I said his needing to advise says Ms. Mars doesn't have the capability to
make right decisions. I think she is fine but she don't need him to tell
her to clean the bathroom, or lock the doors. Let her run the company
and expand the company and see his net worth sky rocket.

He is a shareholder, even though he owns a lot. His shares with be worth
tons more if he didn't get paid for advising, and use the money to expand.
He is getting peanuts in reality when he could have a huge net worth
if the stock goes up a ton. Then he could sell a few shares and make lots
of money and see the other shares increase in value year over year. Expansion is the name of the game and expansion cost money.
If he took the foot off the company in no time he could sell 5 million
shares every year and be filthy rich for many a year.

If Armen would quit getting paid to advise and pay pharmacist salary
in line with the industry the stock could be over a $1.00 in a year
but he is draining the money. What kind of advising is he doing clean
the bathroom, and lock the door when you leave. Is Ms. Mars to stupid
to know how to run the company? If we have a real board they should
absolutely abolish this advising crap.
JMO

I am long and I think the problem is Armen is using the company as his
personal piggy bank. Why do we need to pay him all the money he gets?
Is Ms. Mars not capable of making decisions? The pharmacist pay is way
over the top of what other pharmacist get. We are sitting on a gold
mine but Armen should take far less or be removed from advising. The
company could take that money and be expanding far faster and eleminate
the borrowing and screwing the shareholders.

Would you say touting expansion and acquiring a 2nd store is touting?
Would a second kiosk be touting? Would applying for license to go to

Does this rule show anywhere a company can enter into a special agreement
with a market maker to buy or sell shares?
BREAKING DOWN 'Rule 10b-18'
Rule 10B-18 covers the manner of purchases, the time of the repurchases, the prices paid and the volume of shares repurchased. Compliance with the rule is voluntary. However, in order to fall within the safe harbor, each of the four conditions must be satisfied daily. Otherwise, repurchases will not fall under the safe harbor for that particular day.
Origin of Rule 10B-18
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) instituted the rule in 1982. This allowed a company's Board of Directors to authorize the repurchase of a certain amount of shares. Subsequently, the company could purchase shares as long as it adhered to those four conditions.
In 2003, the SEC amended the rule, requiring companies to disclose more detailed information on share repurchases on forms 10Q, 10-K, and 20-F.
The Four Conditions
Manner of purchase: The issuer or affiliate must purchase all shares from a single broker or deal during a single day.
Timing: An issuer with an average trading volume less than $1 million per day or a public float value below $150 million is unable to trade within the last 30 minutes of trading. Companies with higher average-trading-volume or public float value can trade up until the last 10 minutes.
Price: The issuer must repurchase at a price that does not exceed the highest independent bid or the last transaction price quoted.
Volume: The issuer can't purchase more than 25% of the average daily volume.
The SEC also specified more detailed disclosure requirements for repurchases. In each quarterly report on Form 10-Q and in the annual report on Form 10-K, the company must provide a table showing, on a month-by-month basis: the total number of shares purchased, the average price paid per share, the total number of shares purchased under publicly announced repurchase programs, and the maximum number of shares that may be repurchased under these programs (or maximum dollar amount if the limit is stated in those terms).
Even though the rule provides safe harbor, the repurchases must be reported in compliance with the various regulations. The safe harbor is not available if the repurchases were made in an effort to evade federal securities laws.

If you say so. I didn't know that was the way business was conducted. Of course I just don't have your knowledge of trading stocks. I thought
the company was restricted from buying shares or selling shares except
during certain hours the market was trading. I also didn't know people'could make side arrangement with market makers. Guess we learn
something new every day.

I have no clue what the stock is going to do in a day a week or a month,
but long term I see it going up a 100 times today's price. The street as
they expand will buy the stock up and give it a very high P/E based on
future growth.

That story sounds so familiar. I bet if you was old enough you would
have shorted the hell on Walmart after all they would be competing with
Sears, and J.C. Penny. Funny what happened to those 2 and Walmart. What did you think of Netflix going to compete with Blockbuster who had locations
every where? Your scenario says there will never be new conglomerates
and status quo always will be the thing. Just why does RXMD do so much
business compared to Walgreen's and CVS? Do they offer hospital beds,
oxygen and other hospital needs? I want be alive but I bet in 25 years
Progressive will be a monster in the health care business.
If you don't believe in expansion and growth along with inovation then
sell if you own or short it. I am a long term holder even after I die
my wife and son have instructions on when to commence selling and what
amount to sell each year because the same amount the next year will be
worth more than the same amount they sold the previous year. You don't
get into retirement home facilities and regular other locations, and be
applying for license in other states sure don't sound like a company that
is worried about Walgreen's or CVS, they are just as they say keep on
keeping on. If I am alive and you also see me in 2024 and tell me how
you fared on your not investing in RXMD.

What if has no real answer.I will say if I wanted 2 million shares

they would probably be naked short.

What if will always work. Would be kind of unusual to do what you
stated as would the market maker guarantee the fill on Monday? What if
as you used but what if the stock was trading at $85.00 would the

I have never heard of a what if order but maybe they exist.

Your analogy doesn't quite match up with the volume of sales traded all

I live in Florida and not familiar with any law that could restrict
legitimate business to amount of stores one can have in a state. I wonder
what the limit is on Walgreen's or CVS, or Walmart. or the gas stations.
Florida has no chance of winning this in court.
I am suing the federal government to legalize all drugs as the possession
law is a violation of our constitutional rights. The constitution restricts
government to limited powers and putting people in prison for possession
is a violation of our rights. We are all created equal and no human being
can legislate their moral values on free people. They can legislate if
you consume and like alcohol leave home and fail a blood test or breathalizer test the same should apply to drugs. The government don't
own our body and the drug possession laws makes this a police state
and private citizens getting rich using the police to arrest people to'put in private prisons totally illegal. If they can tell you that you can't
consume a drug what is next donuts, bread, potatoes all cause obesity
and strokes, heart attacks, diabetes, and more people are in hospitals
or die from these diseases caused by obesity than drug over dose.
Legalize it tax it like alcohol abolish the drug agency and use that money to pay down on the national debt and some of the tax money to
provide health care. No more drug dealers in your neighborhoods getting
your kids, grand kids, and neighbors to buy or sell drugs. Crime goes
down drug use goes down tax revenues goes up. The only people paying
the taxes are the users, and they will be using now.
If any constitutional lawyer wants to do pro bono work I have a case
number and wouldn't mind legal assistance.

I agree with you and West minister here in Tallahassee could definitely
use 1 and Tallahassee is not a big city and we have several retirement
locations here. To me that field is wide open and they have already
started exploring it and apparently it is making money or they would
be a damn fool to open another location. Yes expansion can be dillutive
but it beats the hell out of complacent and dormant.

What do you expect Santa Claus to bring them a sack of money? Expansion is
damn sure good no matter how they do it as long as financially it makes
sense to do it. Waiting gets you no where. TESLA hasn't made a penny
profit and look where their stock is and has been. It is the future
people are betting on and RXMD if Bonnie and Clyde was alive they would
say why rob a bank when you can buy RXMD this cheap it is safer and better
than bank robbing. I personally expect the stock to be trading over a
$1.00 a share before the end of next year.

If you can't see the potential growth for this company you are either
blind or stupid!!!!!
Where can you find a company listed that has 2 audited financials, now
2 pharmacy's and apparently 2 Kiosk with the potential to expand Kiosk
all over and add new locations. They are more than a distributor of pills
as they also have hospital equipment including beds and oxygen. They
are looking to expand locations and size of warehouse. The 1 store out
produced Walgreen's average store by 4 times WHY! Because they have a
better way of distributing, and communicating with all involved from
patients to doctors to insurance companies.
JMO
Mickey
Jimmy Quick
Might be old but was new to me and damn I love it. I would be moving in
to retirement centers and talking to the heads of chain retirement
centers about getting locations in their centers. If i am right they
could move into the Kiosk's rather quickly and expand opertations
and in no time get access to cheaper money.
JMO
Mickey
How soon will the new Kiosk be operating????
That should be a nice profit operation as no delivery and built in
customer base. I like this location very much. Retirement communities
are great locations and they need lots and lots of medications. One would
think moving to more and more retirement locations will be easier and
easier to get in too as they will have a proven background for their
service, and no question a pharmacy located right in the retirement
center will be a huge selling point for the retirement centers. I see this
move as the smartest thing they could possibly ever do to expand far
quicker than buying and building or acquiring other locations.
I wonder what the hours of operation will be? I would think 9 A.M. to 7 P.M. would be pretty good. I doubt if they will be open 24 hours but who
knows?
I fact the more I thought about it if they tie up with chain retirement
centers they may can get the owners of the chain to invest in the
different locations or loan money to them at a good rate. Why would they
not want a pharmacy in their facility?
JMO
Mickey
Progressive opening the Kiosk is brilliant!!!!
They have their foot in the door already and now they will be waling in
to retirement centers at a very low cost of operation with a high return
on profits. Ready made patients with on site no competition. If this isn't
a home run there are no home runs. I wonder how many retirement villages
there are in Florida alone and they all will welcome this service. I am
sure the rent will be reasonable because it will be a selling point for
the villages to say they have on site pharmacy. I just wonder how fast
they can move in to additional locations and the cost to set up is.

The Likely End of Pump and Dump Schemes
Print
Alert
Bitcoin Global News (BGN)
May 24, 2018 -- ADVFN Crypto NewsWire -- It just might finally be true that the “Wild West” of Crypto is coming to an end. Bloomberg, Coin Telegraph, as well as other news outlets, reported today that the U.S. Department of Justice has officially launched an investigation into the price manipulation of Bitcoin and Ethereum.
Many of us might be saying that it’s been a long time coming. It’s true that the only ones who should be afraid are those who have been skirting the rules including people who have been joining “Pump and Dump” groups on Telegram and other apps like Discord.
The first outlet to break the news about the investigation was Bloomberg, which cited four specific critics who chose to remain nameless, though they made sure to state that they believe that skirting the law is a normal state of the Crypto market.
It should be made clear that the investigation is meant to be wider reaching than simply looking into “Pump and Dump” groups. Reports state that it will look into just about any activities that could affect market prices, in theory.
Prime examples of this include spoofing or activities like creating bots to fill the exchanges with orders that aren’t even real. “Pump and Dump” groups may be thought of as connected to this because of what Bloomberg’s report says about anything that fraudulently influences market movement being investigated.
The Justice Department is working with the Commodity Futures Trading Commissionon this, whom some of you already know as the employer of Chris Giancarlo, who serves as its chairman and doesn’t blindly stand against Cryptocurrencies.
The two organizations will use past examples of fraudulent activities in markets like the futures and equities markets, in their current efforts. The only difference will be that everything will be considered, of course, in the decentralized and often anonymous context of the Blockchain world.
Bloomberg even suggested that the investigation could be wider than only Bitcoin and Ethereum and the CFTC as well as the Department of Justice could be keeping further details close, on purpose. All in all, it seems like concrete regulations could finally be coming.
Still, overall, it’s logical to wonder how much they can actually do. The CFTC reportedly cannot yet fully regulate crypto markets but what it can do is enact sanctions against digital currencies if it proves fraud in any way. If you are a Crypto investor as of now, as this all moves forward, now just might be as good a time as any to HODL.

today they are trying to influence others to help them sell shares to

designed for flips but for information about the company and why you should either own the stock or be out of it.

What are you waiting on to buy a stock that is going to go higher????
Are you waiting to see revenues increase which they will with the addition
of the next store. Are you waiting on a 3rd location or a 4th? The stock
is cheaper than dirt and you can't show me a oxygen provider, or hospital
bed provider or other health service providers that aren't making money.
The packaging machine just bought will not be the last one they buy.
This is a conglomerate in the making and you to cheap to buy under .10

RXMD!!! Best growth stock in all markets!!!!
RXMD has more potential for doubling, tripling, and more than any stock
in the the market including Apple, Net Flix, Amazon, to name a few. How many of them will double as quick as RXMD can or triple? RXMD has the potential to reach a $1.00 which will be 13 times your money than any of
the above have a chance of doubling from today's price.
JMO
Mickey
straighttalk
Let me ask you do you get great pleasure in doing what you do? My opinion
you are nothing but a low life scum. If the price goes down it should
be because it is over priced and the future doesn't look good. RXMD is
undervalued and the future looks damn good with increasing revenues and
new locations. With a packaging machine and the selling of canibus along
with all the health care they provide. I have yet to see a health care
provider of oxygen, and hospital beds, and other aides go broke. This is
a field that the public will increasingly need without one bit of advertising necessary as we will all get older an have more and more
needs for exactly what RXMD offers. You act like you are so smart when
in reality you are dumber than a rock to not be buying all the shares
you can even at .35 cents it will be dirt cheap going forward.
JMO
Mickey
Fundamentals just getting better, and better.
Lets see biggest year ever, then this year biggest quarter ever, then
April 30% increase over last year. Adding 2nd location and purchasing
a packaging machine. That screams that this a company on the move to bigger
and better things.
I don't make day to day stock price predictions, but if the stock goes
back above .10 and holds I predict we will see new highs made in the next
45 days to 75 days, as they report this quarter will be over and I expect blow out revenues
again.
JMO
Mickey
This may sound crazy but why not as everything else I say falls in that
category.
I would after reading more in the Constitution would if I was IDCC
copyright the patent then submit the patent to the patent office if
need be but if you have the copyright protection I would say the patent
office would have a real problem even though I have found no where they
have a right to invalidate but how can they invalidate the copyright?
JMO
Mickey
Let me see IDCC is a patent company and what I want to know are their
papers not protected by the constitution?
Does the constitution exclude companies from protection> If so why did
they have protection for patents in the constitution? Just trying to
figure how the congress can pass a Patent act that would eliminate
the protection that people and I assume corporations had for protection
of their papers. One would think that act would have to specify that
it is circumventing the constitutions protection of patents. To the best
of my knowledge that wasn't the language and being absent then it would
be reasonable to expect your patents and papers to be protected.
If IDCC isn't a patent company that in my opinion has had their constitutional rights violated by invalidating what the government had
granted them is a hard pill to swallow, unless you don't give a damn
about the constitution and what it was written for.
JMO
Mickey

Even more reason to buy RXMD. If the competition don't like you being
there would only be if you are a real threat to their business.
Start naming me a pharmacy that is grossing the revenues that RXMD in
their 1 location. What do you think will happen in a short period of time
in the 2nd location and onward to 3rd and more. I assure you if I had my
way in 10 years Progressive would be dominating the pharmacy and health
care business.Growth is only restrained by how management wants to grow.
But grow they will.
JMO
Mickey
If you are so stupid to not think this stock can double, triple, quadruple.
Then you really should not be involved in the stock market. The potential
for 100 times this price over the next 10 years is not impossible. Doubling from here should be like taking candy from a baby. Where else do you
see 2 years of audited financials, expanding in a field that will be
expanding every day as we grow older.A smart venture capitalist or even
franchising this could make the stock price explode. The future for
this company is extremely good and in my opinion only a damn fool would
not be buying all they can at these prices. If you can't see growth
and future profits then sell and move on.
JMO

No one cares if you add sell or what. Do you actually think we need to

How about naming for us another company that is expanding to a second
location and looking for a 3rd with license to do business in 15 other
states. Name me another company that is trying to up list that has 2 years
of audited financials. Name me another pharmacy that in 1 store grossed
20 million. I don't think you can and I think we will see continued
growth year after year.
By the way a few of you might be better served in buying and trying to
become better off in the future. I don't see how you can possibly be
getting any pleasure out of trying to degrade peoples investment and
degrading a company. If that is your best thing in life I honestly pity
you as well as the others that do this.

Suggestion only!!!
I think all of you should do what I did and e mail Armen and suggest he
take less money for a couple of years and use that money to be expanding

operate this as the growth company it is and be more interested in seeing
the growth happens than a big salary and cut down on the borrowing.
JMO

Buy back my rear end take the money and keep on expanding and the stock
will rise to the levels needed to get uplisted as people will see revenues
increasing and growth and bid the stock up. Growth companies stock looks
to the future. Right now in 10 years you should be able to make 100 times
your investment meaning the stock would be trading around a huge $9.00
a share. Buy and hold as they have a better mouse trap to beat the average
stores revenue of a Walgreen's by the amount they do. I said it before
and will say it again this should be the Walmart of the pharmacy industry
with insulation from downside as yep we are all getting older and need'
medication and health care. Unlike insurance companies which can be
out tons of money on a client Progressive only provides services that
brings in money.

Why I think the organized short raids will eventually be prosecuted!!!
Fortunately or unfortunately the government has records of every e mail
every phone call we have ever made since they got the technology to do it.
So the organized calls and e mails will be the nail in their coffin.
The SEC no doubt is investigating the trading in RXMD as well as other
stocks. Little did the organizer know that every thing they have confered
to their followers has been recorded. The SEC will subpoena those peoples
e mails and phone calls. Their happy days of organized shorting will
come to a abrupt stop with forfeiting all gains and possibly prison time
for the head people or person as they well knew it was illegal to organize a short raid but thinking they would never be caught proceeded to
organize it with members only calls. If it is organized then it most likely will be governed by the RICO act. That is some bad stuff to fall under an will allow the government to get access to everything you have
done electronically. Big Brother is watching every thing we do good bad
or indifferent, not that I approve of this activity but facts are facts
you have no farther to look than Mueller and how the FBI, DOJ, CIA get
access to personal information.

You bet I remember and it was pure bull and why I say the patent office
can be bought. If it is obvious you invent it or don't use it.If I built
a bridge at my expense that save you 100's of miles and charged you and
you think you should not pay as any fool could obviously tell it saved
you time and money. How in the hell just because it is obvious should that invalidate your patent. If they didn't invent it then it should be yours and if it was so obvious why didn't you invent it. I can only say the
patent office and the congress has beyond a doubt got to be crooked as
hell to allow that to invalidate creativity. That is what is obvious.
In fact in the Nokia case if I was the lawyer I would have said or asked
you mean to tell me you had seen this and all these years never used it
and then want to make a claim of it was obvious? What is obvious you
apparently are a idiot if you didn't improve your product knowing this
technology would work, you don't deserve anything but to pay for being
that stupid.
JMO
Mickey
Loophole
I apologize as I thought you was talking about different attorney representation. It is a piss poor system when the patent owner wins
when contested but loses when the opposition wins. If IDCC won with
Lomp I would appeal and have Lomp testify as a witness.
The lawyers have ruined the patent system sorry about that but facts are
facts. A damn patent should stand for itself plain and simple if it
does what the design says it does and is a new something never implemented
before or enhances a existing product that makes it perform what the
patent states then that should be the end of it and if the opposition
to it says it is obvious they should have designed and patented it.
Most everything is obvious after we see it in use. Take the jet engine
who is to say it wasn't obvious after they seen a fireworks display
and rockets going up in the air and they said hell that would make a
plane fly faster? No one should ever challenge a patent on obvious as
the patent owner obviously seen use for it before you did so it is their
idea and you should not be able to claim well any fool could see this
obviously you didn't till it was shown to you. In a perfect world that
should be how patents are handled but lawyers seen a way to make killings
by getting laws passed and ways to enhance their pockets and big corporations and that's a fact.
JMO
Mickey
Loophole
Your own example shows how bad things are with Lomp our patents was just
fine but without Lomp no good tell me what the patent said it does changed
from Lomp and the other attorney, Did it no longer perform or what changed?
What you basically said a good attorney can defend a good patent but a
bad attorney can't win and you lose.
In fact is is a damn shame to have to have a lawyer to validate a damn
patent. The patent should speak for itself and if it performs as designed
the patent office should be able to verify it and that should end it.
The fact that you need a attorney to show the patent office why the
patent is valid and should be approved when that lawyer couldn't design
a patent or they would have many patents they had designed approved begs
their is something bad wrong with the system.
JMO
Mickey
Loophole
Having been a catcher and caught a lot of knuckle balls and was scouted
by hall of fame catcher Bill Dickey and he wanted to sign me to play
in the Yankees farm system. I was all of 17 and thought I was the greatest
catcher in the world and couldn't sign my own contract and thought I
would get a team that would put me in the majors immediately and was going
to wait till the next year and dumb me didn't go to Texas to play in class
C ball but wound up joining the Air Force on going to Texas for $78.00
a month. Real stupid among the many other mistakes I have made in life.
However if you want to play in the big leagues you better learn to catch
the knuckle ball and how to control the pitches as well. If I was going
to need a home run I want Babe Ruth at bat not some amatures . The patent
office is the big leagues as they are responsible for decisions that can
make millions to billions and they are rank amatures who fail to get it
right 70% of the time. That is not condusive of being in the big leagues
and you would not hire anyone that was wrong 70% of the time. Do you
agree they are responsible for some of the biggest decisions and money
affecting in the world and be wrong 70% should never be acceptable.
In other words their decisions is way more important than catching a
knuckle ball. They affect people very way of life and income where
a catcher that can't catch affects nothing more than a ball game and
sometimes the end results. The end results of IDCC paying for patents
assigned to them and later turns out to be worthless affects the
IDCC earnings, and our stock price for years and years not one game.
