned, I would not hold your breath. Unfortunately for us shareholders, when news does come, it's not actually news. It's more like promises of things to come that don't actually ever come.
Nobody selling at this level is making money except the MM's. I think this is just MM's trading back and fourth combined with a couple people who scare easily and sell for a loss.
Trust me, I am not sitting at my desk ready to do backflips either, but, at least we know someone at MDGC came in to work today ;p
My main point was that they do read this site, im certain of it.
They have always read this board. Posting here is more affective than e-mail it would seem.
Anyone notice after all the talk of failed web sites yesterday, less than 24 hours later, they are working on web sites?
Think back to the PR about the law firm they hired. Within an hour of us discovering that they had not actually retained the firm, they put out another PR correcting themselves. When I first bought MDGC back in Feb I posted that they needed a mission and vision statement, 6 days later, both were added to the site.
My point? If you want results you need to slam the company in a public place. E-mails are too private and easy to ignore. But, when you "bash" a company in public, like many claim I and a few others on this board are doing, results can happen.
Public image is a companies most valuable asset. Just ask BP
Trust me, I understand where you are coming from and I do hope you are right. I think only time will tell.
What I can say though, as you probably know, is that in the world of pinks "financials" are a good way to buy yourself 4+ months. Based on my past experience with MDGC I think there will either 1: be no financials, or 2: They will be "for internal use only" and we will never see them. Lol, does that ring a bell?
As far as the web sites, I don't even know where to begin. I took a 2 week class on HTML when I was 16 that taught how to build web sites. The last 4 days of that class were devoted to actually building the sites. In 8 hours I had a 4 page web site with music, pictures, references, and even brackets (which are fairly difficuly for a beginer). In the world of web sites, MDGC's site is extremely basic and to be blunt, not even high quality. There is absolutely no reason why these sites should be taking not days, not weeks, but MONTHSSSSSSS to complete. They could pay godaddy.com for a site TODAY and they wold have it by Monday and it would be equiped with music, graphics, and electronic payment verification.
The company is stalling. Why? I have no clue, but, thats exactly what they are doing. Thats the unfortunate thing about bull****, you can smell it before ya see it, and let me just tell you, this stinks.
Wow,again, after I post I read your post and BAM, your dead on.
I said it months ago, MDGC has become pure entertainment for me.
Looking at the AXS web site, they claim to do the following for their clients:
Whether you or your company needs help with
1. a business plan
2. a re-focus of your assets to fund success
3. a brand makeover
4. or help raising capital
Now lets see how many of these seem to have been accomplished...
1. LOL
2. Hell no
3. You have to be kidding
4. ummmm...what?
If we are to assume AXS did what they were paid to do, which was what, 4 months ago? Then it is quite clear that MDGC has ignored the report and chosen not to follow any suggestions AXS may have had. None of the above has taken place.
My opinion, which yes I know, holds little to no merit, is that AXS was merely a distration. During that time everyone on this board was patiently waiting, the angry E-mails to "Val" had stopped, and the pps was hovering around the .006 range if I can recall correctly.
The next distraction was TheWiMaxking, lol, anyone remember that? The next distraction was the web site makeover and the company they hired to do it. Then you can throw in the promise of patent infringement and you may see a pattern. Not ONE single thing this company has said has come true! We just get promise after promise, then a "newsletter" which in reality contains no news, then a PR about advisors and board members.
I am seriously considering starting a company and getting it on an exchange so I can sell shares to pay bills while I watch TV all day. Must be nice.
Wow,right after I posted I read your message. Thank god someone else has noticed how insane this all is!
Come on guys! Even if you think im a basher, at least think about how crazy this is! It does not make sense guys...come on
That painting example was excellent by the way, could not have said it better myself =)
EDIT: Lol, I don't mind being the boards punching bag, but, I do understand why you may hesitate to post your REALISTIC opinion on this board. Don't stop posting, every now and again I need a reminder I have not entered the twilight zone, a place where this company can do no wrong.
Customer: "Hey,how can I buy your product?"
Employee: "No clue, call ya back"
Nobody sees annnnnnnnnnything wrong with that....
I am at a loss for words to describe how sad it is that you had to make a phone call in order to find out how to become a customer. And to add insult to injury, he could not even tell you, lol he has to go find the info and get back to you.
I can't speak for anyone else, but, when/if I am searching for a service provider, no matter what the service, if the information I am searching for is not readily available, I find someone else. End of story.
Customers can't check the web site for the info
Customers can't call for the info
How in the hell is this company expecting to make money?
Really good job with the follow up Jwillson, I wish the company was as focused as you. We would be at $1 already ;p
EDIT: Anyone wanna bet the next PR addresses this exact issue? The company watches this board, but, only to do damage control, not to actually fix what we tell them is wrong.
Look at the charts back from April 30th to May 10th, I think we are going through something similar right now.
Asking for them to be investigated because I suspect they are guilty of collusion ;p
I just sent an E-Mail to the SEC. I have an amazing track record when it comes to my E-Mails getting results lol. I am somewhat of a wordsmith when I try ;p
I have a serious question to ask. Is what NITE and ETMM are doing legal? If by working together, by some sort of agreement, they are controling the market, limiting competition, and using deception to gain and unfair advantage then it is collusion, which is far from legal.
At the time of my post my statement was 100% factual. So, what's your question exactly?
RELM: Had some premarket action, looks like it could be setting up for a run
I thought it was already on the chart. Scottrade showed .07 even before the 650 shares went through.
Who can explain to me how in the hell it benefits ANYONE to buy 650 shares? I can't even imagine what type of trading strategy this person must be using...
I am expecting us to get one of those random 16 mill volume days that happens with this stock every couple of weeks seemingly out of nowhere. Maybe not today, but I would be surprised if we don't see it this week.
Thats because there are none...
I would be willing to bet he is selling air. I don't remember enough buying at .0007 and .0008 that would even justify someone having a limitless supply of 9's to sell.
I think this is just a MM trying to send a bearish signal and scare some people into selling. I think today's short numbers will confirm this. Whoever is selling the 9's is digging themselves into a huge hole.
You are not getting it. I am not saying that the hiring does not signal the "growth" you beleive is happening. I am simply explaining to you, and anyone else who is interested, that it is not a FACT.
If someone were to come on this board and read your post, and actually make a buying decision off of it, they would be under the impression that the company is hiring due to growth, but, although this could very well be the case, there is also a chance its not.
lol, I also don't know what a mo mo is but it is kinda fun to say so I think I may use it as my new insult.
EDIT: yes, I realize we are talking about technology, but, business practices do still apply. Everything I have said I am not stating as fact, I am merely pointing out the possibilities that you conveneiently leave out.
To be honest, that post of mine was not actually negative. I find it hilarious that people EXPECT negative posts from me so unless I post something thats blatantly positive, then it's seen as negative. With this in mind, I entertain myself by posting things that are actually positive for those who understand what they are reading.
If a situation similar to the one in my previous post has or will occur, its not a bad thing, but, its technically not growth either. It is something many firms do when they become too "top heavy", meaning, too many high paid execs and not enough people to actually do the grunt work. It is also a common practice during economic downturns (like the one we have been in for the past 2-3 years).
You interpreted my post correctly, a diversified work force and the possibility of young and eager graduates. Lol, others, who may or may not have the same comprehension ability definitely see it as bashing.
Absolutely not. But, to respond to an unverified claim with another unverified claim is really not that uncommon.
In MY world, during a recession, hiring means you just laid off some of your higher paid employees that are making too much money and the company can no longer support it.
Firing one executive making 300k a year would allow you to hire 6 college graduates, pay them 50k a year each, and they would be overjoyed to have the job. To the outside observer, looks just like company growth.
markets are going crazy over housing data and all the financials being released this week. I think people are paying attention to the big money today and pinks are on the back-burner
