Mahalo Clay - will do. Even living here, we can still vacation here - my wife & I just celebrated our 40th wedding aniversary in Waikiki at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel this past weekend. It's just been completely remodeled. Returned yesterday and it's back to the ole grind(lol) I'll let you know when I start plowing through it.
Makamai
Aloha Clay - ordered your CD - hoping this ole dog can learn some new tricks.
Makamai
Did I - we'll see. Only 1 mm on the ask at .65 now.
Surfguy - some people have to laugh at their own jokes for a reason. The longs, on the otherhand, will be laughing all the way to the bank as MDOR continues to climb in price and no amount of bashing can affect that. Remember, no one bashes a bad stock.
Makamai
OSS - we soon will be charging ahead again. Forming a nice base at this time. And remember, naysayers don't bash a bad stock.
Makamai
Aloha Soapy - not much of a chart is it (lol) I certainly agree that it's about time to fire it up - lets hope we start hearing from the company a little more often. We need fuel for the fire...
Makamai
Well Monk, maybe some of the ole gang will return once they get wind of this NR and we can revive this board and hopefully the stock.
Makamai
MDOR Chart Still establishing a new base prior to the next run.
Aloha Tony - well it remains to be seen what impact this will have on the stock, however maybe by issuing the NR after Friday's close they figure word will spread over the weekend. There has been very little trading of this stock for the last several months. The precious metals markets I feel will be continuing to go up in price, so this could be a timely purchase if they can manage it properly.
Not to sure what they mean by "non-solicitation Period" other than neither party will go looking for other buyers/sellers in that timeframe. I guess we'll know when the period expires on May 15, 2009. There hasn't been any financials filed since July,2008, so I'm wondering where they are getting the money to make the aquisition. No details are given. Are they going to offer any stock as part of the transaction? I guess we'll have to wait until an 8k is filed to get more of the details.

MDOR Chart - Another day of good volume and continued price increase as we consolidate prior to the next move up.
You accuse me of being alergic to SEC documents, #msg-36801016 and you don't know when the next 10Q is due - that's interesting.
Makamai
Aloha Automan - welcome to IHub - we are definitely consolidating in preperation for another surge up. Nice NR today - more and more customers lining up demanding products. More and more applications for our products. There has been a nice improvement in volume continuing from last week. Word is getting out and investors are finally taking note of this company. Next surge should take us well over a buck.
Makamai
MDOR Chart - For more clarity, I'm posting MDOR's Chart for last month vice 3 months. Nice consolidation today with good volume continuation. Nice to see a white candelstick form today.
Makamai
GLT ya on that - Please enlighten us if you get a clue.

MP - I totally agree. If this stock is to get off the BB exchange, there will need to be at least 50 to 60 mil of stock on the float, let alone outstanding if it goes to a bigger board. So that would then create the need for a forward split or two down steam to undo the reverse split. Now if we were talking 600 mil, that's different, a reverse split could be beneficial. I have had 1 stock out of about a dozen that benefited by a reverse split, but that generally is the exception, not the rule. It would be interesting to know BKs reasoning for why he feels the need for a reverse split.
Makamai
MP - from what I gather, they are going to issue additional shares for a total of about 60 mil, which is dilutive, but then do a reverse merger of 10:1 so outstanding issued stock will be around 6 mil. It would appear that most of the merger stock would be Rule 144 stock, so I'm trying to determine what the float will be, and my best guess would be about 1.5 mil. This will of course reduce our shares by 10:1, and increase the stock price 10 fold (supposedly), however I'm not sure what effect the dilution will have unless it all happens at once. They will need to change the symbol as well. Then we have the combined earnings to look at and if the market can figure this out, I would expect the stock price to climb. Comments anyone?

It's lengthy and takes some digesting. I'd be interested in your comments MP...

MDOR'S CHART - This was a healthy consolidation followed by increased momentum prior to close. Over 1 million shares traded. The word is out - MDOR's following is increasing by leaps and bounds.
Dom - we could break 1 mil on volume today - some consolidation is to be expected having risen about 150% from where we were this time last week. Looks like some idiot put in a market sell which dropped the price to $.715. The price should continue to rise this week as long as the volume remains strong.
Makamai
MDOR - what I wish all my stocks charts looked like...
Makamai
MDOR - What I wish all my stock charts looked like. Thanks Obi, I'm beginning to figure this out.
Makamai
Check out the chart for today - last 3 trading days the stock has gapped at the open. Can we break a buck tomorrow? Had 1 100 share buy at .90.
Makamai
Emmertz - not sure what you meant by "share vol. is very mild..", but there seems to be an organized effort to promote the company. That IMHO is based upon the company obtaining 15 Mil financing allowing it to forge ahead with several projects that have been hinted at in pervious NRs (aquisition, JVs, Magog expansion, etc.). As long as share volume remains high (over 500k last two trading days vice average volume of around 41K) and the company continues to issue NRs of substance, we should see considerable rise in price this week. The float is only about 9mil, and a considerable amount of that has been picked up and held by investors over the last 3 years. It is possible that the MMs could begin to run out of shares if last weeks volume continues, and that could result in a sharp rise in price. We'll soon know just how that is going to play out. As you may have seen, the chart I posted shows a serious break out. I expect it to continue. GLTA
Makamai
OSS - Not sure there is much of a short squeeze - as I previously stated in #msg-36950723 only 2499 shares short as of 4/9 so that's as up to date as you can get. Certainly do expect the breakout to continue, provided the company has NRs to back it up.
Makamai
MDOR's Stock Chart - Ain't she pretty! Looking for more of the same next week.
Makamai
TEST
Awesome Obi - should be more of the same next week from the looks of it. Mahalo
Ps does that meet your criteria for a breakout stock?
Obi - could you post a chart of MDOR when you get a chance - it started a major breakout on Wednesday. TIA
MLM - Did you read what you wrote after you wrote it? On the one hand you state ".in most cases, there is already a forward looking premium built into the share price, since very few Cos trade at book value." Then on the other hand you state: "...unless you can show the Co has a net worth of like $100M on their books, and is trading at a huge discount)....." So which is it? I presume you are referring to price-to-earnings ratio of the company. Companies that are expected to grow and have higher earnings in the future should have a higher P/E than companies in decline. Where MDOR is concerned, since the company has just started production, there is only forward looking earnings to consider.
On 13 Dec, 2008 Sharon Harkavy, Chief Executive Editor of Hotshot Stocks Corp., Initiates Coverage on MDOR.OB with a $2.51 Price Evaluation. They stated that to come up with that figure, "we performed extensive research, prepared data, calculated financial figures and used a net of 29% on their calculated annualized revenues ($7,598,000), multiplied by a conservative price to earnings ratio (PE) of 15 which translate to a current price valuation of $2.51 per share for MDOR. We anticipate the Company will produce 25%-35% quarter-over-quarter sales growth and triple-digit year-over-year growth for at least the next several years."
http://www.magnumresources.net/view-news.php?id=142
Since there is analyst coverage inicating that MDOR is worth "several dollars a share - specifically $2.51" it looks like TWS was using the correct tense in stating that MDOR is worth several dollars a share.
Makamai
Just checked the short position on MDOR, and per the website below, as of April 9, 2009 there were 2,499 shares short. Don't expect that few shares to result in much of a short squeeze next week as the rally continues.

Well PP, Did I ever ask for any assistance from you? You certainly have volunteered plenty I must say. I also find it interesting that you are trying to present yourself as an expert on DD. However I can not recall ever seeing you make a post that documents your source by quote and link. Most of your posts give the appearance of coming off the top of your head. So if you want to add more credibility to your posts you might try and show more factual data. In the meantime, my post to fsmith was simply asking him to document his source for the claims he was making and didn't involve you at all.
Makamai
Great Find! Lets hope it's true. If institutional investors start grabbing shares, the 8+ Mil float will disappear in no time and the price will rise exponentially. That would be the fastest way for the stock to reach the $5 price range that would allow for getting on a bigger exchange. In addition, a forward split might result as well to add more float. Be interesting to find out when this road show is supposed to begin.
Makamai
Hey PP, haven't heard from you in awhile. Thought maybe you had found better things to do with your time. Anyhow, it's not my understanding that needs help as I can read and the 8K is quite clear on the proceeds. but of course you know that already don't you.
Makamai
I dare because I care - how about you?? I can read and the 8k is rather clear on the proceeds IMHO. Prove otherwise.
Makamai
I still challenge you fsmith to show me any documentation associated with the 15mil financing where consultants were paid any shares at all.
Makamai
Awsome day again today - Closed at .65 with NITE on the bid at .64 and ask at .65 and just over 500K traded. Looks like next week should be more of the same. Congrats to all the longs. IMHO this is just the start of getting this stock price up to a sane level. Next target is the 52 week high of $.85 and then hoping we can come close to the analyst level of $2.00+.
Makamai
Welcome to the MDOR thread Breccia. Your "2 cents worth" is well received. Don't hesitate to post more in the future.

Show me where they had anything to do with the recent financing.

MDOR - Magnmu D'or Resources up 56% closing at $.50 today news based on over 10 times normal volume of 520,000+ shares. Expect follow through into next week.
