Not unless you have the shares in the form of a physical stock certificate in your hands and in your safe box. Those shares are mine and nobody else. I hold the title (pinkslip) to my car. No One can sell it except me. I own the deed to my home, no one can sell it except me. Nobody can borrow my shares and continue to trade them without my permission because they are no longer available so that you can keep borrowing and shortselling my shares because they are here with me.
Those are 20,000,000,000 authorized but not outstanding shares that can actually trade on the pinksheets. Anything trading over the outstanding shares is illegal activity.
Why would you worry if it reverse splits, if you own over 1,000,000 shares and it reverse split 1 for 1000, you are still left with 1000 shares. If they had 60,000,000 outstanding shares, they would be left with only 60,000 outstanding shares which means you would be a .016 %percent shareholder, making you almost an institutional holder. What do you think about that??
Sounds like Fire Lane is a naked short-seller, a negative thinker.
Goooo Skgooooo!!!!
SlyOne sounds like the defending attorney of the guilty party.
It's called 'Risky Business,' starring Tom Cruise.
SKGO, if the brokerages houses don't adhere, to the common investor, it's called risky business. When you have a 'call,' they must pay the investor. If theY don't have the money, then they have the power to print it and pay off the investor. We don't care about their financial decisions! Just pay the common shareholderS!!! I don't care how they do it, they need to pay up!!!
Lawyer OR NOT!!!
Everyone who owns SKGO STOCK after the third business day that you purchased it, I am only speaking to the long holders.
Pull your stock certifates on Monday, February 22, 2010. Call your stock brokerage and ask them for a physical certificate, please stop this short-selling nonsense. Enough is Enough!!!!
Sometimes you don't need a HISTORY of if thERE is short'selling.
The law of physics, for ever action there is a reaction.
All things whether secret or public, will always be exposed.
The Roman Empire had many secrets, The Roman Empire failed.
The German Empire had many secrets, The German Empire failed.

Mussolini Empire had many secrets, His Empire failed.
Russian Empire tried socialism (communism government), it failed and it's still failing unless they can accept free market without control of the working citizens...

If any of you can pull a physical certificate, today in 2010, of the millions of shares you claim to hold, good luck. And if you do, trading of these shares will halt, almost everyone in this world is living off borrowed money, borrowed shares.
whatever happened to living off of your means, if you can't afford it, don't buy it.

Again thank you. I'm off now and will rest, expect positive results for this week, next month and this year.
Thanx 'rickszy' for that link about (wamuq)
I forgot because I saw it in the trailer of a movie I watched, rickszy, What is the
name of the movie that that pic that is on your replies? Sort of off topic, but I am a movie buff.
I would like to watch it.
Where did the billions of dollare in assets go, Mr Johnny Winter then if you have done your research. That doesn't include the extra billions of dollars in assets that JPM held before it acquired Washington Mutual. Is this a game of cat and mouse? Dog and cat? Shark and Fish? Or is it a game of Lobster and bottom feeders? Or is it a game of Dungeness Crab and bottom feeders?
That was an incredible post, one of the top 10% in my time about naked short-selling, wow!! Naked-shortselling has been going on for years and years. And it is very difficult to find the perpretators. Today, in the 21st century, it will be even tougher because most of the brokerage houses are making it extremely difficult for us investors to pull out our physical stock certificates. I have accounts in 3 different brokerages, and in 2009, I asked to pull my physical certificates in certain companies. By pulling your shares out, it makes it hard for the money makers to short your stock, because they are no longer physically there. It's like if you hold the deed to your home, it's physically yours and noone but yourself can sell it or buy it. It's like if you hold the title (pinkslip) to your automobile, noone, except yourself, can buy it or sell it.
It's like if you have your stock certificate in your hands, noone can sell it or buy it, except yourself.
Great post. Thanks...
I'm out have a good night you 'all.
It's called, STOCK FRAUD, plain and simple.
STOCK COUNTERFEITING...
I will answer myself again today, Coca-cola Shareholders own Coca-Cola Corporation. However, corruption will try to oust the common shareholders, thaT'S been done throughout history, because everyone is naive who owns "wamuq" shares. Employees of the company are asked to give up their shares, Why??? I ask again..
Don't you think so??? To 'uzualsuzpect,' who owns Coca-Cola Corporation, today???
I will answer you, why?? They probably had an allegiance to a failing, indebtly estate, that promised equity, but failed to equivilate their investments. WAMUQ investors own Washington Mutual, don't hire a lawyer, represent yourselves 'en per son'
Washington Mutual Shareholders own J.P. Morgan Chase Corporation Today.
I have always asked myself that question also,
Why would they succumb themselves to that state???
Why????
I told you When it comes to oil in our generation, greed takes over, and when you get greedy, you will be exposed.
I told you when it comes to oil in our generation, greed takes over, and when you get greedy, you will be exposed.
HOLD STRONG. .214 was a good sign.
I meant if you own the pinkslip of your car, the car is 100% yours.
Just as if you own the stock certificate of your shares after you purchase them; then after three business days, it 100% yours.
If someone stole your car, that is grand auto theft, giving that someone felony years in Federal Prison.
If someone stole your stock certificate of all the shares you owned in WAMUQ, that someone or institution will get felony years in Federal Prison.
They will be cancelled, but there has to be a reissue, if not.
Then wamuq shares were stolen equity property.
If you own the deed to your home, the home belongs to you.
If you own the pinkslip of your automobile, the automobile belongs to you.
If you own the stock certificate, then it belongs to you.
If someone steals the deed of your home, the that's called felony theft, earning the thief felony years at Federal Prison.
In all levels of financial matters, whether you are an individual or an institution, this saying will always apply to all, "If you get greedy, you will be caught."
"IF YOU GET GREEDY, YOU WILL BE CAUGHT."
The Biggest PONZI SCHEME IS SS in the entire history of the world.
But we as wamuq investors need to bring accountability to all the politicians and representatives, who are voted by us, to represent us the working class.
"You shall earn your toil by sweat, and if you don't sweat, then you must represent those who sweat for you."
That's because our country is over-taxed and their country is not.
Why worry so much for just one penny? How many shares can you buy of SKGO FOR JUST ONE PENNY. If you are so worried, that means you are pennies in debt, and not pennies in equity. You don't invest in stocks or anything else for that matter; on credit. That would be nonsense.
My condolescences to Mark Pittman and his family, relatives.
We need to to return to our grass roots and be a debt free America, not an infested in-debted America.
I agree with you on this 'thepenneyguy,' this is just called plain logic. You don't need to be a rocket scientist or a genius to understand this. It's plain and simple, just like you wrote it.
This is a 'masterpiece,' of information, thank you.
You are a Mozart, as Shakespeare in the information ages, thank you...
Super informational post.
Everyone one walked away from their mortgages, since gasoline prices went from $1.16 to $4.01 for a period of time, think?, you used to pay $116 dollars for gas per month and then all of a sudden you are now paying $401 per month for gas and this doesn't even include our increase in taxes. That extra $300 hundred dollars or so was supposed to cover our rent, mortgages, electricity, water, food, clothing, sundries, shaving lotion, women's sundries; but yet, it was swept from under our faces, noses, and feet. Why, I still ask WHY???
Thank you dannoninvest for clearing that.
I did hold it before bankruptcy and didn't get paid is it because I'm Mexican, what's the deal???
As compared to WAMUQ, today once MIRKQ WHICH NOW has $10 Billion dollars in equity, $3 Billion dollars in equity, and $4 Billion dollars in equity for the commons. And their money is not in the red, but yet the commong stockholders haven't been compensated.
go to www.sec.gov, click on filings for MIR, BUT try to click on filings for JMP, and you will have trouble finding a 10Q statement, what does that tell us???? good luck or something????
If anyone can give me the figure of outstanding shares of WAMUQ, AND the authorized shares, I would appreciate it.
Also if anyone can give me the outstanding shares of MIR, AND authorized shares, then we can solve this situation for the benefit of the WAMUQ SHAREHOLDERS.
WAMUQ INVESTING 101, your shares hold equity because WAMUQ had more assets than liabilities, A>L.
2. In a relating issue mirkq (Mirant Corporation), which filed chapter 11 in 2005 or so had Billions of dollars in assets. As of Feb 27, 2009, there were 58,770 shareholders of Record according to www.pinksheets.com. Today, 02/13/2010, there are 272 institutional owners of Mirant Corporation who own 101% percent of this company today. There has not been any public investors trading this stock since its emergence from bankruptcy.
3. All of us, the public investors still hold MIR shares in our brokerage accounts since 2006. WE haven't received our new shares, because there is still a pending letigation. Go to their website, www.mirant.com and go to investor facts.
4. In 2007, MIR HAD $2 Billion dollars in revenue, $7.2 dollars earning per share, in 2008, it had over $3 Billion dollars in revenue, $6.36 dollars per share, in 2009, it had $1.8 Billion dollars per share, $4.12 earnings per share.
5. Today the only entities trading this stock are the institutional owners, and it has gone down from $40 to $13 because of their own shortselling, you can find this under nasdaq.com under increased and decreased positions of this company. WAMUQ INVESTORS ARE THE ONLY ONES LEFT TO STOP THIS type of PRACTICE!!!
