Like it was stated, balance sheets must balance, the accounting equation states that assets=liabilities and or owners/shareholders equity, therefore they have to both be the 4 billion, so its good, the idea is to look at where the right side is listed, seeing as though most of it is recievables its a good thing. Any other questions I can happily answer them, you arent reading it wrong, you just arent seeing it right :)
