Hmm, I love this defense....would love to see this in court for character and credibility reference..... 1 guy who rips off thousands of shareholders, another guy who is a terminal wife beater. One who's about to get indicted by a grand jury, the other got on his knees for a plea deal for assault and battery of a WOMAN.....
I'd love to be crossing these two! I'd have fun with it.
