WAMUQ INVESTING 101, your shares hold equity because WAMUQ had more assets than liabilities, A>L.

2. In a relating issue mirkq (Mirant Corporation), which filed chapter 11 in 2005 or so had Billions of dollars in assets. As of Feb 27, 2009, there were 58,770 shareholders of Record according to www.pinksheets.com. There has not been any public investors trading this stock since its emergence from bankruptcy.

3. All of us, the public investors still hold MIR shares in our brokerage accounts since 2006. WE haven't received our new shares, because there is still a pending letigation. Go to their website, www.mirant.com and go to investor facts.

4. In 2007, MIR HAD $2 Billion dollars in revenue, $7.2 dollars earning per share, in 2008, it had over $3 Billion dollars in revenue, $6.36 dollars per share, in 2009, it had $1.8 Billion dollars per share, $4.12 earnings per share.
5. Today the only entities trading this stock are the institutional owners, and it has gone down from $40 to $13 because of their own shortselling, you can find this under nasdaq.com under increased and decreased positions of this company. WAMUQ INVESTORS ARE THE ONLY ONES LEFT TO STOP THIS type of PRACTICE!!!
