So I will wake up one morning to a $25 per share price with 441,480,472 O/S shares? I'm ready.
Yes, I have seen this. How do you know these are the Synergy, Sam and Danny shares?
That's 80 mil shares. Is that part of the 100 mil or in addition to? How do you know they are being cancelled?
Does anyone know if Synergy, Sam Dewer and Danny Pate still own their common stock shares?
There’s no NASDAQ here.
Does the greater than sign mean tglo is greater than or more than just delfin? Or is it a typo and you meant equal to?
Yes, but they are not credible because of $90 per share and then also the 10000 to 1 reverse split.
No, what is the connection?
Yeah, he’s back to this again from a few years ago.
I have. Disaster or no disaster, it’s still a holding company.
There is a box where it is checked that states it is a holding company. It’s that simple.
Read their filings. It’s all there.
Yes I am quiet and waiting patiently, for many years. I just want to wake up one morning in 2023 to $25 per share, or $11 bil in market cap, with my current share count, and then sell them all.
FORW is not a shell. It is a holding company.
Nah, we only need one horse racing stock. It has been established that FORW is the one. You will need to think of something unique for SRNW.
FORW was going to be the horse racing ticker. I suggest you coordinate with that board. Unless the horse racing business is so big we need two tickers.
Got it. I just focus on market cap when calculating how much I will have. The key is no dilution. Doesn’t matter if there is rs or not we just don’t want additional shares added.
I'm a bit confused. 100 after a reverse split? 100 before a rs is too high.
You were predicting $90 per share a while back. So that is now too much?
Final phase of FID for 2 vessels. Ready for the merger.
Yes, my mistake. I see it now.
An S-1 was never announced by George so probably not happening.
Share reduction is updated on otc.
I would like presents from you. I’m deserving.
That’s a good hunch. They bought HMBL and WNFT (or wanted to) too.
It’s a holding company.
and it's a clean empty shell. the best kind.
Converts as voting rights but not common stock.
I see preferred shares for WNFT have 0 conversion rights to common shares. That is good.
Yes, I know.
Yeah, I think like you stated with the 375,000,000, the potential fully diluted o/s can be the 569 + 375. That is where I got my share price of just over $1 for a bil market cap. Because if the new company decides to convert them we are up to 944 mil o/s shares.
The GVSI 300,000 have voting rights and conversion rights at 10,000 to 1. I don't recall when they were created. Although I am invested in all 4, GVSI is the one a have the least amount of shares in (or my % of the overall o/s is the smallest with GVSI).
GVSI has 300,000 Preferred B's with a 10,000 to 1 conversion which equals 3,000,000,000 yet the o/s count is only 2.4 bil.
I disagree, the 300,000 preferred D are in the 944,000 preferred and are not in both common and preferred. It's on this statement.
FORWARDLY, INC.
CONSOLIDATED STATEMENT OF CHANGES IN STOCKHOLDERS’ EQUITY (DEFICIT) (UNAUDITED)
SIX MONTHS ENDED JUNE 30, 2023 AND 2022
They won't be in common until actually converted. I do agree that this is how the merger happens though. George will hand over the preferred D's.
I wasn't aware the 375 was already in the 569. I will take a look at the filing to see where the filing explains this.
Under this analysis I think you need to add 375 mil to the current o/s so a bil dollar company puts the price just over $1.
With 44 mil o/s after cancellation with George owning 6 mil, and 300k preferred B shares that have voting rights and are not convertible to common stock owned by George, this seems like an ideal share structure.
I never quite understood the FINRA made him change the name to the incoming company like WNFT. Why name the new company before the acquisition? TSNP didn’t change the name and that one was successful. So why have American Blockchain? Is that really the new company name? I don’t get it but that’s ok. I don’t have to. That’s why I like srnw and forw. No prenaming. Still, I own all 4.
Who knows. You may be correct.
Maybe forw and srnw are first and George just renamed gvsi blockchain and WNFT worldwide nft to try and jump on hype of the name. I sure hope there are 4 rm’s but that seems like a lot to me. 2 may be possible.
