Aloha Tony - well it remains to be seen what impact this will have on the stock, however maybe by issuing the NR after Friday's close they figure word will spread over the weekend. There has been very little trading of this stock for the last several months. The precious metals markets I feel will be continuing to go up in price, so this could be a timely purchase if they can manage it properly.

Not to sure what they mean by "non-solicitation Period" other than neither party will go looking for other buyers/sellers in that timeframe. I guess we'll know when the period expires on May 15, 2009. There hasn't been any financials filed since July,2008, so I'm wondering where they are getting the money to make the aquisition. No details are given. Are they going to offer any stock as part of the transaction? I guess we'll have to wait until an 8k is filed to get more of the details.
