I can't help it if you can't understand the listing requirements.

It is not at all obvious to me (and probably others) that the price has to increase before the uplist.

They are quite simple. Additionally the concept of a 'minimum price' is not usually so hard to grasp.

It is NOT an unproven assertion.

I do believe that there will be no uplist until after the stock price has been raised to the new exchange minimum has been your unproven assertion,..

All stocks listed on any exchange, anywhere, at any time have always had to meet the minimum price of the exchange. It says so in the listing requirements, it has been the case for all stocks that have listed. Johnnyfiber has provided specific examples of pink sheet stocks that have listed on international exchanges and has shown how they met the uplist requirements. (RS). It is not an unproven assertion it is an observation of reality.

Your assertion, on the other hand, requires a flight of fantasy, and has no foundational basis other than your wishful thinking.
