BOOM as the house implodes
We hear that every week with this dog. Time to put it down
Nope. Right Joe. He's still a limpin gimp.
Really? Js and SA abide by the law? lolololol ohhhh Margaret. Mam slaps his wife and abides by the law. Does it so much he's going to prison for it. The other is now facing a grand jury for his past business dealings and you wanna say they "abide by the law? " oh and let's not forget 1. Tortious interference; 2. Corporate theft; 3. Fraud..... oh this is rich!
"People" aka "sharehokders" SUPPORTS MW let's not forget that
The documented records are evidence showing different. More twisted lies and nonsense from the Js as SA cabal
As you were told before, he couldn't pay the fees. So he wanted out. He's gone and being replaced. Back on schedule!
Call Serfani. He admits he lied on the stand. Brags about it.
All wrong. Shareholders who've been there have seen and know different.
Nice try. The shareholders in this blog make up more than 1/3 of the shares....more than 1/2 chat with me by pm. Much more than 1/2. So out of 576 the other 550 don't have many shares. So what I said is true the majority shareholders SUPPORTS MW and were behind the removal of JS and SA. Those are the facts.
Complete bs. Joe Slimeoletto walking on water? Give me a break. That scumbag is so low he'd drown in a puddle.
"Our corporate attorneys?" What corporation?
What corporate attorney would take any case? There are many attorneys that'll take this case.
Unfortunately, Long Shareholders don't see if this way.
That's the $64k question....but, it happened and now we move on
Not hardly....better re read the file.
What facts? The fact that the lawyer couldn't handle the fees? Or the fact this doesn't qualify under RICO? See my previous post. The fed case is nothing more than a distraction and if it had ANY merit, the authorities would have been all over this.....and they aint...and that's a fact too....So I'm pumped about the "facts." This other nonsense posted.....good toilet paper if you take the time to print it. lol
I think that was the basis of the "deadlines." I think anyone can see through their tactics. It's a waste of time....The point and the evidence is obvious...boot boys committed crimes and will pay...
Its a laugh one calls it a "RICO" case, yet when you talk to the feds, no one knows anything about it.
Here are some qualifiers....as you'll see, IFUS Federal Case doesn't meet ANY of the criteria. I've made bold and Italic a couple points:
Under the law, the meaning of racketeering activity is set out at 18 U.S.C. § 1961. As currently amended it includes:
Any violation of state statutes against gambling, murder, kidnapping, extortion, arson, robbery, bribery, dealing in obscene matter, or dealing in a controlled substance or listed chemical (as defined in the Controlled Substances Act);
Any act of bribery, counterfeiting, theft, embezzlement, fraud, dealing in obscene matter, obstruction of justice, slavery, racketeering, gambling, money laundering, commission of murder-for-hire, and many other offenses covered under the Federal criminal code (Title 18);
Embezzlement of union funds;
Bankruptcy fraud or securities fraud;
Drug trafficking; long-term and elaborate drug networks can also be prosecuted using the Continuing Criminal Enterprise Statute;
Criminal copyright infringement;
Money laundering and related offenses;
Bringing in, aiding or assisting aliens in illegally entering the country (if the action was for financial gain);
Acts of terrorism.
Pattern of racketeering activity requires at least two acts of racketeering activity, one of which occurred after the effective date of this chapter and the last of which occurred within ten years (excluding any period of imprisonment) after the commission of a prior act of racketeering activity. The U.S. Supreme Court has instructed federal courts to follow the continuity-plus-relationship test in order to determine whether the facts of a specific case give rise to an established pattern. Predicate acts are related if they "have the same or similar purposes, results, participants, victims, or methods of commission, or otherwise are interrelated by distinguishing characteristics and are not isolated events." (H.J. Inc. v. Northwestern Bell Telephone Co.) Continuity is both a closed and open ended concept, referring to either a closed period of conduct, or to past conduct that by its nature projects into the future with a threat of repetition.
We'll see. My money is where my mouth is and I support MW. I see many in here do also which accounts for almost 1/3 or more of the shares. Should tell you something.....
What you've stated is true and are a couple of the reasons I got into this and continue to buy. First with 350 mn shares, not much dilution can take place. And with that low an AS, chances of flipping are night high.
I see a long future for IFUS and a prosperous one at that.
I want the sucker to keep selling them....I bought the first 500k. Talking to others sitting on the fence to start buying too. I'll have a buy order in tomorrow.
Let me make it clear. Shareholders support MW and none are selling off their shares. We've seen the facts and will see justice when SA and JS get thrown in jail.
First, the federal case is dead in the water. Expect that to get thrown out. In fact, considering Joe the tosser big mouth, he's actually boasted it'll get tossed in conversations. What a smart guy we're dealing with. Create a diversion and then tell people about it.
The state case, the evidence is clear and the counter will prevail. I hope they videotape Joe in his pinstripe orange jumpsuit at his deposition. Can't wait to see this gimp flip on SA.
Complete non sense.
Better read the Tortious Interference law, look at the evidence against the boom brothers (as their world explodes). Their day is coming and it couldn't be fast enough. Shareholders want revenge AND justice. They'll find their conscience when they meet Bubba! JS will be the first to see what prison life is ALL ABOUT. When it comes down to going back in, he'll sing. He'll turn on SA no doubt.
Exactly and they're going down for it
They get what they deserve. Give them the same mercy they gave IFUS and its shareholders.
You need to re read the filing. The counter is not dead b6 any stretch. One third party was partially and conditionally released and the counter was revised and submitted. The lawyer who wanted our was because he couldn't handle the arbitration expense which is stated clearly.
This is not bad news for Ifus in fact it's good news. Boot boys are just as liable as before and the conditions laid out are the same.
Go Chicago State
Hmm, I love this defense....would love to see this in court for character and credibility reference..... 1 guy who rips off thousands of shareholders, another guy who is a terminal wife beater. One who's about to get indicted by a grand jury, the other got on his knees for a plea deal for assault and battery of a WOMAN.....
I'd love to be crossing these two! I'd have fun with it.
"Mr Slimeolleto, place tell us about your orange uniform. Love that color, would be interested to know who the tailor is....oh, it's the county jail...why on earth is a poor, helpless, cripple there.....beating a woman.....and how many times have you beat this poor woman.....multiple.....should sign you up for hero status....now lets talk about your financial history....oh, you ripped of an 86 year old woman, taking her life savings.....you what? drank it all up in the bar......and refuse to pay the family back......"oh well she's dead, no one to pay back"....what a nice guy you are, bet your in line for time magazine "man of the year award huh....."
"Mr SA, lets talk about you for a moment, kinda get to know you...can you please explain the grand jury you've just faced....oh, indicted...criminal charges.....ah, I see, your innocent......so is Charles Manson....no lets talk about your previous investments and companies.....oh, poor shareholders....you really care about them......you took their money and the company is shut down by the SEC.....why on earth would they do something as rotten as that......you ripped them off....."
I'd humiliate these two clowns. Their credibility is fertilizer and I wouldn't even need a closing argument. Nothing they'd say would be believed......
Nothing is Kaput! Nothing! Ifus is in good shape.
SA loves titles that mean squat! President of ...... Chief of Clowns. HMFWDKHTBIC (Head MF Who Doesn't Know How To Be In Charge). SA has new legal issues to deal with, one's that shed new light. He's being confronted by authorities now and is really in deep stuff.
No where to run SA, walls are closing in. I'm told he'll be given a notice to appear before a grand jury soon.
Hmmm, Chicago State is necessary here. I see nothing here surprising. I think this is good for the ifus case strategically. I see the deadlines being important to the boot brothers and the 3rd party as they are not completely off the hook. The judge ordered those deadlines for a reason. I see this detrimental to the boot boys if they do not comply.
Try to email Joe Slimeoletto. He starts his sentence soon. He'll be easy to find. SA has just been hut with another law suit. It appears the people he's burned in the past want some of him too.
Anthony is facing massive legal fees with criminal charges immanent. He has serious investigations underway right now. Gee let's see.... deal with the feds and state authorities or go after the "dead money" (as you say). Not even in the top 50 of his priorities.
Or we can sue the boot brothers and their paid jockeys in the blogs which we intend to do.
Complete balderdash. Not one sentence true First JS can't be there, he's on his way to jail. If he does show uts because hes on a specual release program.
He may be hooking up with Anthony Deblase, who's got monumental criminal and other legal problems. So I doubt Ifus is even in Deblase top 50. Not that it matters, nothing to sue for.
This is why I think the shareholders should get their suit going. It may help put a stop to the delays.
Wong again. I haven't spoken to MW in months.
Agreed Peach. The evidence is jazzy and unrefutable and in fact when Smokin Joe Slimaletto posted in here he never refuted any of that jazz.
I may know why Slimaletto missed. Rumor has it he's in jail. Trying to find out for sure, but mutual aqua acquaintance says he's in jail for 9 months for assault and battery. At least they'll know where the bum is.
Simple fact. This turd is nothing more than just like it's sisters, all failed holding or not. This one presented itself as a mining company and then a gaming company, now mining or holding. ...hard to keep up. It's your money invest how you see fit. But when it's flushed like it's sisters .....
