If WowGreen doesn't produce in the given timeframe, then we have the option to should try the direct placement in retail stores again. If there is no expiration, we are bound INDEFINATELY to the success or failure of WowGreen.
If they do well, then they would pay up big to extend/renew the exclusivity contract. I hope EESO had a contract lawyer, cause the seasoned Allie thought of this for sure and would not have been likely to bring term limits or performance guarantees up.
In addition, all EESO has to do to market the retail line is to change or dilute the formula of cleaners. Unless the contract also give exclusivity to future developed products. Which would have been REALLY dumb.
