I meant if you own the pinkslip of your car, the car is 100% yours.

Just as if you own the stock certificate of your shares after you purchase them; then after three business days, it 100% yours.

If someone stole your car, that is grand auto theft, giving that someone felony years in Federal Prison.

If someone stole your stock certificate of all the shares you owned in WAMUQ, that someone or institution will get felony years in Federal Prison.
