I think Poo is connected to Linda, like friends maybe. I think she is one of the touted "LTIs" funding the company that she often speaks of. Probably regrets it.

As Linda's friend, and/or an LTI, she has inside info from talking to Linda.

She definitely writes the company's Shareholder Updates.

I think the LTI explanation would explain everything about her insider knowledge, acting as IR, and writing the Shareholder Updates without being paid to do so.

Most bagholders on the board are uniformly stupid and gullible and I believe she has private rah rah communication with most, if not all, of them. She also uses that trust to spread lies and get them to say/do things collectively.
