""""we used to have a couple but i think they were all thrown in the investorshub.com Jailhouse, not sure.""""
no red flags there....
Another deceptive PR:
"""the power output potential . . . of the single slice 12 cylinder unit could produce a power output of 11.23 HP or 8.37 kW as shaft power." This power output is greater than the designed output of 7.5 kW per slice. The EC5 is designed to have four slices for 30 kilowatts of power in standard design."""
Well, YEAH, if you forced enough water through it at a high enough pressure, I guess the POTENTIAL is there that it COULD.....but the engineering report briefly released on the old IHDR web site clearly showed an efficiency of less than 30% (in the sweet spot), and that is the number that counts when it comes to making economic sense.....man, they're really reaching, must be getting desperate......and of course, no E-commanders seem to ever get placed, year after year....
PS: I also find the use of significant digits very suspicious here....this guy has have pegged these numbers to the nearest hundredth of a kW and horsepower????......as such a seemingly auspicious engineer, he must understand the concept of significant digits, right?????
Thanks, Stanton......the CC was a joke, IMO....well, at least I lightened the bag at .11 and .12 on Monday.....
Techno:
I have no wish to keep up the grudge, but when you say
"""it seems that i am the only one that took the time out of his life to see my investment"""
it is a slap in the face to people who might have gone, if they had only known!!!!!......you imply that they are lazy, but the fact is how was a shareholder (besides you) to know this beforehand?????
Just keep it real please.....that's all I'm saying.....and stop trying to blame the shareholders for things they have no knowledge or control of......I'm sure they would love to not be kept in the dark about such things as attending meetings, if only given the opportunity!!!!
PS: If you wish to debate this further, I have no problem doing so, either here or RB......my purpose wasn't to come here to antagonize, but I have a hard time not responding to this drivel you have been saying for some time now.....how shareholder's couldn't take the time to go to these meetings, but you did.....
"""it seems that i am the only one that took the time out of his life to see my investment."""
it also seems that you were the only one invited (anyone else get a request to go???), or even knew about it before the fact, so by de facto, how can you blame others for not going?????....this accusation is based on nonsense.....are shareholder's supposed to have psychic powers????
"""Also, if you huys would have been to tom's river you could have met the guys in the popular science article before it was published."""
You start this statement with blame for not being at Tom's River, and we covered why that was so in the first statement above.....also, what did Pop Sci have to do with NSOL/FFI????? It was about STHK......maybe I'm going senile, but was FFI or the TR plant mentioned at all?????
Man Techno, you need to put a little more logic into your words......I don't want to start with you, but you can't just blame people for something they had no option to do, and didn't know about....
PS: if I recall, several other shareholders have expressed an interest to make visits.....has The King granted these wishes yet?????
I'm sorry to disappoint you, but not every thing to do with mountains appeals to your unconscious desires, or the movie you are so found of.....
So, by that logic, the history of CYBR and USSE is also on topic.....after all, we are here to discuss past, present and future, are we not????
Yeah, in an older PR this was said about CYBR and USSE.....my point being, these guys can fire up the old switcheroo machine at will.....which brings up the quote "fool me once, shame on you.....fool me twice......"

"Strict" Nevada Rules:
"""More recently however, Nevada's corporate law has surpassed Delaware's in its efforts to ensure the protection of the rights of small corporations. Delaware for example, has adopted a statute that allows the corporation to limit the liability of a director for monetary damages. However, it has far to go to be compared to similar statutes adopted by Nevada. For example, the following are acts for which officers and directors would be protected under Nevada law, but exposed under Delaware Statues:
Acts or omissions not in good faith.
Acts by officers are not exempt from monetary damages under Delaware law.
Breach of a director's duty of loyalty.
Transactions involving undisclosed personal benefit to the officer or director.
Acts or omissions that occurred prior to the date that the statute which provides for indemnification of directors, was passed and approved.
One requirement that Delaware has is that an officer must reasonably believe that he or she is performing his or her duties in a manner that is in the best interests of the corporation. This requirement is not present in Nevada"""

Giff:
I agree with some of what you post.....but much I do not.... IMO, the person who has harmed Mr Santon's reputation the most is Mr Stanton......he has a long history of not delivering, and making it about as confusing as possible to understand who owns what in his intertwinded plethora of Cos and associations (there are many examples, but a few you are probably familiar with: remember the IHDR license payment for CAVD, and the bewilderment over who received it????.....the two USSEs???....the mysterious shift of CAVD to USSE because JR owns the CATALYST, which I thought was the C in C-A-V-D)......its not like there has just been one strikeout here, there is a LONG HISTORY of many expectations, and little concrete (pun) rewards for shareholders......unless you traded the stocks.......then there is always the chance a CYBR-like situation could happen, where you can't even do that, but must hope the promise that shareholders will be taken care eventually (or maybe their heirs, at the time-frames typical of Stanton and Cos)......
Then there was the non-merger and non-reverse of EFTI, which shareholders were anticipating for HOW LONG, then zip, nada....except for the accomplishment of tanking the stock price while-you-were-waiting.....
I won't even begin to start with the dilution pollution of shareholders net worth......and who usually benefits from this.....along with the money-circle loans and debt....
Today, he cancels the CC for another week.....which immediately sets off alarm bells in my head....
And yes, this Pissed me off big time to once again wait with my #### in my hand waiting for JS to tell me something at a schedule HE has touted....obviously, I would not be so angry if behavior like this was unique, but it is more the rule than th exception.....ask EFTI shareholders about the joke of the "alternate Friday" updates.....
I can't speak for ALL JS Cos, but EFTI is supposed to be the flagship......
That's an ugly one.....
The EFTI EME acquisition proved to be profitable, for the most part, in terms of actual revenue and cash influx.....but the dilution that followed was abysmal......
As far as making money on JS and JR, IMO, the best way is to trade them, like almost all OTCBB and Pinks......I don't think JS and JR have a monopoly on this type of over-the-counter behavior.....one positive thing though, unlike most of these penny stocks, EFTI has a positive shareholder equity, which is almost unheard of for an OTCBB or Pinky.....
PS: See I-hub "The Dissent" board where I posted examples of some of JR's (purported) posts made on Raging Bull......
I hope this helps....
Hi giff....are you in any way associated with Redwood???? Just wondering, since you created this board.....
"""We all know your paid by nuclear energy to bash USSE/SSTP so give it up."""
You sure are quick on the trigger to make accusations about a person, with no evidence.....and you call yourself "Support USA Now", but act about as Un-American as they come, with comments like that, and you eagerness to squash freedom of speech....here, read this when you get a chance, since you act like a hypocritical zealot:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/First_Amendment_to_the_United_States_Constitution
PS: Ask the folks on the USSE board about JR and CYBR, if you have the smalls......then see if your post is deleted by selective use of the "off topic" excuse......
You and your kind disgust me, especially with the use of Patriotism and Religion as a casual tool for financial gain, while breaking the rules that these concepts represent....GOD BLESS USSE and SSTP???....SHAME on you!!!!!

Gentlemen,
I just got out on bond. I see you guys had fun today.
God Bless America!
God Bless USSE/SSTP!
Ride:
If you want to know the future, many times just look to the past.....what happened to the other things that have come and just became ????? as far as status....TWR, nuke detector, etc.....
Why do you expect things to be different this time????....not only that, seems everybody and their brother on the OTCBB and Pinks has an alternative fuel twist nowadays.....take a look.....
I will give them credit though, one of the first on the alt-energy bandwagon...of course EFTI has been into alt-energy for many years before even NSOL....how ironic....I always wondered if there was a connection for NSOL taking such a turn.....TIRES even, an EFTI "staple" for a long time!!!!.....too bad they (both) didn't come through yet as expected, they would have had a real head start....many are breaking ground on various alt-energy projects, but NSOL might get B.S. (no comment) funding by June (and shareholders might know the results like how many months later: last year the 2nd quarter 10-Q was released on 8/15).....and Stanton is still Stanton, puts EFTI shareholders through all that 60:1 reverse merger that was cancelled.....and still a ratio of about 10:1 PPS for NSOL to EFTI!!!!! Incredible, after all these years....
Sorry, I just broke my New Year resolution to be more positive (man, its hard in this world full of BS), but this is just getting old in all corners.....at least TELL PEOPLE if Iowa was a go/no-go....(Stanton let EFTI shareholders wonder WTF for like 3 quarters before cancelling the merger).....is that so much to ask, no "change in weather" to say just that, is there???

Wonder if the SEC has been informed about was dealt CYBR/GRLY/USSEC?
Is there a class action going on?
Might be a good idea.

I met John Rivera last November and he assured me that he deals with the matter and have enough shares as to comply. I am absolutely sure that John is a very reliable man who always sticks to what he promises.
For sure he will comply with this one as well.
He should be quite busy and I feel everything is much slower than what he expects.

Old shareholder catching up ...
OK, I'm an old CYBR board member from 7 years ago (new ID, the old one no longer worked) trying to catch up on CYBR and what my 10K shares of old cybercare will get me these days, besides another long term carryover loss with the IRS. Too many old posts here to catch up on or make sense of.
Am I eligible for new shares in an acquiring company? Thought I saw something saying I had to have my CYBR share certs in hand, which I don't (Scottrade has my acct these days). Does that mean I'm screwed, yet again?!?
Many thx! ... if better answered via email, let me know and I'll find a way to hook up.

I'll try to stay more in touch with the board for info, as I have no idea where else to look for details.

John Riveraq promised to give shares of USSE to shareholders of CYBR in some unknown ratio at some unknown date. If I were you, I would e-mail my name, address and number of shares to JR. He used to have a form to do this on the USSE web site (www.usse.us).
Good luck.

efti/castcrete is very exciting
and js has done a great job making this happen
in my opinion it will do very well, I know nothing about cement but I know js very well. My money is on him.
This tech will be owned by USSEC/CYBR as well as all patents we will have world exposure shortly.

Some nice USSE long (name withheld, for now) just sent me this message as a reply to a post on this board, although I have never sent a private message to ANYONE on I-hub:
QUOTE:
""Don't you send me any private messages you old nuclear fuck. You are nothing but a jaded POS. Keep up your bashing, it makes USSE stronger.""
To the person who sent this: I don't know WTF you are talking about.....
PS: Is sending someone a message like this a TOU violation???
IHDR (now RENW) had a some visitors (although not 10, to my knowledge) go to the EFTI plant in Mobile, of all places, and they all vouched for the product, both EC-V and CAVD process (startlingly like your "Rivera Process")......for some reason though, they soon sold (while about the same time saying that "the weak hands were selling" in the .20s), in order to free up cash and "load the boat with even more shares" sometime in the indeterminate future ......they had, as you ask, pictures, video, Public Validations and Eyewitness statements....also, the Co released an engineering report on the EC-V (although they soon retracted it from their web site when people realized how abysmally the EC-V had actually performed)....
Not exactly the same, but good enough of an example for you????
PS: one of these people who did the above was IHDR, the poster, now banned from I-hub......something for you to think about.....
Oh yeah, FWIW, EFTI also has had independent labs analyze the carbon from the CAVD.....we were told what amazing properties it had.......then we were told how Dalton Carpet was going to be using the Carbon from the CAVD to make carpet cores (or something like that)....
http://goliath.ecnext.com/coms2/gi_0199-811745/EarthFirst-Technologies-Publishes-Carbon-Test.html
http://goliath.ecnext.com/coms2/gi_0199-4235837/WESCO-An-EarthFirst-Subsidiary-Reaches.html
So that's what "the evidence" is worth for OTCBB and Pink-Sheet Companies.......yesterday's promises have a tendency to become an old movie...."Gone with the Wind".....
Good post....and yes, these Cos have merit, but as a TRADING VEHICLE, as you prove......nothing else there really, a vast majority of people who hold become bag-holders....(and look at the history of the current list of characters for the odds of this happening with USSE)......I LOL when I read that "Support USA Now" joker (the same guy supporting blatant and unbalanced censorship) when he says he will hold this for 12 years, then retire rich.....
Any comment on the CYBR "sale price"?????.....you have a quote handy for what a share of CYBR is worth???? (but hey, it wasn't really "halted", my mistake).....
PS: You had better get buying, since the sales price is such a deal....what is the market cap again????......yeah, way undervalued.....I see your point......
