Did you make that up yourself or borrow it from a wishfool thinker on another board?
"They aren't partners.... lol"
Actually, they are partners in the ECOS/BIOArt LLC (private) formed in Dec 2016. All machine buys from LRS go through that JV, not direct from ECOLOCAP. The agreement for the private JV are in the filings.
GLTY and JMO
Yes, a good read...thanks Kevinlt for posting it.
"Recycling options such as composting or anaerobic digestion were described as one of the most effective ways to reduce landfill volume, though less profitable from a retail standpoint."
The only ones predicting recycling food waste can be 'accomplished at a profit' appears to be a small group of uninformed micromanagers on social media...the market's current prediction is still NO-BID, and unfortunately, neither LRS or Ecolocap have provided the market with any evidence ECOS shares should be valued higher?

Wrong board??
You must have me confused with someone else? Links please?
Please provide some links. otherwise people might think you're just making that up lol? TIA
Technically, I agree.
"They declined to answer and that ended the conversation."
But your post stated they answered all your questions??
"Spoke with LRS on Wednesday, they answered every question I asked."
Cirque Gasification Systems Llc
CRQE closed their doors in 2016 and canceled their Florida SOS listing...the s/s is the same now as it was when that happened. There were two (internet front load group) 'fake runs' in 2017...the company had nothing to do with those 'P@D's? They are re-opening for business as a Nevada corp now that the economics of gasification are brighter with China shaking up the entire MSW business worldwide??

GLTY and JMO
Good management group here IMO. Their explanation for closing down in 2016 were the dropping fossil fuel prices and their not wanting to operate as nothing more than a revolving door for toxic note sellers like Asher. They did not 'move' anywhere.
GLTY and JMO
Contact address on the CRQE web site has 414...NV SOS has 416...they must work out of both 414 and 416?

"Staying alive and hiring people, how do they do it without $$,$$$,$$$"
NPWZ is no longer SEC registered and can sell all the NV corporation authorized shares (unregistered with the SEC) they want in order to raise money, without being obligated to make public filings...it's like peddling shares on the street corner...wild west. There is no longer any regulator accountability. The US is the only major nation in the world that allows 'unregistered' pinky companies, like NEAH, to continue trading.
The SEC will only step in and suspend trading if someone files a complaint, supported by hard 'evidence' of fraud, not just 'suspicion'.
Buy at your own risk! Neah is not 'investable' IMO
GLTY
This could have a huge impact on the future of waste gasification in the US IMO.

Wrong again...this one was posted today, "01/24/2018 10:47 am ET" and is very relevant to informed ECOS investors. Lots of updated info there.
https://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/china-recycling-waste-ban_us_5a684285e4b0dc592a0dd7b9?ncid=inblnkushpmg00000009
US Recyclers are likely more focused on making profits from their existing businesses right now rather than making large CAPEX outlays for processing food scraps...which may or may not be accomplished at a profit?
ECOS has been peddling these digesters since late 2014 and so far has only sold one to LRS (that we know of)? They will need volume machine sales to pull themselves out of this death spiral as they only gross about $100,000 from each machine sold through ECOC/BIOArt LLC??
GLTY and JMO
"As oil rises and inflation starts kicking in, this technology can be big again."
Yes the CRQE tech and it's 'potential' did not go away when they closed the Florida Domicile.
Interesting changes going on in the recycling business??

"Lots of companies in pennyland have these wonderful technical foot faults"
Yes, and that's why 99% of them fail to ever come close to reaching their 'potential' LOL.
I agree...the fact that ECOS is not yet in compliance with SEC rules is their big problem.
"he is listed because they never updated their paperwork."
Payed subscribers of OTCMarkets get an access code to do their own updates online. OTCMarkets is not a 'regulator' of any kind, just a private exchange. A company can choose what info to show, or leave out. Trustworthy companies use it to update their shareholders, scams can use it to fool shareholders.
GLTY and JMO
LOL...maybe the estimate MS got to move his empty desk from Barrington to Morton Grove was too high and he decided to stay put? Who knows with this outfit?
He still lists himself on the OTCMarkets site as the ECOS CEO and Director LOL.
GLTY and JMO
When did the rules change to allow 'registered' institutional investors to invest in sub-penny stocks??
Still no signature that it was 'audited'??
NPWZ is no longer a SEC registered company?? The SEC has no jurisdiction or responsibility for it unless someone files a valid securities fraud complaint.
GLTY and JMO
"Can't we do a legal recourse against that it that happens ?"
LOL...who would pay the attorneys fees and what assets does CRQE 'own' to go after??
"If that is their plan watch for CRQE to become non compliant in their fillings and for this to be delisted"
They are already delinguent in their filings and 'non-compliant' with SEC rules...trading can be suspended for that reason at any time now, and revocation of the ticker can follow close behind if the company does not present a case as to why it should not be revoked (recent change of policy).
GLTY and JMO

"Would surely be in poor taste in my opinion..."
The current situation is already about as poor as taste gets LOL.
I have a 'hunch' ECOS is still NO-BID because all the hunches for the last year have been one big FAIL.
GLTY and JMH!
"Kenny let's be fair, ECOS management has said a lot in the last several months in the form of 8ks, 10Qs while getting current with the SEC."
No updates yet that could begin to override, or offset, a 20 BILLION O/S IMO
That's exactly the type of crap that leads to penny trading suspensions and turns innocent shareholders into bag holders. The people that Pump and Dump penny tickers (on thin air), don't usually care if they get suspended or not, they can be long gone with the cash before the SEC acts.
Any company trying to become 'legit' has to be more careful. That's why there have been few 'traders', 'whales', 'front loaders' or 'runs' here.
GLTY and JMO
Exactly!
"Just ready for the company to update us so we can mooove on."
ECOS doesn't want shareholders to "move on'...they want them to 'double down'...so they don't say anything 'official' LOL.
GLTY and JMO
If ECOS shareholders were in a real world position to benefit in a huge way from the personal speculation you just posted, why is the stock valued @ NO_BID????
The market knows the truth!
You have some 'misplaced' quotation marks in your post?
GLTY and JMO
"It makes me happy when I’m right"
I know, it broke my heart to see you so sad for all of 2017 LOLOL.
"If they hit the numbers we have already gone over then the % they get will be plenty good enough"
I don't compile my DD or opinions from you or anyone else on social media message boards. I will continue to rely on what was directly stated by LRS last summer regarding their planned deployment of machines. Granted, it may have changed since then, but it made sense to me. So I will wait to see how many they actually order...sorry if that disappoints you.
The original contract called for a 90 day lead time. I was expecting an order to be announced by now for more units to be operational by March 31...my bad.
GLTY and JMO
"I have believed for a long time that by the end of 2018, ECOS could be worth $5-10m if they can install a number of new systems and fix their balance sheet."
And sell enough shares and machines to 'survive' until the end of 2018?? Selling a few tons of compost @ $27 a ton won't go far to solving their balance sheet problem?
The Bank loan in Sept @ 39% interest was not a good sign IMO.
GLTY and JMO
Yes, and those who convert debt notes, accrued interest and default penalties (all at a 40-60% discount to retail), can sell to retail at .0001 for a 100% profit LOL. ECOS defaulted on all it's convertible debt in 2014 and the default penalties and interest have been compounded quarterly ever since (death spiral).
ECOS reported ZERO revenues for the first 9 months of 2017.
GLTA and JMO
That's funny coming from someone who thinks that report somehow represents 'actual short transactions'. Big difference between short 'VOLUME' and actual short 'TRANSACTIONS' as reported bi-monthly by FINRA.
Please call FINRA and ask them to explain the difference to you so you can stop posting that fraud web site and it's nonsense. Geesh!
GLTY and JMO
Gee! And only 13 billion more authorized...LOL
