I understand where we stand now perfectly and its great. Allie should buy stock in his supplier if he believes in the confidence of his WowGreen business.

I hope that this supply contract is level for both parties and cost WOWGreen alot of $$ to get exclusivity for the retail line.

I do have reservations with the yet produced contract... I hope there is a performance clause. i.e. WowGreen Corp sells x amount of units in the time of y and yields profit paid to EESO of $z quarterly. As well as a term limit of say 3-5 years. IF all is well, cool pay EESO $$$ to continue biz. If WowGreen blows, the search for retail shelf space continues.

Hope we have not married our line to WowGreen without a serious separate Contract Lawyer and prenuptial agreement:)
