It appears that there was a slight decrease in Accum/Dist indicating retail leaving, since the start of the year. ChiOsc showing a slight increase in MM accumulation, but not much. My guess that only solid numbers, preferably through filings will move this pps. PR's will most likely keep it right where it is at $0.0001, as the last few have either been exagerations or contain information which is questionable at best which has caused considerable debate by investors, without creating confidence and/or trust. I for one still haven't sold. Haven't been here as long as other longs, but like others, not point in trying to leave Hotel Cali either.
JMO. GLTA.
Just completed another transfer, waiting for it to hit the trading account. Hee hee.
Section 31 and FINRA TAF fees, are noncommission fees:
What are Section 31 fees and how are they calculated? The normal calculation for Section 31 fees is $39.30 per 1,000,000 in principle amount on sales. A principle amount of $140 would be subject to a Section 31 fee of $.01.
What is the Trading Activity Fee (TAF) and why is it charged to my account? The FINRA assesses the TAF on its members through clearing and self-clearing firms at a rate of $.000075 per share, with a maximum of $3.75 per trade on all liquidation (sell) orders. A principle amount of $140 would be subject to a Section 31 fee of $.01.
Additional fees are baloney, and you may want to seriously consider getting another broker if you are getting charged more than Section 31 and FINRA TAF.
My online $0.00 commission Zecco orders have gone through over the last several days without a problem. GLTY.
Purchased a few more today on Zecco online. $0.00 Commission. Only held to the standard Section 31 and FINRA TAF, which applies to sells. So, no fee. burp.
Agreed
Many, if not all of the answers you seek are available to you by simply reading the I-Box, and the board for the last several weeks. I would be shocked if a R/S happened prior to uplist.

Throwing out some unresearched dd. One T/A for the old exchange we are leaving. One T/A for the new exchange we are going to. Once the uplist is complete, no need for two T/A's.
Poor Mike probably has or is going to get his a$$ chewed for making some off the cuff coments which caused another round of phone calls and e-mails regarding some pinky contract. I bet it will be awhile before we find someone willing to say anything again. There's probably a sticky note next to Mike's computer to remind him about referring calls to the Public Relations Department.

Bolivians Projected to Approve New Constitution
By ANTONIO REGALADO
LA PAZ, Bolivia -- Bolivians approved a new constitution Sunday and handed a victory to populist President Evo Morales in his campaign to establish a new economic and political order in Latin America's poorest nation, preliminary results indicated.
Television stations reporting early vote counts projected voters had approved the constitution, 60% to 40%, in the national referendum. A simple majority is needed to approve the constitution.
Bolivian Voters Head to the Polls
View Slideshow
The result signaled continued support for Mr. Morales, an Aymara Indian elected in 2005 who has clashed with the U.S. over drug policy, recently expelled the U.S. ambassador, and faces stiff domestic opposition in Bolivia's eastern states.
But preliminary results didn't appear to indicate the overwhelming victory Mr. Morales's party wanted. The projected 60% support would be enough to prevent opposition leaders from contesting the results, but illustrates how the country remains sharply divided. The margin of victory appeared to be less than a recall election in August, which Mr. Morales won with 67% of the vote.
On a day in which liquor sales were banned and only official vehicles were allowed to circulate, Bolivia was calm and voting progressed largely without incident.
According to television reports, heavy support for the measure came from Bolivia's highlands, populated by poor, largely indigenous voters for whom the constitution promises greater economic inclusion and new legal protections.
"In our country there are 36 languages, and the new constitution takes us all into account. For the first time there will be justice for everyone, we are all included," said Apolonia Sanchez Miranda, an indigenous leader and a deputy in the ministry of justice.
In Bolivia's wealthier low-lying eastern states, which are threatened by Mr. Morales's efforts to redistribute farmland and natural-gas revenues, a large majority of voters rejected the constitution, according to preliminary results. That could translate into continued support for autonomy movements in those provinces.
Bolivia is split on ethnic and geographic lines, and in the months leading to the vote sporadic clashes between Mr. Morales's supporters and opposition groups left more than a dozen people dead.
On Sunday, Mr. Morales sought to strike a conciliatory tone, saying "I congratulate the opposition on their democratic attitude and for leaving violence aside."
The new constitution seeks to give the central government greater control over natural resources and "decolonize" the country by redistributing wealth and recognizing new rights for Bolivia's majority indigenous population.
It also will allow Mr. Morales to run for another five-year term in general elections planned for December.
Bolivian political analyst George Gray Molina said despite flaws, the document may be a step towards uniting the divided country.
"What most Bolivians want and what I think we need is a hybrid constitution that can juggle liberal democratic values and indigenous rights," which the new constitution does, he said.
The document was the result of a political compromise reached in October after an increase in violence raised fears the country was sliding toward civil war. It removed some provisions favored by Mr. Morales's supporters, such as a requirement that all public servants be able speak an indigenous language, such as Quechua, in addition to Spanish.
"What the October agreement did is that it avoided violence," said Mr. Molina. "The downside is that it kicked forward some of Bolivia's problems."
For instance, more than 100 new laws will be needed to implement the constitutional changes. Mr. Morales has said he would institute the laws by decree if congress doesn't pass them.
The constitution also calls for the election of judges, a feature critics say is likely to allow Mr. Morales's party, the Movement to Socialism, or MAS, to dominate posts and politicize the judiciary.
"I think they want a government where the MAS and Evo Morales are the controlling factor, and where they can carry out what they think are the desires of the Bolivian people," said Peter DeShazo, director of the Americas Program of the Center of Strategic and International Studies in Washington.
Mr. Morales, a former coca grower and union leader, has followed populist political strategies similar to those adopted by Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez.
In 2006, Mr. Morales nationalized Bolivia's natural-gas and oil producers, creating a windfall in government revenue that his government has used to fund social programs, including a monthly $28 stipend for the elderly poor.
Although such policies are politically popular, they risk backfiring if foreign investment drops as a result of greater nationalization.
On Friday, in a show of force apparently timed to influence Sunday's vote, Mr. Morales deployed troops to seize the Bolivian units of Argentina's Pan American Energy LLC, which the government said had failed to abide by nationalization rules.

don't worry we are already at .000/.0001 like I predicted and the dumping contionous there is no market at .0002. can't even sell this at .0001 anymore.
I don't have the WSJ article in front of me so I'm doing this from memory now. If I remember correctly it indicated that the gas and oil would belong to Bolvia, just like Chavez is doing over there. Oh wait, then Chavez allowed the Russians take over a gold mine there. Until clarification is provided regarding how FMNJ is going to end up with respect to the new Bolivian government. I'm afraid it all belongs to the Bolivians.
In a previous PR they indicated they were going to process 150 tons per hour!
Production going up 100% from zero. New Bolivian constitution. Yesterday's Wall Street Journal had a picture on the front page of someone hauling their relative in a wheel barrow (borrowed from FMNJ?) to go vote for the constitution...
Thank you MC for posting both here and at OFON.
Is this another riddle, or a statement of concern?
Just placed an "Open" order, non-AON on Zecco, just prior to 9:00am. The order was not "Rejected." The order is now, “Accepted.” Prior to market opening, the order will be routed, and then “Accepted” will be issued, assuming the order isn’t a goofball one. Once the order is transacted, “Executed” will be issued.
When a “Rejected” order is received, then it usually is a result of key punch error due to a math calculation on your part. If you are unable to determine the reason, you will need to call. Without sufficient funds, or Margin account, “Rejected” may populate. “Restricted” orders are different, whereby Zecco is denying the transaction, thus a call in. A “Restricted” order has happened to me one time.
Note, even though Zecco is a commission free broker, you are still obligated to the Section 31 and FINRA TAF fees.
What are Section 31 fees and how are they calculated? The normal calculation for Section 31 fees is $39.30 per $1,000,000 in principle amount on sales. A principle amount of $140 would be subject to a Section 31 fee of $.01. These fees are passed through from Zecco Trading to your accounts as a non-commission fee.
What is the Trading Activity Fee (TAF) and why is it charged to my account? The FINRA assesses the TAF on its members through clearing and self-clearing firms at a rate of $.000075 per share, with a maximum of $3.75 per trade on all liquidation (sell) orders. These fees are passed through from Zecco Trading to client accounts as a non-commission fee. A principle amount of $140 would be subject to a Section 31 fee of $.01.

However, it is disconcerting that my post has been deleted as it was intended to be a cautionary advisory to another poster with respect toward coordinated efforts. The exchanges don't care how you got into your mess, they just have minimum price levels.
Which International Exchanges are you referring to? The longs have had a few discussions speculating on which exchange RCCH might uplist to.
Below is just one example that was provided that would be a good fit.
Assuming that the exchange is LSE/AIM, Read Page 7:

Here is another speculation theory to add to the mix:
Bank of America's deal with Merril Lynch actually became effective January 1, 2009.
Sent an e-mail in response to your PM. Thanks!
Since my broker allows both buys and sells online, my broker is nonverbally saying to me, "Make trades with us as we are not participating in the illegal activity of Naked Shorting and have nothing to be worried about!" As another matter, which I didn't mention, it costs money for your broker to conduct equity transactions when the pps is at this level, and is really almost a courtesy that they offer the service to you.
My first 10 trades are *free each month with Zecco as I maintain the minimum of $2,500 in the account. I selected my broker after conducting research that they were penny stock friendly. Thus I use the Zecco account to only trade pennies in this price range. What is your broker saying to you?
Incidentally, I can receive a referral fee for anyone I refer. If you are interested in switching, PM with a personal e-mail address. Thank you.
* FINRA TAF and Section 31 fees are still applied however. FINRA assesses the TAF on its members through clearing and self-clearing firms at a rate of $.000075 per share, with a maximum of $3.75 per trade on all liquidation (sell) orders. Section 31 fee calculation: $39.30 per $1,000,000 in principle amount on sales. Therefore, a principle amount of $140 would be subject to a Section 31 fee of $.01.

funmaxus... and then again, maybe your broker is trying to tell you something?????
Speculative answers.
Q. How do you figure those were buys?
A. MM's can make it look any way they want.
Q. How many shares are outstanding?
A. TA gagged and therefore the answer is presently not known. Speculation is O/S is under 1B.
Q. To move to most exchanges they is a minimum price for the stock , I have never seen that price be less than a dollar. that would hat would indicate to me a reverse split.
A. At one time, this stock was trading at approximately $.95. Then a rash of short selling accompanied by a spike in Fails to Deliver, drove the price per share into a downward spiral. Intentions of uplisting to an International Exchange were announced, followed by the TA being gagged, followed by even larger Fail to Deliver spikes. I provided a previous posting regarding shorting, naked shorting and fails to deliver. Be sure to click on the link with the chart explanation of short sales found here: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=34894112 With respect to a new exchange, assuming the new exchange is LSE/AIM, the listing minimum requirements and answers to your question(s) can be found here:

My interpretation is that the present share price of RCCH is relatively a non-issue as an audit has been conducted on RCCH, and then NOMAD determines eligibility and a fair market value for the new shares traded. I'm in the camp of believers that a R/S will not happen in any ratio whatsoever. However, when listing probabilities of actions/outcomes using quantitative analysis, it is on my list, I've just assigned a lower probability to the outcome of a R/S.
All of the above are my opinions only and should not construed as investment grade advice. Always consider the risks carefully and conduct your own due dilegence when making an investment decision. Good luck to you.

hunter - with all of the sales at .0001 ho do you figure those were buys? That is the bid. They looked like sells to me.
A friend wants me to take a look at this stock ... how many shares are outstanding?
To move to most exchanges they is a minimum price for the stock , I have never seen that price be less than a dollar. that would hat would indicate to me a reverse split.
I will admit that I have not gone into details to a great extent but some of the very basics scare me a little.
What can I gather comfort from in with this situation?
Thank you in advance,
Al
My answers are speculative.
Q. If (a)n(d) when RCCH is uplisted what happens with our shares?
A. Assuming RCCH will be uplisted in whole and not in part, a new trading symbol will be issued. For example: RCCH.PK may become GENE.LSE.
Q. Do shares transfer to the new exchange on a 1 to 1 basis?
A. Many have speculated on this question. A 1 to 1 basis would be nice, but there isn't a guarantee as no formal statement has been released to present date, explaining any share conversion ratios.
Q. If it is a foreign exchange, can someone explain how those of us who use a trading company that does not trade on foreign exchanges can access/trade our shares?
A. Previous speculation regarding rumors is that most may be able to trade with their present large broker. If your present broker doesn't trade internationally, then you will need to acquire a new broker that does. At present, my broker doesn't trade on international exchanges and therefore I will need to transfer my shares either pre or post uplisting to a broker that does trade internationally. Since the exact exchange isn't known, I haven't bothered to pursue the matter further at this moment in time as there may be a lag time from the announcement date to the cut-over date. Once an announcement is made and the exchange is known, I'm certain there will be plenty of dd for various brokers that trade internationally. Another reason why I've chosen to wait, is that some brokers may offer incentives for conducting the transfer of shares based upon the total value of the transfer, and thus why waiting may have its advantages.

If it is a foreign exchange can someone explain how those of us who use a trading company that does not trade on foreign exchanges can access/trade our shares?
The Scottrade advisory seems consistent with similar advisories on other stocks trading in this range. Individuals who have been faced with this problem have needed to call their broker when placing an order. I have had no problems with my broker Zecco to trade at this price point. As a side note, Scottrade I believe is very related to Knight Equities, or NITE, who may be having a bit of difficulty with a short problem. While less noted and discussed, when Obama signed an executive order to change the Freedom Of Information Act, to allow requests to go through easier, the market started to rally, just prior to the conclusion of the Geithner hearing. The importance is that perhaps the hedge funds and market makers that have participated in shorting and/or naked shorting, which has been protected by DTCC will be released through new FOIA rules. Indeed some of the older FTD's dropped off the list at buyins after the announcement. http://www.buyins.net/tools/short_list.php?dys=>12 While the REG SHO Threshold doesn't apply to OFON and SPZI, this may eventually change. A significant FTD problem hasn't been much of a problem with Spooz and I would be surprised if data for 4Q was at all substantial. http://failstodeliver.com/default.aspx
You may want to consider another broker. A short list of brokers in which other posters on other boards have complained about trading at this level would include: Scottrade, TD-Ameritrade and E-Trade, which have set limitations, and/or restrictions for stocks trading in this trading range.

I might call him but I believe you anyway. The point with SPZI is that all they do and say is confusing. On the one hand they say they had to take off the news from their website because Bloomberg told them to do so and on the other hand they call a certain individual guy back and tell him that the product will be integrated soon.
You get my point? Why then the need to take it off the website if its no secret anyway?
