You would have to prove that any defamatory (in your opinion) statements were actually false and made with actual malice or reckless disregard for the truth AND somehow tie that to financial losses. Good luck there!
Can you also show a case where a company has won a single dime suing shareholders for publicly being critical of their management when that management has done a shit job and did things CLEARLY that harmed shareholders? HINT: Taking 2 loans from a known toxic financer would be difficult to claim demonstrated fiduciary responsibility to shareholders!
Oh, and while we are at it... want to answer this simple question: Have you ever been paid money by the company or its employees? Simple question... ANSWER IT!
