"If that is their plan watch for CRQE to become non compliant in their fillings and for this to be delisted"

They are already delinguent in their filings and 'non-compliant' with SEC rules...trading can be suspended for that reason at any time now, and revocation of the ticker can follow close behind if the company does not present a case as to why it should not be revoked (recent change of policy).
