You bet I remember and it was pure bull and why I say the patent office
can be bought. If it is obvious you invent it or don't use it.If I built
a bridge at my expense that save you 100's of miles and charged you and
you think you should not pay as any fool could obviously tell it saved
you time and money. How in the hell just because it is obvious should that invalidate your patent. If they didn't invent it then it should be yours and if it was so obvious why didn't you invent it. I can only say the
patent office and the congress has beyond a doubt got to be crooked as
hell to allow that to invalidate creativity. That is what is obvious.

In fact in the Nokia case if I was the lawyer I would have said or asked
you mean to tell me you had seen this and all these years never used it
and then want to make a claim of it was obvious? What is obvious you
apparently are a idiot if you didn't improve your product knowing this
technology would work, you don't deserve anything but to pay for being
that stupid.
