I am at a loss for words to describe how sad it is that you had to make a phone call in order to find out how to become a customer. And to add insult to injury, he could not even tell you, lol he has to go find the info and get back to you.

I can't speak for anyone else, but, when/if I am searching for a service provider, no matter what the service, if the information I am searching for is not readily available, I find someone else. End of story.

Customers can't check the web site for the info
Customers can't call for the info

How in the hell is this company expecting to make money?


Really good job with the follow up Jwillson, I wish the company was as focused as you. We would be at $1 already ;p

EDIT: Anyone wanna bet the next PR addresses this exact issue? The company watches this board, but, only to do damage control, not to actually fix what we tell them is wrong.
