Slipstick....YES! I too think more capital punishment is appropriate. Slap the offender in ISOLATION for 30 days first (have a board designating just WHO is IN isolation).
After that 30 days then allow them into Public "Light" once again in the "JAIL" room.

Once they beg and receive proper 'forgiveness', ISOLATE them another TWO FULL WEEKS and then we'd see if they are truly serious people who wish to be part of a community or are just pathetic self centered people intent on using the Internet to their own 'whims and fancies'.
