No, I'm one of the Paid Bashers of BDGR.* ( you really needed to ask ? )
*Now watch this "admission" get spread all over the internet as "proof" that "Paid bashers DO exist! Here's one admitting to it!"
Ok, I won't; it'll just be Our Little Secret .
Here's all you need to know, 'Texacoon:
This is a SCAM.
It's always been a SCAM.
It'll always be a SCAM.
Guess what, 'Sparky ? THEY'RE BACK ! And now not just VERT but NITE as well .
Can you spell "B L I Z Z A R D" ?
A: Because it's all a SCAM, perhaps ?
Give it a rest, 'Sparky. VERT has more shares to sell than the Universe has stars.
Half-cent, you say ? Why, you know what ? You're right... all it will take is a
1,000,000 into 1 Reverse Split . VOILA! Half-cent, in the bag.
( or is that "holding the bag" ? )
I see your point, 'Ben. And... since we can't see their lips moving, or their fingers typing, we can only be 99.9999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999% they're lying this time, like all the others before.
They're spending late nights and long weekends going over every page of The Big Joe Goebbels Big Lie Playbook to bring you these knee-slappers. How dare you insinuate there's something shady about this wonderful news by calling it "fluff" ?
Now the only question remaining is how large the Reverse Split will be.
Don't quibble over a few paltry tenths of a cent, Steve.
With every passing day, it becomes clearer and clearer that FASC is going to be the Cisco of this decade.
The first multiple-unit sale is imminent, and could come from any - or even many - of several such multiple-sale possibilities.
When that happens, you won't have time to react, only to chase. After reading over every one of your posts, it's obvious you're not a "chaser". So just buy now. Absolutely, you can thank me later; or, even not at all, won't matter to me either way. Take a good long look at the FASC chart and notice how quickly it moves on any sort of good news.
So, when FASC is $10 a share, don't be kicking yourself because you tried to get cute over, say, $.0188 versus $.0180. Not worth it; not worth it, at all.
Buy every single share of FASC that you can. And then buy more.
( goes for everyone, not just Steve. )
No one can write better than someone writing from the depths of their sincere beliefs, which you have definitely done.
Time for all of us to take a deep breath and buy even more FASC.
Right here, right now.
CrimNake Roadkill.
Heads up! Somebody might be ready to start playing with this shell as the "anything with gold in its name" phase of this gold bull market gets underway.
I hope everyone is voting "NO!" to the Reverse Split !
And not just "NO!" but "HELL NO!"
Show of hands!
Who'd have their wallets open and their chequebooks out if FASC were to do a Shareholder Rights Offering ?
Sargeant Preston ==========> Hand up !
The following link gives a good discussion of SRO's
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rights_issue
... and the real beauty of an SRO is that, for existing Shareholders who participate, there is no dilution. Repeat, no dilution for Shareholders who participate in the SRO.
Why? Because that Shareholder's proportional ownership remains the same.
Meanwhile, the existing Shareholders have had the chance to put their money where their mouths are and acted as the Company's investment bankers instead of a bunch of PIPE Perps.
Oh, and one last thought:
If Cal wants authorisation for 1,000,000,000,000 ( yes, that's a trillion ) new Shares, he's got my vote.
You know, 'Jag.... just because you, yourself, can't use a tool successfully, you shouldn't presume no one else can, either.
What colossal hubris !
CMF works on $.02 stocks, $.20 stocks, $2 stocks, $20 stocks, $200 stocks.....
One can't follow it blindly, any more than they would any other technical indicator.
It requires the careful application of intelligence, reason, and above all, common sense.
Perhaps that's why it doesn't work as well for you as it does for, say, someone such as myself who has used it successfully now for over a decade, and who has the bank account to prove it. I know, I know, I know.... my nice house, my nice car, my nice clothes, all the things my trading profits have provided me, by successfully using tools such as CMF .... yes, I know... they're all illusions, aren't they ?
But I suppose that's the inevitable outcome of believing some nameless, faceless blog writer who doesn't even understand what they're writing....
" In Lehman's terms,"
No, they really meant "layman's terms" but this sort of thing is what happens when functional illiterates are educated beyond the limits of their intelligence and then allowed to run amok on blogs.
And then other people make the mistake of thinking that, because "It's on the internet", why... it must be true.
Ask them.... what ?
"Hi, why have you been running this scam for the last 20 years?"
Thanks, but I've taken all the bullets I care to in this lifetime anyway.
Indeed, it did; and MERQ's attempt at tape-painting with their fake offer at $.021 didn't work; they were trying to force a red close, in hopes of giving the illusion of weakness, and would have succeeded had anyone bought from them.
If you're all going "Who's MERQ? Never seen them before.", that's the entire point. They showed up out of nowhere with that tape-paint stunt. They're "Mercator Associates, LLC". Check the OTCBB Monthly Share Volume reports for FASC and MERQ is nowhere to be seen in all of 2010 except for a whole 9,421 shares - wow! - they handled sometime during April.
And suddenly they show up 10 minutes before the close with a low-ball offer ? On a day when those with ulterior motives would love to see a weak close ? Yeah, right.
Thanks for proving my point for me, even though that certainly wasn't your intent. Any financially-strugging major airline would be tripping over themselves and jumping through hoops for the right to fly what everyone seems to want to claim is a supposedly profitable non-stop route - especially a quasi-duopoly route such as this one .
If it really were so; which, in this case, it isn't !
Careful about hoisting yourself on your own petard.
"baltia beat them out" ? Oh har, de-har-har-har. Baltia didn't beat anybody out, a few majors filed the usual obligatory objections so they could pretend they had some interest but is it completely lost on your last two working brain cells that if any of them had wanted to torpedo Baltia's application for this route they could have done so for a few thousand dollars in brown envelopes to the right people. And some other airline would already be flying this supposedly lucrative - har, de-har-har-har - route by now.
They may have run out of shares, but they haven't run out of Big Lie PR's; here's today's....
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/World-Health-Energy-Holdings-iw-4199480742.html?x=0&.v=1
Now, if past is prologue, as Shakespeare said then this could be the kick-off PR for the Annual APPI Trot-the-Pony-Around-the-Track-One-More-Time Pump-and-Dump
Also keep in mind:
If New York-to-St. Petersburg non-stop was truly a profitable route, some currently operating major airline would already be flying it !
It's a good thing some of our Ankle Biters, Armchair Quarterbacks, Silly Pseudo-Calvinists, Dyspeptic Dilettantes and Feeble-Minded Relatives weren't around back in the early 90's when Cisco was strugging just as FASC is now, i.e. having exactly the right product and waiting for the market to come to it. Cisco's Q's and K's were not for the faint of heart, just as FASC's aren't now.
Then came The Internet Era - into the mainstream, anyway - and the rest is history; now comes The Biomass-to-Energy Era, and FASC is perfectly positioned now, just as Cisco was then.
Basically, "gulfstream", you've just thrown your hard-earned money away on a Russian Mafia scam that's been perpetrated on gullible Amerikan inwestors for nigh unto 20-odd years now.
This Russian Mafia scam will never put a commercial flight in the air.
Vladimir and The New KGB say "Thank$ for the C A $ H, $ucker$ ! "
Oh, har-de-har-har-har. This is just the sort of basket-case stock a MM can dump with impunity, unto perpetuity.
It's a veritable MarketMaker Wet Dream
MM's have started filling at half-a-hundreth-cent lately on lots of basket case stocks such as this one.
And why not ? It beats being a pickpocket, the money's just as green, they're never going to get caught or go to jail for it. A veritable licence to steal.
'Ole Joe has pretty much reached the bottom of the barrel and the last page of The Big Joe Goebbels' Big Lie Playbook.
There're no lies big enough any more to keep this thing from buying the farm.
It's over. Reverse split is next. The Sock Puppet making a point of saying "no reverse split" pretty much guarantees there will be one.
And so it goes.
Nah, just somebody getting ready to run a whiz-bang P&D. The game's still afoot, from the looks of the way HDSN was stunting all around the quote this afternoon.
U.S. stock markets are open, the U.S. Bond market is closed; the Canadian markets are closed for their observed day of Thanksgiving.
Some people seem to be getting their "facts"....
Fact: FASC is a non-performing penny stock with non-performing "management" who yet again can't even get a simple filing in on time.
.... from a factory that's producing a very defective product. If this factory made automobiles, every one would be getting recalled.
Right on time; right on cue. It's even late Friday evening over there, too. ( say, that rhymed, didn't it? how precious can I get ? )
Oh! The tears!
CrimNake Short Stooge AUTO on the bid trying to cover for some of their perps.
It's the thrill of buying it at the Bid, Charlie !
Only a matter of time before some analyst asks the question:
"Who's supplying the machinery for this pelletising process?"
and starts digging a little deeper into the story.
Agreed, 'weeb, but as I told Felix, you have to expect these sorts of MM games when they get a surprise such as this. Opening a spread wide enough to drive an M-1 through is their "go-to" trick. If some afternoon buying shows up and they haven't worked out how they're going to play the rise, you'll see that spread open wide again.
Felix: that's SOP Market Maker tricks when they're hung out to dry and need to slow down the action.
MM's are desking orders; they got caught napping with this news.
Ah, don't worry, "billpr" will find something to whine about.
Best-looking setup I've seen in quite some time, all right.
