I got 50k for 5 bucks LMAO
Yay for Happy hour, I am looking for some good reports from GCHR next week!!!!!!!!!! Have a great weekend TFer's
I would really like to at least see us hit .0003 today, we have done the .0002 thing before, and there is definite resistance, I think with some support and buying pressure, after a little testing of .0003, we can break through!
anyone have a current o/s count? is that even possible?
I cant believe we are moving, this is glorious!
LMAO I will believe it when I see it, and if so what am I gonna do with my 50 mill preferred i was gonna hold for 5 years to get 100k shares haha... but still that would be 5k off of a 5 dollar investment in the short run haha.
Thanks!!
pupp, I am a cheapo kid and dont subsribe to Ihub, not enough cash yet haha. Anyways I cannot post on the TF 2 board because I am a freebie guy, you think you could relay this to the guys on the board for me, it would be much appreciated.
not a problem, I was kinda liking the .15 though haha, nice 7k loss today yuck...
ok remember when I said I e-mail IR a few weeks back, here is what they sent me today, as well as my original message:
Ryan,
Thanks for your inquiry and your interest in our company. The auditing firm has assured me we will have 1st and 2nd Q's by the end of next week. I must admit their past performance in meeting timelines does not instill a high level of confidence. The posting of the new financials was postponed for a couple of weeks due some inquiries concerning the '05 K. Those issues have been addressed and we are proceeding with the finalization of our current financials. Thanks again for your interest.
I remain hopeful our financials will be posted very soon.
Sincerely,
Fred Oden
Vice-President

Subject: 10-q
Dear Mr. Oden,
I am an investor, representing a small group of investors on the
Investorshub info board. We are just wondering what the status of the 10-q filing is. It has been some time since the PR was released saying 10 days to 2 weeks. Lately there
has been no interest or volume because of the lack of financials. Is there an estimated time frame that you can give, and how are they looking heh?
Thank you very much for your time.

gchr up to date on 10q's the one for march should value the company around .10 per management, someone bought at .15 yesturday, though I think it was an accident instead of .015,
.013/.022
GCHR is up to date on their postings now in terms of 10q's, the next one should show a valuation of about .10 per management. Yesturday someone bought at .15 on accident while trying to buy at market of .015, has a lot off potential at .013-.022
we have some financials, but again from sept. they still have to report december before they do march, this is not as smooth as they made it sound. Reporting the good financials this morning, after our little incident of going to .15 would have been brilliant and made a lot of investors very happy and loyal. We have all stuck around in the bad times, imagine how we would be if they would just deliver already...
scottrade wont let me go that far, says too far for stocks under $10 to put a limit like that on. Kind of depressing actually, but man GCHR report already!!!!!
Now imagine in a perfect world, they would report their financials tomorrow and the buying pressure would knock us over .20. But since it isnt a perfect world and the MM's suck, we will more than likely see a nice sharp plunge.
Any thoughts on how we can sustain these levels and stick it to the MM's?
OMG i could get used to this, try to sell just for fun, but it wouldnt take it, price too far away.
Interesting idea was presented to me, let me know thoughts on this. Why would the company add that FYI section on the site, if there wasnt going to be good news or financials out soon, is it possible that this is their idea of an ok delay?
I agree, and we had assurance from management that good things were happening, this stock will tank if the numbers are not decent, and investor confidence will be gone...
Rook man, you are asking the right questions, yesturday was all the wrong ones. Now it is complicated when dealing with a mining company, and I am not an expert on mining inventory accounting, or inventory accounting in general, there are different ways of calculating cost of goods to the company, then they calculate the mark-up and the profit. It doesnt look like we see a lot of production here. In theory the asset value should increase yes, but by how much I cant say, it will be up to the Controller or CFO to decide what value of gold to use. I do agree that it will be more, but they should definetly be conservative, you never want to use the high price, because if it backs off this, investors get scared for no reason (as we saw yesturday). But an increase should be taken, then once they start selling of production lifo and fifo inventory accounting will keep a steady valuation.
bid is dropping...

Not what we need, but we are getting closer.
Did he give a name or number of the accounting principle, I can scan some of my textbooks and see how it is applicable, I dont know any accounting for minerals or how it is calculated.
also I am almost out of posts today, haha so any direct questions can be e-mail to me at rgfinancial_services@yahoo.com
I have 2 posts left one will be fore you Air, if I find something out.
your are soooo right, if you guys use debt/equity ratio it is soooo small here, but with 4 billion in assets my adding machine here cant fit all the zeros, so take a calculator and take the 1.5 mill/ 4 bill and I guarantee you it is among the lowest you have ever seen in a stock...
haha, thanks, alright guys I am on lunch break now. If there are any other problems, www.investopedia.com take the financial accounting tutorial, or any of the others its a great site. But you cannot expect to be an excellent investor if you cant understand financials.
debtholders, but from what I can tell there isnt any in the states, maybe in russia, like I said, I havent seen the financials thoroughly, I will look at them after work, I am speaking in generality. But anything listed in owners/shareholder equity is ours.
ok guys here is some financial accounting 101, this isnt a bad thing as you will see, they have to offset each other in able for the companies accountants to balance their books, the way each account is effected debit or credit as a normal balance determines the type, therefore the balance sheet must balance, because the numbers in the books are never taken out, they are just trasnferred... any further questions you can ask me, or read about financial accountancy, I got the images below off of wikipedia.
The accounting equation (Assets = Liabilities + Owners' Equity) and financial statements are the main topics of financial accounting.
A financial accountant must equal assets with liabilities and owner’s equity. The balance sheet (or the statement of financial position) is the financial statement that summarizes the assets, liabilities, and owners’ equity of the company.
0 = (−) Assets + Owners' Equity (+) Liabilities
. _____________________________/\____________________________ .
. / + Retained Earnings (+) Common Stock \ .
. _________________/\_______________________________ . .
. / (−) Expenses (+) Beginning Retained Earnings \ . .
. (−) Dividends (+) Revenue . .
\________________________/ \___________________________________________________/
(−)increased by debits (+)increased by credits
Assets= Liabilities and Owners equity, not just liabilities.
yes and no, because we are all owners of the company we have claims on the assets, so therefore there is liabilites on them, but the accounting equation (assests= liabilities + shareholder equity) is constant, and must be balanced. I am currently working, ironically doing a month end balance sheet here at the bank, when I get a chance I will look through these financial statements in depth, as of now I am speaking in a generality. Look at MSFT balance sheet, most of it is Owners equity, but the liabilities added to the owners equity WILL EQUAL the assets, that is just how it works.
please refer to my last post
Like it was stated, balance sheets must balance, the accounting equation states that assets=liabilities and or owners/shareholders equity, therefore they have to both be the 4 billion, so its good, the idea is to look at where the right side is listed, seeing as though most of it is recievables its a good thing. Any other questions I can happily answer them, you arent reading it wrong, you just arent seeing it right :)
-R-money future CPA/CFA
so these financials were supposed to beat AURC's out, and looks like that didnt happen sheesh, I hope they are as good, if we move .08 wahooooo!
a lot of parenthesis there haha., but the cost of operation is pretty low, so marginally, once revenue comes in higher amounts they should be good.
Here is my opinion, take it for what you will. I have been looking into the Philippine's debt market. Their bonds are doing well, and interest rates are somewhat rising. (check yahoo!asia business news for articles) They are linked closely with the Yuan and chinese rates. As china is going to tighten money and interest rates, the rates will go up in the Philippine's government bonds, and we know that when interest rates are higher in the U.S. suchs as t-bills go up, corporate bonds generally trend up also (within reason of course, the creditworthiness of the company and other factors come into play). With this trend, and seeing as though PAIM wont begin operations until later, they should issue bonds to willing investors, they wont have to be paid back until a way later date, maybe after revenues begin to come in. Right now they have financed only with stocks, and obviously in this market people want quick returns, and bash the non-liquid state of the company. With funds raised from the bonds, they could use some for operations, and also buy back shares and consolidate, it isnt as messy as a reverse split, they are attracting bond investors that are ok with the time frame, the PPS will go up (in theory) attrack investors, as well as the value of the shares PAIM owns goes up and it is plausable for them to sell some off to gain capital, without the extreme dilution of splits.
OT- Puppman cant repost on the TF 2 page, happy hour is over, I could change it to mo-money, because I need mo money, but my name isnt mo, and it actually begins with an R haha.
yay for happy hour, I think the near future will be good for this board, GCHR seems to be nearing its release of financials (god willing) XLPI seems to be moving along well with our new contact in the IR department. AMGJ seems to finally getting some blood flowing in the veins, and as creede keeps pointing out lbwr is doing well also. All in all I have to say excellent job in picking these stocks gentleman, much appreciated!
thats what i figured, I just wanted to get some other opinions, I am at the point in my life where I like reassurance. hehe, thanks for checking.
just think, if all goes well you can buy a snow mobile plant.
Thanks for all your hard work pupp. Question though, what timeframe do you see things picking up? I understand the need to be careful and accurate, especially if they hope to be the STP of the ethonol world, but it seems to be like the short run being a few months should put us around a $1 or so. Though I havent run a ton of number financial analysis here, just my thoughts.
Also I read GM assisted a company called meijers (for those that dont know its similar to a super wal-mart in the northeast, my father used to be a director there) and seeing as though they are both powerhouse companies in michigan, they teamed up to bring full functioning ethonol pumps to 20 meijer gas station locations. If meijer would start buying the oil of XPLI for their automotive department, I am sure GM would support. Once things pick up and I am certain XLPI is growing and doesnt have too much on their plate, I will see if I know the current buyer for their coporate business (meijers) and inform them of the product, if they dont already know.
XLPI had a post like that too, an IR guy got fed up with the bashing and made a post. It was verified it was him, so they do moniter the chat rooms I believe, and they have good reason to imo.
