voicing his opinion...just like you
just an example of the bullying TH was talking about in her previous post...
Recently, these blogs have been saying one thing....and that is...2012 is going to be the pinnacle for Winning Brands. Sales are going to pour in. New Countries will be targeted..."Ramped up marketing" will take place.....
Why does this all sound like what 2010 was suppose to be? What excuse will he have if 2012 ends up being another average year? He hasn't outright made the same mistake guaranteeing success THIS year...but he sure is beating around the bush...whispering to us..."This is the Year....How can it not be"....
Your 0 for 1 Eric....Please don't bank on a particular year and let me/us down again...My money was heavily wagered on your prediction last time...and hell...that very money is 90% lower since you lost that bet...I guess your doubling down?
P.S...I guess n 2009...I should of bet on the House.....

...maybe I am merely perpetuating a story that has been played out before with this stock
...but I believe progress is being made and things are different.
The next couple of quarters should either prove or disprove my theory/hopes.
The rapid decline in price seemed to have begun with the loss of Walmart in Canada. That event was the catalyst that sent the pps spiraling downwards.
So far my "bet" has not brought the "profit" for which I hoped, but I believe we are on the right path.
I am not sure what hostility you are speaking about. People should invest as they see fit. If people want to sell now then they should sell, and if people want to buy then they should buy. I don't care what others do. You have my permission to do what you like!
Why should people buy now? I believe the best strategy at this juncture is to set your bid lower and let the sellers come to you.
If someone wants out they will eventually meet us at the BID.
Barring any significance news, which could come at anytime, I imagine that WNBD will hover around these prices trading in a relatively narrow range. Most longs have what they want and are willing to add "icing to the top", but we are not worried about being left behind if there is a sudden run.
If you want to start a position or beef up your current position these are great prices, but if you are only looking to add to an already solid position then by all means let the sellers/traders come to you.
Why is there a hurry to buy? If you buy at the ASK there is no way you are going to start momentum and drive it higher without volume and significant news. I am sitting back and will add as opportunity presents itself, but I am going to wait until the sellers who have to sell meet me on my terms!
We will be in the implementation phase as of Jan 2012
2010 is not going to look like the previous phase. The conditions are ready for us to leave behind the Initial Operations Phase, which is characterized by modest sales and high development costs, in order to enter the Implementation and/or Growth Phase in 2010.
4 days until Thanksgiving and facing family members that we told WNBD would be a good place to put their $$$
We will get a blog to explain everything any minute now...IT will start explaining why such low numbers...and end by explaining why next year will be better....That's how things work here...DeJa Vu
And people wonder why we have so many "longs"...half of them want sell but can't due to the current PPS...Having believed year after year that "next" year was going to be "it"...
Maybe this time Eric is serious...
GSA is the only thing that still keeps me hoping...but then again...
Famous Quote from The Shawshank Redemption....
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0111161/
Andy: That there are places in the world that aren't made out of stone. That there's... there's somethin' inside that they can't get to; that they can't touch. It's yours.
Red: What are you talkin' about?
Andy: Hope.
Red: Hope? Let me tell you something, my friend. Hope is a dangerous thing. Hope can drive a man insane. It's got no use on the inside. You'd better get used to that idea.
IMO...drop the "Stain Remover"...you don't need it...it does more harm added than it does help...it limits you to a "Stain Remover" in the average consumers eye...WD-40, Clorox, Goof-Off, and Kaboom are all examples of product names that didn't need name designators/product descriptions to get customers to know what the product did...they were avertised in the right way...that's what we need. I got an idea of a ad campaign...run a campaign asking the consumers..."Can you find something 1000+ can't do"...then the response would be some off the wall thing like..."it can't clean the stain off Charlie Sheens bad boy image(or anyone who is looked bad upon by the media at the time of the ad's creation)"...and then we'd follow up by saying..."yea, maybe we can't do that....but we can do....(state 5 or 6 cleaning techniques/usages)........each ad/commercial could have different scenarios leading to 5 or 6 new things....
-This shows that we are truly versatile
-Shows we truly have limitless usages
-Gives us some needed exposure commercially by using a famous person's name
-adds humor which customers will remember and talk about...
This makes me think about the "stay up late with BK(Burger King) campaign...it used humor and a catchy phrase...something we could use as well...
Don't Worry Dirty...It's not like Eric is gonna just jump straight into a new name...It will be a transition...and maybe a long one
With all due respect to you and your military service, (of which I thank you very much) don't you think that after all our CEO and his team has had to do to get us this far with the GSA that he is aware of what it will take to move forward with sales to this account?
have you ever used bug juice while doing a spot check?...Even though it works to make it shine...it is not needed to clean the nozzle to "Big Navy's" Standards...Yes your CO and your 3MC may have been proud to see your work as they walked through the your spaces...but if it were a "necessity"...you know and I know...it would be on that card...
P.S...You cleaning fire nozzles with personally bought items or "open purchase requests" is great...can you show me a link of where GSA sells bug juice? That's my point at this moment...
Products will be bought based on need...nothing more nothing less...nobody but shareholders buy the WNBD product(s) for fun and enjoyment...no one but WNBD shareholders buy the products thinking they are collectively making a difference in the overall YOY Revenue's....And lastly...no one but WNBD shareholders, while using the product(s), fantasize about how successful the company can become....
Truth is...most don't care...they just want to clean whateva it is their cleaning and see results...
Eric needs to take heed to this info. When it comes to Cleaning supplies that are chemical based...Military in general are very strict. As I said long ago, the Navy will not as a whole start buying products that they will need to mix to be effective....They will go for the dummy proof...general purpose cleaner that a 10 year old could pick up and clean with....That is why "Simple Green" and "Power Green" are so popular through GSA...They have "Spray" bottles...not like the "squirt" type 1000+ has...How can you "squirt" a bulkhead?....you can't....That's a important thing we do in the Navy...Clean horizontal's and vertical wall's...And the notion that the name "1000+ Stain Remover" will be taken to be anything but a "Stain Remover"...is beyond me....As a RPPO( Repair Parts Petty Officer) in my department, if I knew nothing about this product but the name...I would think it's a "Stain Remover" and not a general purpose cleaner...And if I need to clean a ship or shore command for that matter...would I want general purpose or a stain remover? Think about it.
It's weird...Eric treats, sells, and pitch's the product like a general purpose cleaner and stain remover....but keep's the term Stain Remover attached...I don't get why? IS it because taking the term Stain Remover off would leave Clean-1 without a purpose?
Now on to 3M Maintenance. This is the most important part...3M Maintenance is what keeps Navy equipment working and it's lifespan. Equipment Maintenance is very vital to each commands operations and more-so....mission. Each Department of a Command has a list of equipment they are responsible for doing maintenance on and are given PMS (Preventive Maintenance System) Card's in accordance to each specific type of equipment. This card is suppose to walk you step by step on how to do the maintenance. Now this equipment could be anything.....Valves for pipes...Gas turbine engines...Radio's...Satellite systems...and even filters that collect dust....pretty much anything...These Cards spell out EXACTLY...in verbatim...what product(s) should be used to complete each task. So if it says, use a 12in hammer...and you use a 8in...You could potentially go to Captain's Mast for failure to obey a direct order and follow procedure in accordance with the PMS Card...If it says use a 12oz bottle of General Purpose Cleaner...and you use a 55 Gallon drum of 1000+ "Stain Remover"...You are not following protocol....So with this in mind....NO RPPO will ever find the need to order 1000+ Stain Remover...let alone a drum of it...And no...you cannot simply poor 1000+ in a 12 oz bottle and say "Yeah" I am following the directions"....Each bottle needs to have a MSDS sheet associated to it...with verified info on it....So this is where I get worried that Eric may be in over his head when thinking about keeping the 1000+ current bottle type when approaching GSA. He needs to develop a small 12 oz bottle like the rest of the General purpose cleaners and or...start pitching Clean-1 more for military than 1000+.
Went to the Navy Exchange Depot today. Where all the commands do their shopping.
Yes...And I will...as soon as it's available on GSA online...but I will not make a large order until I see his plan is working....I want to listen to Eric and "create conditions that increase natural, authentic, demand for Winning Colours Stain Remover - NOT create a distortion of results..."
http://winningbrandscorporation.com/blog/2010/09/30/asking-a-favour/
In other words...Eric already knows their are a few military members ready to pull the trigger....but in my case...i'll only do so once I see a consistent demand for the product through GSA...not some one time shareholder surge of orders...pps goes up based on a blog or PR...those shareholders who claim to be long...flip...they make money and I don't...Get me?...Thanks...
P.S...Soon we will get a blog about why it's necessary to have spray bottles when dealing with GSA...I can assure you...whether through lack of sales...or through increase in customer feedback...spray bottles will be the answer...
Volume after news is AWESOME today!!! LOL!!
...Winning Brands net shareholder count has held strong.
Military Commisaries and GSA have absolutely nothing to do with each other...FYI
By the way how are drums not logical?
Boats and shore...same thing...imagine a warehouse filled with drums of any cleaner....It ain't happening...Bottles is what is the norm military wise..."Spray Bottles"....
Not saying to do away with the squirt bottle...just saying maybe for GSA specifically...only sell it as a spray...with pre-defined dilutive measures...to make it general purpose...but then again...that's what Clean-1 is...See the dilemma...

No Navy Command will EVER order "Drums" of any cleaner...that's not very logical...You tell me where on a ship that will be stowed?
P.S...Remember...any product...no matter if they are "Green" or Hazerdous...are still considered "Hazmat" in the Navy's eyes....they all get stowed in a small "Hazmat" Locker on Frigates.....(no bigger than a child's bedroom)....Even on huge Aircraft carriers....they do not ever order products like that by gallons of that size...If the product is not approved to be used on a PMS Card through the 3M system...it is not being purchased...And let me tell you...no PMS Card will say 55 gallon drums are a necessity...
Getting Accounts is one thing....Selling product at those accounts is another...
Ok...So as a Information Technician Second Class Surface Warfare in the United States Navy....who has served on board FFG 28 USS Boone, served at Navy Operational Support Center Akron, Ohio, and now, Navy Cargo Handling Battalion One....doing things such as Counter Drug OPS, moving Cargo for Marines who fight in Afghanistan, and training Ready Reservists who continue to get ship to Iraq, Kuwait, and various other hostile environments....I'm sure a select few out of the 300 million people in the U.S would consider a person's military qualifications a smoke screen...
P.S...And when I say "Moving Cargo"...I am talking about qualified Crane Operators, Stevedores, Hold Boss'es and Hatch Captain...We do this....1000+ could be used at our command....we still Clean...we still get stains on equipment....and as I said...when the time is right I will look into this matter more....
I'll hold off on that one...for now...I have the ability and the authority to purchase anything I want....I also have many Navy comrades who I can refer this product to....but I think I'll hold off until Eric can prove he can manage his company on his own and not let the shareholders do all the work...
P.S...the new Fiscal Year has begun recently...so Many Commands have fresh money to spend....This is YOUR Time Eric....Use it wisely...
I hacked into the Activetraderpro software and get it free of charge...without the 120 trades a year rule...but I did it on a PC...sorry
"Near future" two years ago has finally caught up to "Now"...two years later...For some shareholders, "Near future" is just a term used loosely for an adjustable never ending time in their psyche.
If I ask you "what does near future mean to you"?...You would probably say between 1-3 years....Now if 3 years from now WNBD was still operating with the same stagnancy....you would probably still say "near future" when talking about what's to come, then.
I could go back and re-read many posts from many shareholders IRT this subject and I bet I'd find a lot of people saying "within a couple of years WNBD will be profitable"....Well we are all stay waiting...with plenty of more waiting to come....which will be proven by the 3rd quarter financials...
Looking at my Fidelity Investments Account right now....Sad to say that they tend to "round up" or "round down" when letting you know your account value....In this case....they rounded down since WNBD closed at .0004.....Shocking to see that in Fidelity's eyes...my shares are currently worth $0....WoW! Happy Halloween to you to Eric.
Frozen....That is not my responsibility...it's as simple as that...
I agree...but...I also realize that even when decent people decide to buy in at these prices...the pps never moves up for long...Dilution is the problem...regardless of how many shares someone or a group of Long's buy...Doog spells this out a majority of his WNBD posts...Awareness is needed to counter the dilution rate...but we can't count on Eric to keep his word about that... .0001 is his definition of "massively undervalued"
Frosen...This "restriction" you keep referring to is not in anyway resulting in WNBD's pps not moving....Even if your friend wanted to buy 10 million shares at the ask...Eric's printing press would of gobbled those shares.....Easy...
This issue with DTC is still New....Can you explain the reason why TDameritrade Account holders didn't prop up the pps before? .02 to .002 is a long way down...If you truly believe what your saying...please explain....
Ask yourself....Would the PR even matter?
Are we CAsh Flow positive?
Can't wait to see those .0001's
lol...look at the PPS...that's enough assurance you need sir...and read the past 2 years of filings.... Stagnancy is all we know here...and what you'll soon find out...
Leaking news via blog about whats coming...and then PR's about it and nothing happens to the pps
Words from Captain Lehner himself...
The bottom line is that the attainment of one or more of the 3 principal large retailers with whom we have earned a place on their short list for approval to be carried in their stores would be so significant in its positive impact, that our current challenges would disappear substantially. This is simply because the scale of operating in those account(s) would profoundly alter our platform from being a brand that aspires to be a household name, to a brand that has the practical means to be that, coast to coast.
The unvarnished truth is that this is what it will take for the share price to increase substantially. The risk that we are all taking as investors, myself included, rests on this question. What large U.S. accounts will we be able to gain that put us within reach of consumers coast-to-coast for a nationally coordinated presence?
YiKEs! That's one scary chart...The only thing scarier is WNBD shareholders' portfolios...
