Public companies frequently issue and sell shares to finance growth. My theory is that AGYP's role in the bitcoin thing will be to raise financing.

The GYP has no background in producing gas. It makes a lot of sense to use the operators of flared gas wells to do the work associated with getting the gas to the generators.

JONNIE, you've changed the topic from using stranded gas and fllared gas for bitcoin mining to an environmental topic. It would not be economical to hook up enough idle wells to use their methane emissions to generate enough electricity to fire a bitcoin mining facility.

I know a bit about methane emissions. IMO it would be far better for States to require operators to properly cap or close and abandon serious methane emitting wells.

It's not that methane can't be used to generate electricity. In 1994 I CMed the closure a of a g360 ace garbage landfill, between Newport Beach and Irvine , CA. It was going to release a lot of methane, in a densely populated area.

We built a small generating plant and drilled 24 wells, into the 5'ft clay and soil cover and ran piping to the generator.. A great, environmentally friendly solution to a serious problem.

MO, flared gas would be ideal for bitcoin mining, Flared gas comes from operating wells and is currently being wasted and are a serious environmental concern.

I'm not bearish about cryptos. I'm bearish about AGYP and about any JV or MOUs with them that are based on the production of NG.

The Gyp has produced no NG and I have seen no evidence that it is anything but a one man operation and that is CEO Monthief.

There are scores of small operators, in Texas that are far better prepared to bring stranded and flared gas into production. They are experienced in NG and have their own crews.

An observation. I think bitcoin miners would be better served to work with the operators of oil wells, that are fleering their produced NG. They should be anxious to sell the NG they are now flaring.

All that I see that AGYP provides is the capability of printing and selling shares.

Anyone with a modicum of knowledge about the Biz, knows that making a go of producing oil from the depleted old wells that The Gyp is working , requires that working over these old wells on a continuing basis.

As far as is known, publicly, The Gyp has only worked over three wells. Prometheus, Green & Gilmer. I don't think Green and Gilmer have been reported since August. That report showed about 4 bbls per day , for each well. The last report on Prometheus , that I've seen was for September.

The big mystery to me, is what did these two International Conglomerates see in little AGYP? I seriously doubt if AGYP has any employs in Texas It's nearly 300 miles from Carrolton to Prometheus. And nearly 300 miles from Carrolton to Thieus.

About 160 miles from Carrlton to Green and Gilmer. It would make no sense to have a pumper and a maintenance crew drive to those locations , from Carrolton, on a very regular basis.

I have a clue as to why Monthief picked Carrolton. It's only a 10 minute drive from DFW to Carrolton. Very handy for occasional trips to Oil Country USA.

If the two Internationals want to do business with the owners of stranded gas and flare gas wells, it would make far more sense to work with the operators of those wells .

Those types of wells are usually in clusters. Those type of operators almost always own their equipment and have their own crews. That is by far the most economical way of operating.

But AGYP does bring one thing to the operation. A ticker and the ability to print shares.

It still might be a plausible operation.

Trinity, my Lady & I have gone all out. We live in a 5 floor 105 resident senior apartment building. Each floor has a large common area. She has invited 7 people, which is all the rom can handle and still allow the other residents to move arond.

It is surprising how many of these old folks seem to have no families. She has prepared 3 turkeys and all the fix.ns. We will serve that to drop bys.

We hope to serve Thanksgiving dinner to about 20 people. In another life she had a catering business.

She has decorated the 2nd floor common area lavishly. 'm very proud of her.
