I thought my post was pretty clear. Golden's email was counterproductive and 100% unnecessary. The posts has no impact here, sentiment remained the same. Read the responses to the posts here and elsewhere. Investors who do not live on message boards but do read their email reacted negatively. I didn't need reassurance, sounds like you didn't either...
The chart was nearing exhaustion and a I expected a pullback anyway, that's why I got out yesterday after intraday trades plateaued at the same level as Wed (.79).
Even the blog of doom that may have prompted some to go running to Tony for today's reassurance stated the obvious. "I won’t short outright, it’s gotta have a fading pattern first." http://timothysykes.com/blog/2009/02/19/6-stocks-to-short-sell-1-stock-to-buy...potentially/
Forgetting about your shares can be a good thing, but if you want to multiply your position in a company you are confident in you should watch for an opportunity like today.
I DID buy back in lower today.
<Analogy>As a parent there comes a time where if your kid lightly falls and if you don't react, no tears are shed. But if you do, its Niagara Falls.
I also believe that there will be huge value in PureSpectrum in the future. Just because I'm a mod and a long doesn't mean all my words are going to be oooo's, ahhhh's, atta boy's and weee's.
Final note: SDG/Promoters and Management are two entirely different things. Management has always been PSPM's strong point on DD. After today, Vanetta should proof and approve/deny release of every promotional correspondence.
"Invest in Crime" lol #94 here, WOW is all is can say.
Is this an inverted head and shoulders or just a crazy week? I stink at charting and look with a bias eye :) Thanks in advance for your or other mod's comment. Enjoy your weekend
OT:When a sell is executed, $ is immediately available for ANY security purchase on Ameritrade. The only hold is on NEW funds. Think its 3 full business days to purchase non-marginable stock. Check your broker's FAQ on funds availability.
I suck on momentum trading thats why I got out yesterday, was gonna let the dust settle on financing PR. Definately did't expect this much of a storm. Bought back in a little at .41 on the house's $.
Post #654 this morning, when PPS was still above .70.

Tony Goldens Email to Share Holders
From Tony Golden [tgol...@shareholderdg.com]
PSPM closed the day at $.775 up $.095 for day on 2,121,048 shares
traded. The closing price ended with the 3rd straight session of new
highs...!
We are seeing larger and larger buy orders coming into the box
signifying bigger players are beginning to take long positions in
PSPM. Another very bullish indication is the number and amount of
retail investor postings in various chatrooms with "short oriented"
comments about the stock. It never fails the more successful a
company/stock becomes the more vile the shorts become in hopes on
knocking down the stock and changing investor sentiment. Unfortunately
for those shorting PSPM it is not working at all as the stock is
building more and more momentum that for right now does not seem to
want to slow down at all!!!
REMEMBER... at the end of the day 5 1/2 billion light sockets need new
bulbs.. REMEMBER NOBODY BUT PSPM has a dimmable, a dimmable ballast
and a dimmer switch...!
We can assure everyone that the management of PSPM is not watching the
stock transactions minute by minute. They are however busy building a
company for the shareholders.
Our short term target remains at $1.00 and Fridays have been good to
PSPM in the past....
Have a Nice Evening.
SDG
PS: We expect to have a update from Lee Vanatta on CEOwebTV tomorrow
or the weekend at the lastest."
That email is ridiculous. Recognizing the posts of ppl on message boards and blogs by a couple individuals on a company that HAD a $100M market cap yesterday is EXTREMELY counterproductive and only FUELED today's fire which led to a portfolio short term loss for less nimble longs. That email had more of an impact than anything today. Thank Tony for your cheapies.
"We can assure everyone that the management of PSPM is not watching the stock transactions minute by minute." = we'll turn our head while you all get kicked in the b*lls, matter of fact we'll loan them steel toed boots.

nice! I'm back in with a small position at .41. 10 day is @.46 should be support in a min. 5day is .39
You and me both. I really disliked the Emirates Capital(AXVC history) and thought this may happen.
I joined you on the sidelines today. We've hit our head a few times this week. Then again I tend to sell early in a run. Hope your other positions are going well.
Aww come on, you know its dollars eventually. I gotta put an AMEX sign in the ground pointing towards the summit, LOL
Thanks for the well wishes. We'll pause sideways in a bit and let you get back in.
Thanks, I thought the fellow longs would enjoy it as much as I do. I laughed so hard when I found the image to modify.
This AM brought $200k+ in trades the first 5 minutes(285k shares traded at or above .685 according to Ameritrade 5 min chart). Somebody read the memo with their coffee.
I was thinking about the chart last night and Cliffhanger came to mind, I couldn't resist creating this...

Congrats. Never thought you'd be sick after taking a 400% profit did you. Cheer up, you'll be okay, lol
I sold half of my first position for a five bagger. My entry was 0.018 <sniff, sniff> 3500% ago, if only I.......(sigh) I want a mulligan!!! :))
15 min. Chart tells the story. Nearly EVERYONE is holding...for now
Eye of the storm
The way it moves on volume doesn't made me worry much about alot more shares being outstanding.
Like with all pinks, there is always the chance of a number being released that pulls the rug out from under us...but not likely in my humble amateur opinion.
I love it when the Dow drops 200+... It always means that I gain 10% on my PSPM holdings, lol :)
Sorry, TA has been gagged since June... all we have is what they put out to Pinksheets before they changed their TA to Transfer Online. I have not called recently, you may have better luck.
Wish I had gotten back to trading sooner. I had let my acct sit for a while while in school. I held my small EESO bag that I was holding from last year and left it alone(thought CDs had killed the company), and cashed everything out except PSPM.
Now im back on the hunt.
I cant complain too much about missing the ride. At least my bag is worth something now. I added a little last week.
that is what i have come to believe
I got it fellas. Really! I do. No worries from me. Just looking froward to more big block buying this week.
I understand where we stand now perfectly and its great. Allie should buy stock in his supplier if he believes in the confidence of his WowGreen business.
I hope that this supply contract is level for both parties and cost WOWGreen alot of $$ to get exclusivity for the retail line.
I do have reservations with the yet produced contract... I hope there is a performance clause. i.e. WowGreen Corp sells x amount of units in the time of y and yields profit paid to EESO of $z quarterly. As well as a term limit of say 3-5 years. IF all is well, cool pay EESO $$$ to continue biz. If WowGreen blows, the search for retail shelf space continues.
Hope we have not married our line to WowGreen without a serious separate Contract Lawyer and prenuptial agreement:)
Have we sold our intellectual property of future developed retail cleaners/products?
We have new associates with this stock. They (mostly Allie) is very seasoned at running franchises, private businesses.

Officer Name Officer Type Entity Name
ALLIE T MALLAD President PIEMONTE CREAMERY INTERNATIONAL INC. (A CLOSE CORPORATION)
ALLIE T MALLAD President GELATO DI ROMA INTERNATIONAL INC.
ALLIE T MALLAD Managing Member BLACK DIAMOND BOUND, LLC
His new WowGreen is private. It's based on Monavie in numerous ways, such as marketing, sales, and compensation.
What I see is a campaign from the core WowGreen folks buying into EESO and ultimately putting a leash around those 1.6B shares for controlling interest.
Then pay minority interest longs off and... POOF, Private Close Corporation. Or ONLY purchase of the household retail business.
Someone who built so many business himself may think it a little strange to have his work pay off dividends for other were are not involved at the company day to day. He'll attempt to keep it all to himself and buy three new vacation homes by next spring.
OT-Hey rocket, hoped you've been fairing well. You still into THPW or USU?
EESO will become private soon imo
Allie's staff along with Jared's staff crew can buy or buy back the entire O/S of the stock and take it private.
Kudos and wee if Jared doesn't want EESO to become private. Regardless, I'll bet that the major flow of money fueling the run is Allie and company snatching up shares. No announcement needs to be made for a company partner to purchase free trading shares.
If you were President of a company expected to sell millions in products annually, wouldn't you take a share in your supplier? You'd get payed many times over :from your WowGreen underline, From WowGreen for Exec salary, the shares of EESO you bought would grow as WOWgreen's profitability increases.
AVON made it as public MLM but, everyone else I know of is private. Watkins has some products in Wal-Mart, but they are not same product, quality wise, that the independent reps sell...
The message below was lost in the arguments earlier.

I hope there is a sales performance condition and expiring timeline, (say five years) on the agreement of exclusivity for the retail line. This is my main concern of the partnership and I hope you or someone else will ask Jared on Thursday(I may not be available to participate).
If WowGreen doesn't produce in the given timeframe, then we have the option to should try the direct placement in retail stores again. If there is no expiration, we are bound INDEFINATELY to the success or failure of WowGreen.
If they do well, then they would pay up big to extend/renew the exclusivity contract. I hope EESO had a contract lawyer, cause the seasoned Allie thought of this for sure and would not have been likely to bring term limits or performance guarantees up.
In addition, all EESO has to do to market the retail line is to change or dilute the formula of cleaners. Unless the contract also give exclusivity to future developed products. Which would have been REALLY dumb.
Just my .02 trying to be .20

my guess is the distributor package...
NP Glad you asked, sry can't private reply
What I mean by the intellectual property value is:
Selling the golden goose:
It would have been the quicker buck for Vanatta to sell shares, dilute the crap out of investors in order to raise funds for R&D and testing of the patents. Once proven(last spring), options were to sell patients (or whole company) to, GE, Philips, etc. for a very significant one time sum and retire or move on to the next project. Shareholders would have of course received their proportional share of the proceeds, essentially a buyout. OR...
License mass production and sell the golden eggs for 7.5-12.5 years:
Instead, awesome businessman and CEO, Mr. Vanetta, took the helm of the company and saw the lasting value. He recognized the significant potential for the development of the patents and technologies, then chose to carefully budget staff and R&D costs. The labs confirmed the product(s) claims, so we switched from R&D to manufacture(license) mode.
NOW we have a very lucrative product(s) in production, which will have HUGE PROFIT REVENUES with a market life expectancy for 7.5 to 12.5 years(given by Lee in Q&A session @SH meeting)
So, I say there is value in PSPM whether or not the Prince of Dubai loans some capital and whether or not a PR comes in the morning, next week, or next month. We'll still be worth $50M+ It just may take a little longer to get our share of CFL sales.
November 13, 2008 - PureSpectrum, Inc. Shareholders meeting in Savannah, GA) video link http://iwgdc.com/purespectrum/
Tomorrow another regroup like today, imo. Will let at least the 5day avg catch up...
There have been many points after huge percentage gains in the last year that there were "put up or shut up times." The incremental goal expected was either met, or delayed for verifiable reasons and the company, as forecasted, is continuing to meet its incremental goals.
It is possible that finance news may be held a bit and coupled with other major news(ex. signed contracts) from the shows. The product of the delay tactic would be a monster move to even more respectable (higher exchange) PPS levels.
If there is a drop for whatever reason in the meantime, we'll have good support at .35, and a huge backstop at ~.28.
Always consider, the intellectual property value alone is worth the PPS and then some...
Today I considered that EESO $ could be WowGreen owner and startup staff purchasing stock in their supplier. The drops may just be the contrasting sell-offs by concerted penny groups and die hard longs taking profits.
Allie Mallard seems to be a loaded fella. Would be smart thing to do if he sincerely believes in his MLM Business model.
Hope WowGreen is a success. Hell, Amway had a Superbowl commercial this year.
Thats what I hoped you meant, just wanted to clarify. Thanks!
I nearly sold my small position for a tax write off last year. I kept 'em but had written the company off as a casualty of convertible debt. My rookie entry was a foolish jump onto the train, chasing the momentum on the last big run.
Due to my previous belief I don't kick myself for not averaging down (Que Sera Sera). I am content with being in the green and realizing profits when the time is right.
BTW- Thanks for your old Van Scans board. I've been away from trading and IHub for a while, dunno when you dropped it...
I am not familiar with hedge funds. Do you mean hedge funds involved w/ EESO in the bad shorting way OR a good private group investment in stock? Money flow is positive...

"UAE. PureSpectrum is embarking on a global tour of electrical and utility industry trade shows in February and March that formally launches the company's initial sales campaign for its full line of proprietary dimmable Compact Fluorescent Lamps.
In February, PureSpectrum will exhibit at the Utility Products Conference and Exposition in San Diego and it will travel to Dubai to exhibit at the Middle East Electricity Exhibition and Conferences (MEEEC). I found this stock on pinkslurpee.com. Glad I looked.
My rational, since I was new to pinks and have a small portfolio, was if I were to get taken, I could at least tell someone off to their face after only a two hour drive. (Rather than a trip to Indiana :O) Hope that will ever happen.
My only regret in PSPM is that I took profits too early. Hell of a think to be upset about eh? :P
My schedule has changed again and I will now be able to put more effort into updating the board to reflect current events.
Really sorry to see Jeff Clark go, he had quite a pedigree...
Welcome aboard everyone, keep on climbing PSPM! Do your DD and CC your friends.
My thoughts exactly. Wanna be a mod?
This board is currently self-sufficient without any major developments having occurred yet, but thought I'd ask.
Bands are tightened, perfect time for contract announcement.
I think alot of folks were disappointed with the big 101 page report, I know I was... It reminded me of when I was 17 and sent a few hundred bucks to an "invention support" organization. Not the type of report that can to draw in hordes of investors or deep pockets imo.
We will soon see...
