All you have to do is check it out yourself...but I'm sure that would be to much trouble and probably wouldn't the picture you have painted of this Pinkie...Just like I said about Rikers Island (which was true) they are not licensed...and they are required to...That's the bottom line..I just notice that even the Company "Square" was ordered to Cease and Desist in Kentucky...and JPay was fined in Penn...

Just found this from Securus..http://www.securustech.net/press_listing.asp?press_id=91
Ok..here are a few..FIS, Point and Pay, GovPay,..and the list goes on and on and on..
What don't you contact the state agencies...they will tell you that they are required to have a lic...BYE??
Here is what New York requires...
http://www.moneytransmitterlaw.com/state-laws-2/york/
They are..however, they also take the same type payments and have kiosks....
Yes they are..everyone of them has kiosks and takes payments..
However....JPay, Keefe, Touchpay, Swanson, Trinity, Jemcor, Telmate, GTL, Turnkey...just to name a few....are in the business..
You haven't proven squat..The bottom line is that they are not licensed....Their lack of being listed in several states where they are doing business is proof...now go do your homework and make some calls...
Hi Lawdog...have you made the call to ask and verify....doubt it...so before you call me a liar...go do some DD yourself...I did....
Why don't you call one of the state agencies that do the licensing and explain to them just what ez does...That may help you to understand that they have to be licensed....just look at what happened to JPay...they do the very same thing that Ez does....These are the facts...just look at Calif, and other states that show who is licensed....I don't see ezcard, CPSZ or Continental Prison Systems listed...However, I do see the others..which to me shows that they are not licensed....that's my proof...
Hi there fastfish..If anyone actually checks and looks who is actually licensed...you will see the ez is not licensed in any state....That's a fact...Rikers gave them the boot because they weren't licensed..however it looks like the PR firm is pumping this up on air...so...I can't wait to see what happens next...cheers ...??
Just go each states site and see if they show up as being licensed..the answer is No....that's the proof...unless you can show that they are...
Yep..it's an attempt to flush them out...
Go for it...
Wrong..better check with the state...they aren't giving out welfare checks :) just look at some of the other players...Keefe , JPay...GovPay they are licensed...
Do you have proof that they are? Don't see them listed on any if the states sites...
Yes they are...
No...every state requires this...
OK...since you are doing some DD....I brought up that CPSZ is not licensed as a Money Transfer Agent..here is a link that shows what can happen if your not licensed...The states are really starting to take notice of this.... This is a another company doing much of the same the Ez is doing.... Good Luck...
http://www.portal.state.pa.us/portal/server.pt/document/1212334/jpay,_inc_cao_121611_redacted_for_website_pdf
With you yes....but some others will actually look beyond the hype....and I would also assume that no matter what is said or shared..you will doubt it all and never even check it out to see if it might be true..as it might burst your bubble and reality would sit in...
Facts: No recent financials, Stock price down over 90% this past year, Gage order on obtaining share structure info....Also..If True Audited Financials come out before year end....I'll quit posting here....something for you to look forward to :)
Cheers and Merry X-mas....
And your Point being? CPSZ still moves $$ via electronic network...you need to really read and understand exactly what it means....In fact, do your own dd and contact any state and tell them what CPSZ is doing and see what they have to say.....If you remember, I did post what happened to a very large company for not being a licensed money transfer agent....also if you check who is licensed in Calif...you will see that all the major players are licensed....do you really think that they would spend the time and $$ to get licensed if they didn't have to....
http://www.shajlaw.com/moneyservicesbusiness_faq.html
Especially Read #5....
Cheers to the Kool-aid drinkers...:)
Can't you read.....THEY HAD TO BE LICENSED....so, why don't you prove that they are Licensed then...
I've done this before...go do your own DD...
You do know that this is Rikers Island...right?? I just point this out as you posted how CPSZ voluntarily pulled out of Rikers....as you can see by what Rikers put out....any Company doing business with them has to be a Licensed....and guess what??? CPSZ isn't...and this licensing "Money Transfer Agent Licensing" holds true for just about every state...and I know the cheering section will chime in again on this one...but Oh Well..as the Dr says...just block me or don't respond...Cheers
So, how did you come up with $300,000 per facility? Would love to see how you broke this down...Thanks
None..I'm retired..so what facility to you work at?
Here is a list of competors that I've found on the web..
JPay, Keefe, TouchPay, Canteen, Swanson, Jemcor, GovPay, LinktoGov, Mytechfriends and I would assume others as well...
How do you know the Fins have been paid for???
No..not vague at all...You should probably keep reading or better yet...call the State and just ask the question...I did...
Great post....
I am so proud of you...So you must be smart enough to google and find money transfer license agent in Calif....however, just to assist your multi BS...here you go..
http://www.dfi.ca.gov/resources/faqs/faqs_tms.asp
Now enjoy your crow....
That's just a merchant account service...not a money transfer agent...
