damn, i'm a white sox fan and got so into this 250k sell at 1.37 i forget the game was at 12pm today, oh, i will settle for a good explanation regarding todays action, lol

pit, the b/a has not moved in at least 2 hours, how can that be, ok, someone wants to sell 250k shares at 1.37, the mm's, what is the specialist doing holding the b/a stagnant as other buys/sells go thru, what i'm trying to get at is this a common game to let a large short holder cover

pit, still 124k shares to be sold at 1.37, question for the board, is this the mm's holding the sp at 1.36-1.37 to allow a short position to cover, after this is accomplished what do you suppose will happen to the b/a, thanks for your input.

BofA stock trade shows a restricted Short Sale (not available) warning notice this A.M. on GTE. Has any body else come across this?

watney, good question, considering that huff has all the info. and the stock is depressed 40% since the amex move, 100k would get my attention from a straight dollar play, but huff's purchase has a subtle meaning to me, meeting huff in person i got a good read on what the man is all about and i plan on keeping that to myself for now, all good i must say, my trading account posts green or red at much greater levels than 10k per day, more greens then reds but i do have to say this week has been one of my worst trading weeks since i started swing trading for a living 2.5 yrs ago, gte is my only non-flip investment, attending both the strat. viewing and amex opening my gut is telling me this will be big, my saying is, i trade/flip for a living and gte is for my early retirement, i made enough $ flipping gte between .05-.13 that most of my shares are free, and i don't plan on selling one until i hit the magic number that equates to early retirement even though this has and still is an easy flipper play, my psyche says don't flip it if you believe which i do.

will and squirt, you guys need to take a chill pill, i have read all of Arxedi's posts and he has enough disclaimers in his statements to indicate that the info is strictly speculation and his opinion. by the way, i have preceeded with legal action against a poster on rb, my attorney says i have a good case and this is his area of expertise and the best thing about it he is proceeding on a 100% contingency basis and it will be filed as class action, this is my opinion and mine only.

argyll, if you don't mind i will also respond, the new ceo is a seasoned and very successful attorney/litigator, hmmm, one of his roles will be to keep an eye on the llc and make sure that ptsc gets every penny that they are entitled to.

longs, new investor, 100k shares purchased yesterday, considering adding to my position today, let me understand this. tpl and ptsc were entangled in a lawsuit regarding ownership of the patents, as of yesterday they have come to terms that reads that the patents are jointly owned with tpl authorized to commercialize the technology and share revenue with ptsc, albeit, don't know percentages yet, ok, now there are hundreds of companies that use this patented technology and are or will be sued by tpl/ptsc, ok, so far so good, so this agreement between tpl/ptsc allows all energy to be focused on the infringed companies who have been continuing to sit on the sidelines using the patented technology while tpl and ptsc fight it out, is this the case, if so now all energy can be focused on litigating or negotiating with the companies that infringed, let me know if this is how you see it, thanks.

the info posted about the russell 3000 is intriguing, could this be what huff was talking about regarding institutional investing, should not be to difficult to figure impact with right data, but where do you find this data, anyone have contacts with a mutual fund manager, audio, i looked thru your posts and could not find a direct discussion regarding impact, would you mind summarizing in a couple of sentences, thx.

alminde, thanks for posting that correspondence, i have e-mailed drudge and coast to coast a.m. and others may want to do likewise, one days coverage on the drudge report such as " Could this be the next generation of telecom" showing a picture of the strat. would give this stock more coverage then ever seen before.

jamessssss, more than a million a week in rev. now, look at the projected growth curve, rev. will be much larger by end of year, so getting to $1.00 is a no brainer, then throw in the strat, forget the million and one uses for it, just tie it to current business in telecom. and what do you get, a company that owns in the sky cell towers that will give better coverage and quality of
transmission, now take it one step further, the primary markets gtel is looking at has inferior current telecom technology, and wamo you have a company that can dominate the market place based on service and price, that's all without the other potential uses of the strat.eom

jamesssssss, trying to calculate sp using standard fundementals is a waste of time and you know it, i'm not interested in debating this with you, just one question, what was ebays, amazons, insert any other new technology co's. pe ratio at this stage of their development, i wonder what your calculation would show for sp if you inserted a pe ratio of say 75, which would be legitimate for this kind of business venture.
