You do know that this is Rikers Island...right?? I just point this out as you posted how CPSZ voluntarily pulled out of Rikers....as you can see by what Rikers put out....any Company doing business with them has to be a Licensed....and guess what??? CPSZ isn't...and this licensing "Money Transfer Agent Licensing" holds true for just about every state...and I know the cheering section will chime in again on this one...but Oh Well..as the Dr says...just block me or don't respond...Cheers
