Bob, here is the TOU exactly as I have had it posted on the WLGS board since inception here....
PLEASE KEEP THIS BOARD INFORMATIVE AND CIVIL!
*Bashing, obscenities, and personal attacks will not be tolerated.
*Unwelcome guests subject to deletion/banishment.
Perhaps it is just the wording you and Matt might like to use for the entire websites TOU?
What cracks me up is that all posters from RB were invited
to this IHUB WLGS board all along, but the bashers never once posted on my board here, citing on the RB board all along that the concept of my having an ability to delete their posts was nonsensical to them. In addition, they believe that I use the ChairMail feature solely to email hype and spam to unsuspecting posters. The WLGS ChairMail currently has 55 members !!
LOL!
ola,
You never answered the question.
Have you READ the writings of Zecharia Sitchin?
The odd thing is that you perceive that I and others see it all a 'black and white' thing. I know I've never said that.
Somehow, black and white, when looked at long enough appear grey.....
Joemoney,
What do you think? Is it time to buy AOL?
Matt, what is it that has become lost in the translation as the site is growing? One of the main reasons I got involved in IHUB was because of the very unique Chairman of the Board feature.
Originally, that feature was shown on the Home Page of IHUB, but is now only mentioned if one clicks on the FAQ Link!
And it still says there that a chairman can delete posters but I recently remember hearing that only you have that ability again? Is that true, or not?
What is the Chairman of the Board concept?
The Chairman of the Board concept (COB) is a very unique feature to iHub. We created this feature because of the wide-spread problem with spam, personal attacks, and bashing without reason or facts. As Chairman of a Board, you can delete messages, manage the opening information to the board, manage the e-mail list for that board or club, and add/delete Directors to help you watch over the board. (If a Chairman has become inactive and you can not get a hold of him, e-mail Support, and he can be replaced). The COB concept was designed to keep discussions focused, clean, and fresh -- not cluttered with useless links and bickering. This is a new concept, so make sure you read all FAQs and How To's associated with the various features! And use them wisely!
I just posted a message on the Chairman of The Board Concept Message Board, asking why that thread had died.
As a suggestion, I would like to thoroughly understand the current status of the purpose of the Chairman of The Board Concept. To me, I always envisioned that the Chairman would be like the MAYOR of that Community, and that as admin you would be the GOVERNOR to reside over individual unresolvable issues within a given board.
I think that until the Chairman of the Board mysteries are resolved once and for all and clearly spelled out on the FAQ and featured once again on the home page, the problems that IHUB are experiencing noted on this MATT board recently will continue in abundance.
One of the things that puzzles me the most is that if someone files a TOU, shouldn't it first go to the Chairman of The Board of that particular Board? This would certainly save a lot of time on your part as the site grows.
Any replies to this should be posted of the Chairman of the Board Concept Board.

Why did this thread die? EOM.
Ola, perhaps you haven't looked at God enough to contemplate that their truly may be more to Him then you speak of. Have you ever read the writings of Zecharia Sitchin? A fascinating read that blends scientific fact with religious theology. The most complete possible history of mankind ever attempted by an individual.
Sitchin takes an unbiased, religious and scientific exploration into not "Who or Why is God?", but "Who or Why is man?"
And he tops it off by attempting answers for the "Where, When, and How" of it all !!!

To any and all SCIENTOLOGISTS....
Right now I don't even know how I originally stumbled across a link to Scientology on the Internet. All that I know is that I did so. I have spent the last 3 nights reading vast amounts of material about Scientology, both pro and con.
The life of L. Ron Hubbard, who wrote the book called Dianetics, which subsequently led to a "religion" called Scientology are fascinating, to say the very very least.
Started in 1950, L. Ron Hubbard created the world's most modern and yet most controversial "RELIGION" to date. I'd be interested to hear other posters' thoughts on this subject.
Here is a link to just ONE PAGE about the goings on inside Scientology today.

Can't tell you Bob. My Proscan is not an HDTV, and I've never seen a webtv hooked up to one yet.
Ola, I gotta say......
Things are happening in the sidelines that will even surprise skeptics like YOU! Watch for the signs of the times.
alexed......
Good Question!
I think they hate us because they envy us! They truly DO want the American Dream. They don't know how to achieve it on their own. They live in a society that breeds doom and gloom. It isn't their fault..
They are victims of circumstances.
"Kill the monster!", they're taught. Even if they don't "SEE" a monster.
Is this so far removed at all from how things are in America itself? Even here in America we suffer all the anguishes and rewards seen globally. Children who starve to death due to lack of concern versus SENATORS IN GUCCI SHOES!
Is there any "justice"?
Sorry Ola, must speak my convictions here. God sees the pain. He awaits for man to become strong enough to be as He and make all things right in the world.
Are we up to the challenge? God has given us more than ample opportunities to arise to the occasion. Yet, we allow things like WAR and WEATHER to 'get in our way'.
We struggle.
God laughs, yet still waits.
We'll do fine, ultimately.
NW!!!!!! EXCELLENT ANALOGY!!! EOM!!!!
Bob, last thing for tonite....
On WEBTV, the links WITHIN a post (like the one I am replying to) are showing up as BLACK TEXT, same as the rest of the text.
Surely you have basic coding for colorization of links and visited links in the new design format?????
Bob, do you really think it is all about TV resolution?
I'm confused. Have you ever actually VIEWED WEBTV ON A Television??
I have a 36" RCA PROSCAN TV.
I wouldn't trade it for ANY computer monitor available today.
I was referring to "crispness and cleanness" of the Menu Bar, not as to whether it "fits" on one line. It all now fits on one line, even on my webtv, on a 36" TV screen. But it's tooooo many character letters.
Something's gotta give. See? :)
Ola,
Maybe, just MAAAYYYYYBBBBBEEEEEEEEE.......
President Bush sees the light?.......
http://www.msnbc.com/news/727402.asp?pne=msntv
Bob, here is an example...
Regarding the TWO LINE Menu Bar....
Please look at the following URL.
http://139.142.147.15/index.html
Notice how not only is the menu bar on two lines (Daily Charts, Watch List, Options, etc.), but EACH menu item is a "bar" of it's own.
Hopefully, you'll agree how it would make IHUB's menu bar look "crisp and clean"!
Here is an interesting topic of discussion!
I tend to agree with it once reading the whole article. To me, the question is How can 'rich' countries like the U.S. be expected to help all the poor peoples of the poor countries, when we have our very own pockets of poverty we still seem to so aptly neglect and ignore?
I wish the U.S. government would spend more money that directly affects the terribly poor infrastructures in the poorer nations. Having visited Honduras, it is the only example I can directly relate to. Lack of roads, sewage, water supply, and effective building structures seem to be the largest stumbling block that causes poverty to continue in all the third world countries.
The best thing the U.S. ever did here at home was to invest in infrastructure. Why don't we do that overseas as well, rather than give them firearms for terrorism to breed?
Opinions anyone?
Poor Nations Warn Rich on Terror
03/22/2002 2:49 AM EST
By JULIE WATSON
MONTERREY, Mexico (AP) - Leaders of poor nations warned their rich counterparts that if they want a world free of terrorism, they will need to pay for it. Drawing a direct link between poverty and violence, leaders at a U.N. summit said increased aid to the world's neediest is more urgent than ever in the post-Sept. 11 world.
The leaders at the U.N. International Conference on Financing for Development, who have been discussing ways to narrow the gap between the haves and the have-nots, warned that the world's security depends on bringing relief to the desperately poor.
"In the wake of Sept. 11, we will forcefully demand that development, peace and security are inseparable," said Han Seung-soo, president of the U.N. General Assembly. He said the world's poorest areas are "the breeding ground for violence and despair."
Peruvian President Alejandro Toledo, looking weary hours after a car bomb killed nine people in his country's capital, also linked poverty to violence.
"To speak of development is to speak also of a strong and determined fight against terrorism," he said before returning to Lima.
President Bush arrived in Monterrey on Thursday and was scheduled to address the summit Friday morning before the leaders - some 50 in all - approve a consensus that urges rich nations to increase development aid and poor nations to use the funds more efficiently.
The leaders also were scheduled to hold a private retreat at an art museum in this modern, industrialized city of northern Mexico.
While both the United States and Europe have promised billions of dollars more in aid in coming years, their pledges still fall far short of the $100 billion a year the United Nations has said is needed to halve poverty by 2015.
Cuban President Fidel Castro attacked rich nations for demanding that their poor counterparts meet conditions, such as fighting corruption, to receive aid.
"You can't blame this tragedy on the poor countries. It wasn't they who conquered and looted entire continents for centuries, nor did they establish colonialism, nor did they reintroduce slavery, nor did they create modern imperialism," he said. "They were its victims."
Dressed in military fatigues and black running shoes, Castro compared the international financial system to "a gigantic casino."
Castro left the conference shortly after his speech - and hours before the arrival of President Bush - citing "a special situation created by my participation in this summit."
He didn't elaborate, but Ricardo Alarcon, president of Cuba's National Assembly, later told The Associated Press that Castro left because of "a situation that for a self-respecting country like Cuba, was unacceptable," but wouldn't elaborate.
"In the final analysis it is a problem with the United States," Alarcon said. "That doesn't mean that someone from the United States talked to us or asked us to do something."
According to a U.S. official who spoke on condition of anonymity, the U.S. delegation had been instructed to leave the designated U.S. seat when it was Castro's turn to speak, and they did. It was unclear whether that was what had offended Castro.
Most participants agreed the biggest achievement of the summit was getting international leaders, business leaders and activists together to talk about combatting poverty.
Anti-globalization protesters, who have held small marches throughout the week, held their largest demonstration Thursday. About 2,000 protesters massed in front of a police barricade a few blocks from the conference, where they burned an effigy of Uncle Sam and hurled dead goats, which they said died from toxic waste from a nearby factory, over the barricades.
But even international finance chiefs addressed some of the issues the protesters have clamored about for years.
"Poverty in all its forms is the greatest single threat to peace, democracy, human rights and the environment," World Trade Organization Director-General Mike Moore said. "It is a time-bomb against the heart of liberty. But it can be conquered and we have the tools in our hands to do so, if only we have the courage and focus to make proper use of them."
Officials said the world's misery affects all.
"We live in one world, not two," said U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan. "No one in this world can feel comfortable, or safe, while so many are suffering and deprived."

Bob, since you asked...
Since the menu bar is too crowded, which I am confident that all agree on, why not break it up into a TWO LINE Menu Bar? Since you are switching to CSS this shouldn't create any future maintenance problems and will also allow room for future items to easily be added to the Menu Bar.
Additionally, how about spacing out all the info that looks so scrunched at the bottom of the pages by adding a <p> command between the menu bars and the search function at the bottom of each page? Did I explain this well enough?
Bottom Menu working FINE!
White on blue background.
WebTV browser.
Wonderful Raging Bull!!! LOL!
The messages I posted last night on Raging Bull that started at the post I am now responding to were deleted by Raging Bull today!
Guess that clearly shows how much they really care about suggestions and complaints!
Yes Bob, it is fixed now.
Thanks!
I am not nearly a 'programmer' as you are but I do have a basic grasp of HTML and CSS sheets. I too often wondered if different commands could be used effectively for different browsers. Seems you've stumbled across the proof that it works!
Thanks again!
Ola, Is this a board on IHUB of which you speak, or somewhere else on the Internet?
Ola, YES! I remember not ONLY the posts that YOU remember of JM, but all his prior ones also.
Regarding POET, no, I don't "know her" per se, and I think that your perception that she is whiny sneaky manipulative person is far removed from what I know of her. My GUT is that she is a nice lady. She wants to both GET and GIVE respect.
I'd like to see her feel free to post on this board to tell me if what I feel about her is a correct assertion.
Your choice to stop posting at Poet's thread is your prerogrative. I doubt she ever meant you any harm. It seems to me that you are strong and proud in your assertions and positions in life. But frankly, the same is true of what I feel of Poet.
As human beings, we ALL have feelings. Some of us feel them more deeply than others. Some of us HIDE them altogether. Some posters know where they lie in this conundrum.
Reality speaks to all of us as human beings. Why are we here? What predisposed assumptions do we bring to the plate? Are we better than the other? Can we learn from one another? Is it worth our time to JAB another poster whom we do NOT know on the Internet, even if we would dance with that very same person at a wedding reception, given the chance?
The internet is clearly a powerful medium whereby people can use words only to defend their beliefs in life as well as to chastise those who may believe otherwise.
For example Ola, you have made it quite clear here on IHUB that you are not a religious person. Is it up to other posters here to prove you wrong in your assumptions? Likewise, the same is true for Poet, and others here. Yes, EVEN JoeMoney, even with as much as he still needs to learn about basic LIFE in general.
Reality is that we are all here. We live. We breathe. We eat. We sleep. We Converse. We know not why. Yet all the same, we are here.
Any chance we can all make the best of this mysterious "BEING" that we all seem to share?
Ola...very curious here.....
What brought you to IHUB? You seem to muchly enjoy it?
I'll give you this much. I've read all your posts and you are certainly a unique individual. Opinionated. Bold. Proud. Nothing wrong with any of those attributes, yet I wonder why you feel the need to provoke others. Do you see this in yourself?
Not being critical here, again...just wondering....I have my own unique critical tendencies. As far as what I've read about you and POET, I think that she has made a reasonable attempt to ask you to leave her and her board alone. Do you really honestly believe that she is stalking and trying to provoke you about this or is it just your own fun way of keeping the fire glowing in your mind?
A few weeks ago I posted on this website that I created a board called The Hangout (type HANGOUT to access the board) as a place to carry on this nonsensical diatribe in order to divert all non topical conversations here. Yes, even tonight I have attempted again to converse with JoeMoney on this board which is NOT the RIGHT board to do it on.....Matt and Bob truly do seem to me to want this board to be a board where new users can come to to ask questions regarding IHUB SPECIFICALLY.
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=980
I doubt that either of them would be upset if all this diatribe began to gel itself on the HANGOUT board and free this board up for it's original intent. Heck...I'd bet they'd both post on HANGOUT as WELL!
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=980
Ola, Joemoney, et al! Any others? Can we take this non question/answer crappiola....idle chatter....subtle battering....humorous inuendo.....silly bickering stuff....
Over to the HANGOUT board where we could have more 'fun' with it and free this board up for more intelligent things that IHUB is intending to achieve?
Everyone....BOXING GLOVES ON! Come to the HANGOUT board!
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=980
LOL!
Phil,
Who knows?
Youth and alcohol perhaps?
Reply to Networth7 from the RB WLGS Board...
Networth,
Of course a Reverse Split is always possible on any OTCBB stock. Who is ultimately responsible if that happens? The shareholders would be, in a legitimate vote at a shareholders' meeting.
Regarding Peru profitability....
Last I knew, WLGS was making great strides in bringing the financials of Digital Way in Peru back into the quarterly filings. Although I still have ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE why this has been an issue for WLGS in the past (same thoughts with infotel argentina, btw) I can only hope that the next filing due out on April 15th will shed light on a very deep dark clouded past.
Phil, you are sooo right.
Joemoney types his experience in life, just unable to truly discern what the truth is about it. It's a 'birds have feathers, fish have scales' synopsis for him.
He talks of exceptions, just never SEES or BELIEVES in them.
:)
Bob,
Not sure if it matters or not. I got the impression a while back that you were able to view the WEBTV results on you own, so I let you do as you saw fit. Everything was fine until tonite.
Now, on my WEBTV, here are the problems I see...when I click on the NEXT 10 LINK, there is no BOX around each individual message...a sheer runon...making it hard to read effectively.
Also, there are NO discernible colors to the links, visited or not visited.....either way, they show in BLACK TEXT....
Let me know if this helps. Not sure if you saw these things yet.
Joe, in this post too, I see that you have this very biased opinion that ALL LIFE is based upon your own personal reference of living. That's the sole sadness.
You attended a wealthy public school district, as you said. Therefore, does that mean that you became wealthy because of that? Or that you'd have become wealthy regardless of the fact? Which is it? What precludes what? Is it genetics? Social Environment? Luck of the Cards? Arrogance? What? Praytell, what exactly......
In YOU'RE HUMBLE OPINION?
LIAR!
LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!
NW....he really don't no know betta.
But, he's wealthy you no.
Should anything else matter?
LOL!
Reform and bring out the good in people?
OK Joe, I'll bite on that one.
When do you start?
Yes, Joe, sure.
But sometimes ONLY if TAR is adequately applied first.
Joemoney,
Please Man, please!
Have you never heard of Rose Colored Glasses?
You wear a pair each and every day of your life man!
My parents were not wealthy. Does that preclude me from becoming so? You say that if OLA is wealthy, his parents must have been. Yet, you also have bragged that YOU are wealthy and your parents WERE NOT.
What sense of logic do you use on a normal basis?
Your thought process is more of an egotistical nature than of an intelligent nature. Don't paint the world 'as you know it' to be the only sensible 'world' that exists.
Have you never read yet about some of the world's WEALTHIEST people who kept money stashed in the MILLIONS in Bank Accounts yet lived HOMELESS?
Do you think that Bill Gates is a hypocrite or martyr because he finally recognizes the importance (through his Dad and Wife, BTW) in using his BILLIONS to help solve some of society's most complex humanitarian problems today?
Joe...you have so much yet to learn. Pay attention.
Slipstick....YES! I too think more capital punishment is appropriate. Slap the offender in ISOLATION for 30 days first (have a board designating just WHO is IN isolation).
After that 30 days then allow them into Public "Light" once again in the "JAIL" room.
Once they beg and receive proper 'forgiveness', ISOLATE them another TWO FULL WEEKS and then we'd see if they are truly serious people who wish to be part of a community or are just pathetic self centered people intent on using the Internet to their own 'whims and fancies'.
JHMO, Matt!
