Pretending you have one. Would you ever give your 10 year old kid a drum of any cleaner to clean something? I do not think you would. IRT to 1000+, It's a bigger no because evidently, they would need to pour it in a bottle anyway to mix and dilute it with water to make it more effective. you would give him/her just enough to get the job done. That's how supplies are issued in the military. All Branches...
I think most people reading my posts are purposely TRYING to miss my point. It is no secret that the military treats each serviceman like babies. Safety is the number one most important thing for ALL branches...so you would never see mixing of chemicals or water as the Norm....it's outright not safe. If they allow it with 1000+...some dumb sailor might think..."oh then I can mix this too...or that...."....
Drums are not logical cause how will they get moved from one space to another? 55 Gallons is pretty heavy. Also...It does not make sense for a person to need one spray bottle of something and need to go to a hazmat locker and need to pour chemicals in a bottle to get what they need...small bottles is the only way to go....and the squirt will not do....
No one needs to listen....you'll just see for yourself when GSA becomes another account that does not amount to much....
