Loophole

Having been a catcher and caught a lot of knuckle balls and was scouted
by hall of fame catcher Bill Dickey and he wanted to sign me to play
in the Yankees farm system. I was all of 17 and thought I was the greatest
catcher in the world and couldn't sign my own contract and thought I
would get a team that would put me in the majors immediately and was going
to wait till the next year and dumb me didn't go to Texas to play in class
C ball but wound up joining the Air Force on going to Texas for $78.00
a month. Real stupid among the many other mistakes I have made in life.

However if you want to play in the big leagues you better learn to catch
the knuckle ball and how to control the pitches as well. If I was going
to need a home run I want Babe Ruth at bat not some amatures . The patent
office is the big leagues as they are responsible for decisions that can
make millions to billions and they are rank amatures who fail to get it
right 70% of the time. That is not condusive of being in the big leagues
and you would not hire anyone that was wrong 70% of the time. Do you
agree they are responsible for some of the biggest decisions and money
affecting in the world and be wrong 70% should never be acceptable.
In other words their decisions is way more important than catching a
knuckle ball. They affect people very way of life and income where
a catcher that can't catch affects nothing more than a ball game and
sometimes the end results. The end results of IDCC paying for patents
assigned to them and later turns out to be worthless affects the
IDCC earnings, and our stock price for years and years not one game.
