I hope there is a sales performance condition and expiring timeline, (say five years) on the agreement of exclusivity for the retail line. This is my main concern of the partnership and I hope you or someone else will ask Jared on Thursday(I may not be available to participate).

If WowGreen doesn't produce in the given timeframe, then we have the option to should try the direct placement in retail stores again. If there is no expiration, we are bound INDEFINATELY to the success or failure of WowGreen.

If they do well, then they would pay up big to extend/renew the exclusivity contract. I hope EESO had a contract lawyer, cause the seasoned Allie thought of this for sure and would not have been likely to bring term limits or performance guarantees up.

In addition, all EESO has to do to market the retail line is to change or dilute the formula of cleaners. Unless the contract also give exclusivity to future developed products. Which would have been REALLY dumb.

Just my .02 trying to be .20
