longs, new investor, 100k shares purchased yesterday, considering adding to my position today, let me understand this. tpl and ptsc were entangled in a lawsuit regarding ownership of the patents, as of yesterday they have come to terms that reads that the patents are jointly owned with tpl authorized to commercialize the technology and share revenue with ptsc, albeit, don't know percentages yet, ok, now there are hundreds of companies that use this patented technology and are or will be sued by tpl/ptsc, ok, so far so good, so this agreement between tpl/ptsc allows all energy to be focused on the infringed companies who have been continuing to sit on the sidelines using the patented technology while tpl and ptsc fight it out, is this the case, if so now all energy can be focused on litigating or negotiating with the companies that infringed, let me know if this is how you see it, thanks.
