Why don't you call one of the state agencies that do the licensing and explain to them just what ez does...That may help you to understand that they have to be licensed....just look at what happened to JPay...they do the very same thing that Ez does....These are the facts...just look at Calif, and other states that show who is licensed....I don't see ezcard, CPSZ or Continental Prison Systems listed...However, I do see the others..which to me shows that they are not licensed....that's my proof...
