I wish I had funds to buy more shares.
Let's get some forensic accounts to verify the independence of Adam Feuerstein.
When has Linda Powers managed Advent to the detriment of NWBO shareholders?
When Advent got GMP certified?
When Advent got the HTA license?
When Advent successfully hired the most qualified staff in a very competitive labor market?
When Advent built out cold storage facilities for $60B in DCVax doses?
I see no counterparty risk. I would be concerned about counterparty risk if Linda Powers didn't own Advent as it could be taken over by a hostile entity. Linda Powers has loyalty to Northwest Biotherapeutics where she owns tens of millions in shares or warrants. Her father died of Glioblastoma. No evidence of her abusing NWBO shareholders. Quite the opposite in my personal opinion.
There's no conflict of interest problem to solve.
Grifter? Really? The savior of GBM patients?
So you're saying the National Academy of Sciences are liars when they state regarding Linda Powers:
She was co-lead negotiator for the U.S. on the North American Free Trade Agreement, financial sector agreement, which opened banking, securities, insurance, pension fund and related opportunities in Canada and Mexico.
During the 1980s, Ms. Powers practiced law, specializing in corporate mergers, acquisitions and financings, and certain kinds of intellectual property transactions. While working for the headquarters of the European Union in Brussels, she was responsible for drafting the initial intellectual property rules that now govern know-how licensing in the European Union.
Lots of sexism and ageism directed at Linda Powers when she's only 62 years old. Many old male CEOs still very active. No reason for Linda Powers to step aside.

Northwest Biotherapeutics will remain Advent's client. There's no reason to change the relationship now when Northwest Biotherapeutics lacks the revenue to purchase Advent. This relationship was structured to keep debt off Northwest Bio books.
Our upcoming revenue should be directed towards funding additional DCVax L and D clinical trials. Owning Advent does nothing for Northwest. Our growth comes from DCVax not being a CDMO for some other firm. The CDMO business has low margin and high capital requirements which explains why we are not vertically integrated at this time.
AMD made a huge error of building their own chip foundry. It nearly bankrupted the firm before Lisa Su came in for one of the greatest turnarounds in corporate history. GoFlo (Globalfoundries) was spun off which now operates independently. Linda Powers knows how to avoid such mistakes! Focusing on creating and selling an excellent product happens to be the first order of business. Do not laden the company with debt if it isn't necessary especially if vertical integration doesn't allow you to obtain greater market share!
We are looking at a greenfield environment meaning there's no competition. Vertical integration only makes sense when there's a lot of competitors and the producer has the internal knowledge and capital to increase margins enough to beat those other producers. That isn't the scenario we have with DCVax and the all solid tumors market. There's absolutely no business case for Northwest Biotherapeutics owning Advent Bioservices.
Time running our for criminal market makers. Pay up now or pay up later.
Ultimately it doesn't matter what Novocure thinks about DCVax.
Keytruda does 20B revenue a year so the global potential immunotherapy market certainly isn't worth 100B. It's many trillions. If DCVax can capture large portion of that market then Linda Powers will be as big if not bigger than Elon Musk in terms of positive impact on humanity.
100 billion dollars
Smarts and looks? Don't bet against Linda Powers.
Glad you admire Linda so much PM.

I agree bio 0% chance this merger will occur. Both longs and shorts simply want something to argue about while we wait for MHRA.
I agree that the superior autologous DCVax doesn't need supportive supplementary research from an inferior allogenic dendritic cell vaccine in order to secure regulatory approval.
I worked for Merck, Gilead, JP Morgan Chase, Renaissance Technologies, GM, Boeing, Tesla, and Waste Management. I can tell you from my personal experience that DCVax will be approved by July 2023.
For Triple Negative Breast cancer DCVax would put Gilead's Trodelvy and Daiichi Sankyo's ENHERTU out of business. Breast indications worth $100B easily. Many will be unemployed when DCVax takes that market share.
Thank you very much.

Goodnight!
So you're advocating that Northwest Biotherapeutics follow the same path as Dendreon?
We are laughing!
You're claiming something's wrong without providing any empirical data. I know it doesn't exist. I don't need to prove a negative when I know the company’s headed in a positive direction.
There's no peer group for an honest comparative analysis against DCVax. We have a unique trial design as well as possible need for change in regulatory guidance before seeking approval. Most drug approvals are also done by much larger companies which are able to file sooner given they have staff to more quickly ensure timely filing.
100B buyout?
I think possible.
Irish and Ready for NWBO!
Never been happier to be an NWBO shareholder.
What are you shorts going to do when we're on our yachts sipping ace of spades with dave innes?
Linda Powers will be remembered as one of the top CEOs of all time.
Mike Scott is an excellent manager.
Linda defeated Glioblastoma.
$25 soon. Are you prepared?
No established CDMO had the ability to manufacture DCVax. Yet again fanciful stories with no substance.
Well said Bio. Murthy left because Flaskworks had been completed in my opinion.
Global labor shortages affect everyone including regulatory bodies like MHRA.
Hard to trust somebody who confuses inventor of Flaskworks with a dead congressman from Pennsylvania. Have a bad one, ex!
Murthy had clear unambiguous milestones to meet. If he didn't achieve them he was forced to walk away without compensation. He had no leverage. Northwest doesn't need Flaskworks to get DCVax approved.
We are a $50B company without Flaskworks.
Linda isn't afraid of public employment disputes. She sent Woodford back over the pond. She also wrote NAFTA, EU Patent Law, and taught at Georgetown Law.
These are elementary scenarios which we have zero proof existed. If they did then were promptly resolved by management which wholly own Flaskworks as well as maintain control over the traditional GMP facility Sawston.
Nothing but good news since Data Lock yet you're on here consistently upset as if every day brings a new existential crisis. Simply not happening in my opinion. All speculation no substance.
